    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    I know they sai ‘if it’s not broken, don’t try fix it,’ BUT does @AskNationwide not think it’s time to upgrade their app and move with the times?

    @AskNationwide since the ios16 update, your app seems to take twice as long to get a secure connection. I’m using the latest version and I’ve tried uninstalling to see if that was the problem.

    @AskNationwide so tried obtaining funeral expenses from my late mum's account after being told by bereavement team I could get it from Cabot Circus it got Authorisation but your head office blocked all withdrawal seems you've gone back on what your website says

    @AskNationwide never had such bad service cut off twice already this morning on hold for an hour - just trying to transfer money into an account
