    @AskNationwide hi. I opened a new account , have received card and customer number to access online banking... but don't seem to have acc no and sort code? Am I likely to have missed it? Or on the way? Thanks

    @AskNationwide my debit card has stopped working in stores. I can still use Apple Pay and I can use it online, so why doesn’t it work in store?

    @AskNationwide hi. Thanks. I had DD set up for 1st to personal, individual, serious issue and for 3 days endured their stress at me not knowing what was going on. Upset I'm not considered someone to have suffered from this

    @AskNationwide could your services be any more naff!? This is the 2nd time your online banking international payments have failed and crashed in as many months. Been trying for hour to pay an international bill. Get "we've experienced a technical error" or it logs me out.
