@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I'm still having issues. My sky has been paid on my sky app but not showing on my banking app and funds are still in the bank. Also I paid my loan payment and you haven't took it off the loan amount. Such a mess and so confusing

@AskNationwide My point is simply why aren't new customers advised that they have to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking? I have received everything you referred to yet wasted 26 minutes trying futilely to register for Internet banking.

@AskNationwide Thank you, it was quite a simple piece of feedback asking you to add an instruction to wait 7 working days before registering for online banking. The CS adviser knew it but new members don't. #simple

@AskNationwide 1/2 I've been experiencing problems with your banking app for a while. Think I reported it before but can't remember. Every time I go on my banking app to transfer money it keeps saying sorry there's a technical problem please restart again.
