@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide I don’t know any other bank that has these issues! When I have electricity to add to my home so I actually have power but cannot access my money this is causing serious hardship! I also have texts coming through saying to update my balance as dd can’t process!

FFS Nationwide having payment issues again! I am getting sick of this! @AskNationwide

@SportingNest @AskNationwide They need to get this sorted. The issues stem from a temporary queuing system they implemented. A financial institution as big as Nationwide should have the capacity and technology to cope with BACs and Faster Payments without having to resort to queueing transactions for hours!

@AskNationwide can you please advise me when you will rectify your payments system, as I’ve had a error showing all morning saying all incoming & outgoing payments are delayed

@AskNationwide @williamconnoll9 Direct debits will be impacted if you don’t have the money in your account to pay them yet. Is there a time that this issue will be fixed? Still awaiting wages from work

@AskNationwide you keep saying there is not a problem with standing orders and direct debits but there is as if my pay hasn't gone in then how can my direct debits go out! They are going to bounce. I have payments due today and this is totally unacceptable!
