    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide It’s just not good enough. There was barely any communication. Took hours and hours for the payment to come through. Missed my online food shopping slot because my payment services weren’t working. Appreciate we all have issues, but being a bank is an essential service
