    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide can someone help please, I have been charged for a flight I booked, and it’s not come up in ‘pending’ transactions as well. I have contacted the flight company but they have told me to contact you to cancel the pending. Thank you

    @AskNationwide how is the 1 year triple fix limited saving a worse rate this year than last? 2.5% is poor when I can get a flexi saver at 2.8%

    @AskNationwide Again I'm not blaming you personally for this but the phrase "sorry to hear that you feel this way" is one of the most annoying responses in the world. How I feel isn't the issue here. The issue is a technical one and one that needs fixing.

    @AskNationwide OK I've done that. I had endless problems with the form failing to find or accept my address but I got there in the end. I realize this isn't your fault :-) but Nationwide really does have terrible IT!
