@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I reported an unauthorised pending transaction on my account yesterday and have heard nothing back. The money has now cleared but it was *NOT authorised*. Can someone help please? I can't afford to lose this money. Thanks.

@AskNationwide I'm abroad and used my debit card. Now neither that nor my credit card work, and your telephone hold time is more than 10 mind for an expensive overseas call. I logged in to say I was traveling and your system didn't allow me to do so. Can someone please help?

@AskNationwide I’ve been a customer and all my family have been for decades and we all have lots of different accounts. I have never been so offended as by your Moulton Park Branch this week. Been lied to by staff and then we have been made to the liar’s. Absolutely awful

@AskNationwide hi, im in Egypt,i wanted to pick some cash from my account by using my debit card so i used one of the ATM of National Bank of Egypt,unfortunately after giving the pin and following all the instructions, money didn’t come out from ATM, debit card came out.Need help

@katywarburton @AskNationwide It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account

@AskNationwide when are you planning to update the iPhone app so it doesn’t crash every time it’s opened? Looking through the reviews on the App Store it’s a common issue, and incredibly annoying.
