@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide The response to secure messages through the PC app can be slow. Asked for card to be unlocked, which they did not do, vbut asked questions. Reply has not been responded to for hours, even though they know they are blocking my card. Support is slow

@AskNationwide having issues purchasing online. Saying my card can’t be used and i also can’t add it to paypal. I’ve noticed on my manage my cards section on app it says I’ve two cards when I only have one?
