    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for your prompt response about internet banking, but this doesn’t help re: the app as per my question. Apps are easier to login to and use when on the move than internet banking and also sits neater on the screen rather than having to zoom in, which may not be ideal.

Over the years I've arranged 2 mortgages & half a dozen bank accounts remotely without being asked my skin colour. Is NW now planning pro-black bias to redress a non-existent problem?

    @AskNationwide Is there any chance of someone picking up the phone on number 0800 545 3004. I've now heard 125 'We apologise for the delay but will be with you shortly' messages. HOW LONG IS SHORTLY. Glad you're not running the fire service.

    @AskNationwide how do I order a new card reader? Mine just keeps coming up with error message. Can't see how to do that via app
