    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @jasonc19833 @AskNationwide My account was hacked as a result of this, and when Support wasnt doing anything over for over 30+ days I was so sad. not until someone referred me to unitech_support on Instagram who help me to reinstate my account, so of course they can help.

    @AskNationwide DON'T bank with Nationwide. Switch service guarantee ignored, didn't happen seamlessly in 7 working days. Nothing but poor service & issues since. Complaints team haven't been back in touch either breaching FOS guidelines.

    @AskNationwide Nationwide cut me off after 62 mins. I thereafter called your lost card service where a lovely woman called Sarah sorted my query quickly.

    @AskNationwide Can you bring back the option to get an SMS security code? Frequently when coming from Nationwide app to previous app, after authorising a payment, nothing happens. I don't have this issue with other bank apps, only Nationwide.

    @AskNationwide @INvolvePeople As a vulnerable customer £20 is a huge money for me WITHOUT IT CANT TOP-UP HEATING and as you are aware I can even apply for an emergency fund with Nationwide

    @AskNationwide At the moment the receiving bank says they have not received any communication from you. As you're saying it will take up to 20 working days to complete process. is it okay for you to prove emergency disbursement while waiting for the process. as i said I really need the money
