    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesnโ€™t come early. Profits before principles. Or โ€œcomputer errorโ€ as they call it!

    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* ยฃ74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bugโ€ฆ

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

    @AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

    @AskNationwide As a customer for over 15 years I'm gutted (again) that I'm not part of the fair sharer. Every time is a sad moment. Don't know what I'm doing wrong to miss such privileges even though I've been on your website to check

    @VirginMoney Clydesdale Bank application from 23rd April. Latest expected offer timescale: 2nd week of JUNE !!!! Dire, dreadful, apalling service. Someone has badly dropped a ball here. @AskNationwide - are you feeling rueful yet.

    @AskNationwide I have recently started getting statements for an ISA account however I was under the impression that I closed down all accounts with yourselves a long time ago. Your AI assistant is asking me to log in to online banking to receive help but I donโ€™t have it to do so

    @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.
