Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

To abuse someone in a web chat especially with a supposedly reputable company is way out of order. @kelwell16 @AskNationwide Well this all started as I changed my address, online because of my issues! They messed up and now have frozen accounts but can’t do anything till I go In to a branch or call them! Would love to but can’t speak at the minute nor can I get out of my pit at the minute.. love to mr!

Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.

@AskNationwide @chl0hilt0n You're not sorry though this happens all the time with nationwide. I've been without electricity all day you've done nothing to help if you were sorry you'd have something in place to help considering this is a regular occurrence
