@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide Hi Lucy, the website seems to state that the service is back to normal, but my mortgage payment from my flex current account still nowhere to be seen on my Nationwide mortgage account. It usually reflects overnight. Is there still a backlog of internal payments you’re working on?

@AskNationwide sent a payment from my nationwide account to my monzo account at 11am and the money has vanished from my nationwide account but not arrived in my other account. I notice you are saying the issues are fixed but I have lost a large amount of money this morning

@AskNationwide I have been sent £180 within the last 30 mins and it isn't showing / hasn't come through to my account. Only reason It was sent to myself is because your service status says that everything is working...I thought the payments issue was sorted? I need this money.
