Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

@AskNationwide morning! I had no statement for July on my app - Nationwide Credit Card due after 12/7. Has there been a glitch? I didn’t spend but in the past I always received a statement regardless. Many thanks

@AskNationwide in March I opened a triple access ISA with you at 0.85%. Your latest triple access is now 1.35% but I have to close my old account and open a new one to get this rate! Why don’t you just increase the savings rate on existing Isa’s or are you hoping we won’t notice?

@Voidlord18 @AskNationwide No one has a problem with girls playing. We have a problem with morally bankrupt banks talking morals to us. That’s the point.
