Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide how absolutely ridiculous my partner has Parkinson’s / dementia I have his POA and we bank with you he’s just received a small inheritance a check /euros we only use @AskNationwide for our banking but we can’t bank said check in our account please 🙏 help us

@AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

@AskNationwide That's poor. What is the point of a customer services team if they can't complete customer services tasks! Now I have to go to an ATM which will no doubt swallow my card whilst the pin is blocked! #nohope
