    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide Well you aren't here to help. We were due to have a meeting with your mortgage advisor today and we haven't received the meeting invite and nobody has tried to call us. I had to take time off work for this call. Pretty disappointing and I imagine lost revenue for you.

    @AskNationwide are the systems still down? I've sent a payment from my account to my Nationwide account that should go in as cash but it is not showing on the app

    @AskNationwide Hello. So I have checked online. I’m not getting the error but the transactions are still not showing (at least 2 that are recent should be showing at coming ) and the statement of 1st May is still not available. When is that due to come out?

    @AskNationwide I am using the nationwide app yes, I have however originally registered over the phone if that has anything to do with the issue.

    @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

    @AskNationwide Via the Amex app and also Sainsburys online banking. Gets to the verification screen (with the Nationwide logo) each time and freezes. One suspects it’s not an issue with either of the two CC providers as it seems unlikely that both would be having the same problem.

    @AskNationwide The issue has not been resolved. There is an issue with the chat link. The chat button disappears when you click on it. Getting stressed out now as there are implications of my direct debits not being paid- have been on hold on the phone for now 20 mins.
