    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide poor service at your Bognor Branch. Covid is no excuse for bad service, it is not acceptable to make customers wait unnecessarily! 3 staff standing & talking doing nothing, customers waiting and only 1 cashier working! #poorservice #needtoimprove

    @AskNationwide Lots of other banks have responded to customer demand to opt out of increase contactless limit by allow customers to stick at £45? But are you saying with nationwide it’s contactless or no contactless only?

    @AskNationwide When I called nationwide insurance they gave me Assurant’s telephone number which is no longer valid, and they haven’t responded to any of my emails. They are impossible to get in contact with.

    @AskNationwide it’s been over a week now and still I can’t use my app I have no idea what money I have or don’t have I can’t pay bills. This is disgusting no support or help from nationwide at all.

    @AskNationwide As a customer of Nationwide, are you allowing us to set our own contactless limit now that it has gone up to £100? I would prefer a lower limit than that.

    @Richardmcfc @AskNationwide I have made multiple reports to the support team about my account being banned and nothing came out of it till i got to know about Multitask_Support on Instagram through a friend. I decided to give it a try and everything came out positive, I’m sure he’ll be of help to you
