    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide with my bank card stuck in a virtually defunct postal system, how can I access funds to pay for my building work? There must be another acceptable way to confirm ID!

    @AskNationwide I have done that and the limit I can pay is £500 which I'm afraid is no help re building work. I took my cheque book, driving license, passport and could tell them my transaction details including when I ordered the card and they still refused.

    @AskNationwide @foggedoff73 I think the feedback is probably fairly obvious from the above complaint isn’t it? * Have a working phone line that gets answered * Don’t charge for moving money * Stop closing branches early * employ more staff 🙄🙄🙄

    @AskNationwide I have three questions 1. As I can’t now access the account how I am going to know when the money has hit. 2. How do I contact you as online chat said they could not do this and 3. How long will the restriction take to be lifted as I have read it can be days

    Witnessed 2day absolutely degrading treatment of a customer at @AskNationwide Disabled people shouldn’t be asked to justify 3 times by different members of staff that they are disabled just to ask 4 an accessibility card reader & to justify it as company policy #Disgracein2022
