    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    @AskNationwide any plans to change the online banking format again? The new one is awful, I hate that it’s missing a running total, and when I switch back to the old version it’s now horribly formatted and I have to swipe around to see the full details.

    @AskNationwide Are you having issues right now? I have tried to apply for a new product both on the app and desktop site and I get error messages.
