    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide I just made a purchase online. The first time, it failed (I got Error 404 on their site), yet the money was taken from my account. Then, it went through, but the money was taken again. Now, I have 2 transactions in my pending transactions for the same amount.
