@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide you has stopped allowing payments from my account. I tried to call but the system hung up on me. I called again and it said the lines are closed. Now I can't buy things that I need to online. How can I get my account reactivated.? This is a significant problem

4. @AskNationwide complete this weeks list, they’re offering £100 for new customers to switch to one of their Flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

@AskNationwide I am not struggling to the point where I need a Food Bank. I have phoned again - 7 minutes before someone answered, and now he's left me hanging on for another 5 minutes. This is unacceptable! I've been a customer 30+ years!
