    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide My cat is at the vets at the moment needing treatment and I need to pay upfront. I CAN’T pay up front because of YOUR PROBLEMS and so my cat cannot have the surgery needed - this is INCREDIBLY DISTRESSING. Please advise urgently when this will be resolved.

    @AskNationwide I assume that you'll be cancelling any late payment/overdraft fees etc due to this? I refuse to be penalised if payments go out before my salary goes in due to your error.

    @AskNationwide This is ridicolous all day my partner has tried getting through on phone impossible tried getting through on live chat again impossible 1 hour Waite for nothing She has been waiting all day for money to go in to go and see her sick family member who is in hospital

    @AskNationwide Thanks a lot nationwide, going hungry now because your service is sub par. This isn't the first time. either. Its one thing being stuck for cash but its totally another when I depend on your service and now I can feed myself, absolutely starving nice one!!!

    @laurajaneosborn @AskNationwide Hopefully not. I'm praying the problem will be fixed for everyone b4 that. Benefits use BACS I've seen that a few customers have recieved their payments. I really hope this is the case
