Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@AskNationwide @SkylarrosePhil4 That service status update was written 2 hours ago. When will this problem be fixed? Honestly this is a shambles. Its unfair to people who have no other means. I need access to my money to buy shopping. I have a child at home. Its completely unacceptable

@AskNationwide Well I did contact you numerous times during these outages , I told them I was a single mum/carer with 2 severely disabled children and no living family I could ask for help and everytime I got " sorry I understand but there is nothing we can do". My boys missed respite, my break
