    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide My husband contacted that number back in May. . This issue need to be escalated, its unacceptable. Can you please pm me the contact details of a specific department or person who is senior enough to get this sorted.

    @AskNationwide does the flex plus account insurance for mobile phones cover if a phone is brought from a shop where its second hand (with no issues) or does it need to be brand new?

    @AskNationwide telling me it is for lost and stolen only, of I chose 1 for other options or let it run it tells me lines are closed and to call back during working hours

    @AskNationwide He's waiting to be contacted with an update, customer service hasn't been in touch for over a week. No one seems to be able to help.

    @AskNationwide As soon as possible. Its not good enough. Can you escalate this issue and put me in touch with someone who can sort this out. I'm confused that Nationwide can't track cash transferred and held within their system.
