  Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

  @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

  @AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
