Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide #FlexStudent If you find yourself struggling with money do not take out a credit card if you cannot afford yo pay it back in the long run! Ask for financial help from friends family and even the university can help and give you advice.

@AskNationwide I've tried a couple of sites and definitely an issue with online card payments. I got this message from amazon... Please check fund availability on this card or try a different payment method. Your order was placed, but will not ship until you complete your payment.....

@Visa & @AskNationwide between these two, completely useless! No customer protection at all, dump them as soon as you get the chance. They're in cahoot with dodgy merchants to fleece customers. Flaming useless, shoddy service, zero customer protection.

@AskNationwide It was a sole Flexaccount. Going to branch isn't a problem, I would have preferred a warning to say if you skip the ID part then you would need to go into branch.
