Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide I've been trying to approve a payment in my app, but for the past two days, when I try to approve the payment, I get an error message that says "Sorry, we're experiencing technical difficulties." According to your website, your service is working, though. Plz help!

@AskNationwide That sorted it but I don't have time for this. I shouldn't have to delete an app and go through all the registering nonsense again to get it working. It's not as if there's been any updates or changes. Nationwide is so clunky. Thanks. 🙁
