    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with renewing debit cards? My wife's card expired 30th Nov and, despite being advised on three different occasions that cards had been ordered, nothing has arrived. Today we are advised that there is an "issue" from 17th October???

    @AskNationwide DM sent nothing done by nationwide. Email from louuse promisng to call me. No call from Louise. Not sure whatelse Nationwide wont do to sort outvthis problem. . Contacting Debbie Crosby CEO perhaps she can explain why nationwide is so inept. #inept #shambkez
