Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide This better be fixed by tomorrow. I have had to borrow from family members as i can not access my fund to even do my food shopping and I have a baby of 3 month old. I have council tax due tomorrow and rent and if my wages are not able to be in my account I will not be happy

@AskNationwide can’t believe you have the same issues now regarding delays to payments, as you did when I first joined 7 years ago! Absolute shambles of an app and extremely poor customer service, sort it out!

@AskNationwide can you please explain, you're telling some people that inbound are now being processed but telling others that only outbound payments are working? I've been waiting since 8.30am for a payment and haven't been able to go food shopping.
