    @AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskPS_UK ITs convenient how you don't have support open at the weekend and the weekend is the time all the developers lazily push out patches for broken experiences. Can I please get my refund please, or do I have to talk to my bank? @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide just want to thanks Nationwide for leaving us without money on a weekend and having to cancel my disabled sons respite and Christmas trip, your system is down and " the form" doesn't let you transfer from Futuresavers account to Flex account. Left without a penny

    @AskNationwide 1/2 I see you are ending free travel insurance for your Flexi Account customers on 31st December 2021 & I believe this is because the Covid cover makes it too expensive for you to provide. So you think it is OK to penalise is more during this terrible pandemic!
