    @AskNationwide @MelissaByJovi I tried using your chat. It's a complete joke. I had only written a few words when I had some bully telling me to hurry up and did I want to continue or not. Not good for complex issues.

    @AskNationwide on login to the app it is now saying to update to the latest version of the app otherwise I’ll lose access. I am on the latest version. The app store would show ‘update’ if I was on an older version, and it isn’t.
