@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide 2/2 Person had no idea what the problem was. No reference in letter or call to me having a text on 28.1 that I had responded to. Line went dead. No call back. Presume there is no actual concern about my card? Feel sorry for call handler!

@AskNationwide I hope so as it's getting close to two hours and nothing in yet. No, I hadn't as I didn't realise I had to as everyone else was but this is the third time now so I will probably be changing banks as this is happening more frequently and causing too many issues.

@AskNationwide I wasn't using the app, it was your website refusing to let me login, I called the phone number and your staff told me they were aware of the problem and were working on it - your online banking was completely down for about 30 minutes, but thanks for the useless suggestion
