Had a terrible experience contacting @AskNationwide this morning, put on hold for 10 minutes and then call disconnected. Then transferred to one of their own customers! Couldn't even help me, absolutely disgusting customer experience. #poorcustomerexperience

@AskNationwide when will banking app be working again?? I have to pay my rent but c not access my current or savings accounts. This is happening too often without any warning. Your website says services working as normal... clearly not!!
