Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Hi guys you need to make your intermediary IT support sware URGENTLY that the system isn't working at the moment. When keying an APP it states all cases are 0.00% LTV. Can you reply to let me know msg received please.

@AskNationwide is your app down? Keeps saying "we're sorry" cannot transfer any money to other accounts or external accounts.

@AskNationwide is there any problem with the nationwide online banking app because all day I've been getting a message up whenever I tried to load the app out saying sorry having a technical issue at the moment.
