    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    Hey @AskNationwide Is there any way we can digitally reset our PIN numbers or find out what they are? With contactless usage I’ve forgotten what it is. I have the app and access to internet banking.

    @AskNationwide They are on holiday (we don't know them). So Mum asked Nationwide our insurance company to help. RSA said she has to get a quote to repair shed, even though it has half a tree still on top. But it will be the neighbours liability.

    @few1971 @AskNationwide I think this is more of an issue with Direct Debits, a thing from the dark ages that needs to be updated IMO.
