    @AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

Have exchanged countless secure messages. Getting apologies now but no resolution. Having c card blocked today by IT error was last straw!

    @AskNationwide can you intervene to sort the issues with Lifestyle Services Group phone insurance website ? It's been a year and I'm still unable to register on their Nationwide-branded site. They clearly have IT issues that aren't being dealt with. Not good for your brand!

    @AskNationwide I have requested a card reader now 4 times but still have not received it, meanwhile you have my money which I don't seem to be able to release. It is impossible to get through to you on the telephone

    @AskNationwide hi this morning I used an ATM to withdraw £10. A message came up on screen saying Your transaction has been declined please contact your bank. I have just managed to check my account now and the £10 has been deducted from my account. Help please.
