@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@CountrywideUK @AskNationwide I’ve sent you a DM. Another working day is drawing to a close. Another day unsuccessfully chasing a conclusion after 11 weeks of misery. As usual, nobody helps

@AskNationwide it's taken 11 weeks & counting to get my mortgage offer, now living in a freezing cold garage in the middle of January because of your SLAs & painfully slow processes. Christmas was ruined, the start to my year has been miserable & stressful #badservice

@AskNationwide @ferns_tony What a terrible way to keep an account secure. Your sudden blocking me from my account has happened at a time when I really needed access and have no details with me. None of my other banking apps have done this. Very poor service.

@AskNationwide Hi - I went to your Cheapside branch to sort out access to an elderly Aunt's account as I have power of attorney and I was told I'd get a response by mail within 5 working days. It's now 9 working days and I've heard nothing. How can I chase this up please?

@AskNationwide Something with limited access, with interest.

@AskNationwide Thank you for replying. But you can't guarantee that they will prioritise women if we break down alone? This is very worrying for your customers. I can understand why breaking down on the motorway is dangerous for everyone, but in other situations, lone women face more risk.

Dear @asknationwide - my Mother is house bound and in a wheelchair. She wants to close an accountant and her local branch has insisted she goes there in person - which she can’t do. What do you suggest we do to help her?
