@AskNationwide My switch didn't happen yesterday and when I contacted customer service to find out they told me the switch had been cancelled and they couldn'ttell me why. If this means I'll no longer justify for the switch incentive then I guess I'll be closing the account.

@HSBC_UK Nothing will change unfortunately. She has accounts with @santanderuk and @AskNationwide and not one of those I’ve had any issues with at all. Unfortunately I will be pulling her out of this account, which is a shame as I’ve banked with yourselves for over 25yrs.

@AskNationwide I just checked Downdetector and 70% report issues with mobile app and 17% reported issues with online login - perhaps it's worth checking it..
