@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

@AskNationwide Hi. Ive had two of the same transaction come out of my account… i know that it was only paid once. Now its taken my account into overdraft while they are pending! Why does this sort of thing keep happening with your bank!! Constant issues with the app or system!

@AskNationwide I was last in America (Florida) in 2019. At that time, and previous years, #ApplePay did not work in the USA (even although it should have). Has the issue been fixed? Can a UK iPhone user use Apple Pay in the USA? @AppleSupport

@AskNationwide there still appears to be problems with online/telephone card payments. I have twice using my nationwide card to pay and it came up with there is an external problem with your bank. We used our account with NatWest and it worked.

@AskNationwide I've been on the phone hundeds of times! I'm told it will be sorted that day or this day, then I get an email asking for more information, THAT I'VE ALREADY SUBMITTED and has been accepted and processed!They admitted yesterday there is an error and it was escalated but nothing!

@AskNationwide I understand that. You have never let me go £5 ¥ver my overdraft before, let alone 80 over my agreed overdraft before. The money was there at 4pm, then at 5pm it wasnt. But I asked, have you had other issues with this today or yesterday, as I've seen similar questions from other

@AskNationwide why don’t you tell people that the duplicate payments and incorrect balances are infact a technical issue you’ve been working on for 2 days instead of blaming merchants? Left £50 overdrawn with no overdraft and you can’t help because I’m OD? 😡

@AskNationwide I've submitted a complaint. Twice! One of them is particularly serious, but still didn't get a response. This is causing so much stress and we need the mortgage finalised! There is a serious problem with your system!
