    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @TheAndreasLang @AskNationwide Sounds like similar issues to us. Wrong value on system. Mortgage pulled on completion day. Now saying 10 days to re-key application manually when we’re already now in breach of contract as missed completion day. Absolute joke.

    @AskNationwide iPhone and it’s just been updated to the latest iOS and was told it would work. Still not working. Funny how my new bank app is working and they’ve not had a problem. Just nationwide leaving customers high and dry. Three weeks now.

    @AskNationwide NCP not picking up the phone, answering tweets, or answering their website message service. I’m more disappointed with Nationwide and lack of cover. I thought being a FlexPlus customer I would get more help and support. Thinking of closing all my Nationwide accounts now.

    @AskNationwide Poor reply from Nationwide. No help from Nationwide because it was a contactless payment with no receipt offered. No help from NCP. I’m stuck in the middle. Memo to self. No contactless payments and consideration to close all my Nationwide accounts. Disappointing customer care.

    @AskNationwide is there a problem with your website? I’m trying to update my account details online but when I select the relevant number from my pass number it isn’t populating the field.

    @AskNationwide Appalled by how we’re being treated by your mortgage team. System errors mean we’ve missed our completion date! Now in breach of contract, being charged interest but being told it will >10 days before it can be resolved as has to be manually re-keyed! How? 😡

    @AskNationwide It’s a PC. I typed your address directly into the browser. I was able to log in entering the pass number, it’s just when I try to update my details.

    @AskNationwide #poorcustomerservice Human in local branch said cant see a mortgage advisor in person anymore..phone 08.00 to 20.00 and they will help..so far lines are always closed when we try after getting in from work..even the recorded message straight up does not

    @AskNationwide They said the card was expired. But how exactly am I meant to now access my money? Is there no managers discretion given all things explained at that point?
