    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide Seriously, its not there. And if its not visible on Chrome there's a problem. I have Chrome set up to work for my requirements - if I have to switch to another browser it raises accessibility issues, apart from general inconvenience. It shouldn't be this hard to talk to my bank

    @AskNationwide has anyone reported any app issues to you? I'm a nationwide customer whose got the app and uses Internet banking. Lately every time I make a transfer it keeps saying restarting app. I've checked to see if an update is needed. Its fully updated and I've... 1/2

    @AskNationwide Samsung note 20 ultra android 11 App goes straight to technical issues screen but you can log in You can get all the way to are you sure on sending cash then the app comes up with technical issues I've restarted phone after erasing, done a cleanup before installing app again too

    @FlorenceHRS @HalifaxBank @AskNationwide did this to us. Huge window decal AT THE HEART OF "my town". GUARANTEED TO BE HERE FOR 2 YEARS. Closed 13 months later. I opened an account on this basis, which we now can't service in a branch. It was just a grift for new accounts, it worked but I now hate them.

    @AskNationwide Hi. Trying to help my son open a Flexaccount. Get to the third step to apply and it freezes / non responsive. Tried in two computers. Is it us or you?

    Well that's £110 gone down the drain. @PayPal can't do anything, neither can @AskNationwide as it falls just outside of the 540 days. Thanks M&B promotions 🤬
