@AskNationwide Please sort out the issues with contactless. Not working for weeks, told card damaged (it isn't, chip & pin fine). Suddenly starts working again & then stops again after couple of transactions. Same thing happened 2 years ago. The fault is at your end, please fix.

@AskNationwide disappointed to still have no bank card despite switching over last month. Bills due tomorrow. Was told ‘is there anyone who can help you out?’. Not really the point. Meant to be a seamless transition. Late payment fees need covered.

.@AskNationwide must not want to pay customers who switch their accounts to them as their online application doesn't allow you to scroll down fully on menus and you can't upload your ID properly. If you can't complete online you don't get the £200. @itvMLshow #switchingservice
