    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide If there are insuffiencent funds in the account and a standing order it due - will it bounce or go into unwarranted over draft?? I am trying to send the money but is not working! Will this effect my credit score? Help!

    @AskNationwide Your systems are archaic and failing customers. Complaints procedure is not working and I feel short changed as I upgraded to Flexi Plus and now given the privilege of paying for poor service.

    @AskNationwide have you got an eta as to when incoming payments issue should be resolved . As an IT head of service myself I would expect to keep customers up to day with an era for resolution. Do we expect to see any payments today into our accounts

    @AskNationwide I wanted to understand whether I ought to move banks as I was worried about the regular errors with payments. Your automated response just makes matters worse.
