@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide This is perhaps the worst time and your own website has had nothing about this missing transfers all day, what on earth is going on there?

@AskNationwide That's very helpful NOT if you have ever ordered on line you know you have to pay by card. I cant pay cash for delivery 😫 I've no money until you fix your problem and asda won't take cash. Your reply wasn't very good 😕

@AskNationwide bad enough to have incoming and outgoing payments down 4 days before Christmas, not acceptable to make it worse by not letting us know. Now have incoming payment stuck in transit to complete a car purchase by tomorrow lunchtime or we cannot make the 300 mile... 1/3

@Cuddy2977 @AskNationwide Apparently they’ve switched to Microsoft Azure as their cloud platform, and that’s causing the issue. But surely no competent I.T. department wouldn’t have the failsafe of running the old system alongside the new until it’s been proven out. They could switch back temporarily.

@AskNationwide There really doesn't seem to be any sense of urgency here Nationwide. How about an update on how the fix is progressing rather than seeing the same message on your website for hours on end? Really poor customer service just 4 days before Christmas
