@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

As soon as I have it confirmed my pay has gone in, I am switching away from @AskNationwide - this is really poor this close to Christmas and they haven't even explained the issue or mentioned it on their tweets (let alone website!)

@AskNationwide @mickhogg Delay? How longs this delay for an incoming payment? Delay suggests it’s processing. But from what I understand the system is down, meaning it’s frozen, rather then delayed?
