@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide So turns out this tweet is a lie, it's just not possible to get meaningful support for Nationwide products through *any* digital comms medium. I've been trying for weeks. Plus, none of the staff know what's going on, each response is from a different rep 1/2

@AskNationwide @jonaspenguin I’m having the same problem - a payment has left my nationwide account today by DD but nothing has come through on my Barclays account.

@AskNationwide anyone else having same issues with this excuse of a bank? Card not working, chip and pin not working. Cash machine not working. Always blame the customer. Sick of them. Moving banks when home.

@AskNationwide Thanks Marcus, but we have already been doing that. The problem is that we keep being promised the paperwork by a certain day which then passes. This has happened several times in the past month

@AskNationwide Thats why Im trying to go via the non disclosure of their PIN, or access to their entire account. Theyre nearly 90 and disabled. Getting to a branch isnt an option.

@kirstywellcoat You really ought to @AskNationwide about that. Full service banking from a mutual society.

@AskNationwide You don’t help first time buyers on shared ownership (as that’s all they can afford).
