@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Thanks for getting back to me. So no ETA still? It's a absolute nightmare to deal with so any form of timeframe to manage expectations would be greatly appreciated. And I'm guessing there's quite a lot of people who feel like this and are getting fed up of your service

@AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app
