Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@premnsikka I meant to vote against and call out @AskNationwide, for the obscenity this is, @premnsikka, but personal grief & loss, (was my friend's funeral y'day) and my own health issues, plus concerns over the welfare cuts and the starvation of babies and people in Gaza prevented my vote.

@AskNationwide They used the chat functionality on the banking app. Directed them to write a long note and wait up to three days. Called customer support. No one in the age verification team available. Maybe there will be someone available tomorrow? But not helpful for this evening!

Bear in mind, the reason I was calling was relatively simple: To have some money that wasn’t involved in a scam transferred to my backup @AskNationwide account. I had no access to my Santander account, and Santander were aware I have a physical disability that prevents me from visiting a branch.

@AskNationwide My device location is set to the UK and always has been. Also when I try logging in via the browser it won’t take me to the login page? Please can you help me? I need to make a bank transfer and don’t want a missed payment on my credit report because of this
