@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@brianvicky28 @daniellemaher13 @AskNationwide Same after last time and complained dealt with it they said the issues on bank holidays were resolved l, clearly not as never in this late they don’t realise how anxious you get waiting when god knows how many other BH we been left without money

@AskNationwide Sadly had to raise a formal complaint with @AskNationwide as the person I'm currently on the phone to gives me every reason why he can't progress my issue & NO suggestion as to how to move forward. Not in line with #mutual ethos or #TCF principles. Am asking for help that is all

@AskNationwide can you explain why a refund on a credit balance on a Nationwide credit card can take 5 working days and then you sent the funds by Cheque!!! I am disgusted.
