@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide Thanks. Can I suggest the banking app is changed so you can? It’s inconvenient, makes no sense and introduces the risk of error or scamming each time the process has to be repeated

@AskNationwide on the banking app, if I have a business payee I pay a number of times, I have to set them up over and over again to be able to change the payment reference for each payment. This takes time and increases the risk of error. It really needs to be fixed?

@AskNationwide @emz_k03 I am also experiencing the same issue with regards to logging into my mortgage application. Worked last week. I suggest someone looks at the system as it seems to be down at the moment… hence the error
