    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

    @AskNationwide Have just tried to access the Nationwide banking App but it states I need to re-enrol to safeguard my accounts. Is there a specific reason for this happening or is this just a new security protocol?

    @AskNationwide Well they gave me a sort code and account number to use ,but when I try to use it via online banking the account kicks me back into the login page

    @s_ellerington @AskNationwide I have this too. Used the app a few days ago no problem and now it wants me to reenrol. Haven't updated the app or done anything else. Seems odd

    @AskNationwide Finally @Miele_GB managed to do what they said they would do but failed x 2. love their products esp a new twindos washer. But the experience was totally horrendous. And that was buying it from their Experience Centre in Edinburgh. Go figure. Thanks @AskNationwide for help 👍

    @AskNationwide No not at all. Your the only ones responding and being transparent. Proper customer service. Sorry to drag you into this nonsense. @Miele_GB have been dishonest and error prone. Hopeless situation I have no control over.

    @AskNationwide your website and app is so stressful I've changed my address manually a month ago and today tried to shut down my ISA and the website crashed so I have no idea if my account is actually getting closed or if any paperwork will be sent to my correct address 😶
