Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide I have just DMed you. Been waiting since August for a resolution to the same issue. The incompetence in the first place was unacceptable. The delay is now incompetence. Either sort the problem out or I close my accounts after being a customer for 20 years.

@AskNationwide I have been in branch and used ARTI - neither seem to be able to help with my query. I've tried ringing twice now to be told 'due to unforeseen circumstances we can't take your call' - what am I supposed to do now?!!
