  A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch it’s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide 🙌🏻

  @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
