Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Payments down. The day before my wages go in. Can’t tell us when it’ll be sorted but it’s ok becos’ direct debits can still go out, even if there’s no money to pay them. Fanbloodytastic! NOT what I need this week 🤬🤬🤬

People not been paid their wages, can't afford to buy food, or get their Christmas shopping, and all we are getting are cut and paste vague replies with absolutely no offer of even a rough time frame as to when as can access our own money! 😦

@AskNationwide When you say outgoing payments are "in a queue and will be processed asap". Is that queue being processed right now or is it just sitting there waiting for a resolution to the problem?

@AskNationwide Hi I went to check my online banking only there was a message saying payment issue where I cannot make out going payments and incoming payments will be delayed. There was no explanation of why. I am now left stuck to pay for anything online
