Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide For my disabled kids finishing school and college. You leave us stressed to high heaven all day as we don't know how long we are being left like this when I already have a stressful role at home. Saying you support sunflower lanyards doesn't even touch the sides .

@AskNationwide This is getting ridiculous now. Still no compo for pre Christmas, New Year Eve issues. Now another one stopping pay getting into my account. Absolute shambles. No doubt the directors got nice end of year bonus paid by customers who can't access our own pay.

@BBCNews @AskNationwide this is disgraceful now. I'm assuming you're going to offer a goodwill compensation to your customers for yet ANOTHER payment issue that is your responsibility! For the sake of keeping any of your customers beyond this point, I suggest you give it a consideration.
