    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide do you have any update on the payments system? Assuming you are rejecting all inbound payments, therefore saving weeks on hand picking the successful and unsuccessful payments? Referring to the #RBS issue back in 2012 customers waited 4 weeks to access their funds

    @AskNationwide when will the problem with payments going in and out of the account be sorted as this has been going on all day and have been unable to do anything as can't access the money I transferred to my nationwide account this morning not happy one bit

    @AskNationwide hopefully this issue is rectified before I get paid on 23rd. However if it isn't I hope it won't be left to me to contact my payroll department to get them to resend my salary? So much for modern technology!

    @AskNationwide any effing chance you can sort yourselves out. Been wait to both send and received payments since yesterday and it’s still down. Absolute joke that this is happening and for so long just before Christmas

    @AskNationwide shocking service! Never known a bank to take this long to resolve issues! Somethings not right sick of seeing scripted, automated responses which mean nothing several hours later someone needs to start telling the truth!!

    @AskNationwide we booked hotel then found out it was closed paid £280 deposit and now have to pay disgusted with your customer service 😡

    @AskNationwide I think you need too be truthful and let people know the full extent of problems facing payments today not just an our teams are working too fix this We are all owners apparently? An approximate eta for solution given Christmas is days it will help ease our worries
