    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide It’s been over four hours now!!!! If this isn’t resolved ASAP this will be the final straw to take my account elsewhere. Seems you’re always having issues with payments in yet always manage to take payment out without problem.

    @AskNationwide @Stacey72876554 Hi Taj, this information is not correct. We cannot provide emotional or financial support to our members. I work within SST. Members would need referring to us and then a Case Manager would need to make contact within 3-5WD’s.

    @AskNationwide Why hadn't an email been sent to warn customers as soon as you were aware of this problem? My 14year old son is now stuck in a city centre with no money. Really, really bad service.

    @AskNationwide my son just tried to use my debit card in a shop (with my permission) and it was declined! The funds are definitely there, is the problem affecting chip and pin now too?

    @AskNationwide Hello I have gone into my account many times to check if a payment has been made to my account. It continues to state there is a delay in payments going in. Can you please tell me what is the problem. Thank you.

    @AskNationwide will this payment issue affect any direct debits that are due to come off or just payment transfers in and out of account?
