    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide @EnglandFootball Do you know what would help make sport more inclusive? Not forcing female footballers to wear white strips. Especially when menstruating. Will you get behind that? It’s something they talk about and worry about and it needs assessing.

    @AskNationwide It doesn't work....customer number or debit card number only. This is a credit card (they are different from debit cards). This is ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide Having an issues with some duplicate payments. Recently purchased something online and have one payment processed properly, and one with the same amount in pending transactions. I only made one purchase. Accounts currently in overdraft because of this, please help.

    @AskNationwide Thank you. Please consider making this available via internet banking as not everyone can make to their local branch during working hours or wait up to 10 days for it to be sent via post.

    @Stompe180 @AskNationwide Hi Rob, not suggesting us but genuinely just being helpful…! If you use a mortgage broker you’ll be able to arrange a new deal 6 months ahead of your current deal expiring. This will give you access to hundreds of lenders instead of just one and you can secure todays rates.

    @AskNationwide Im not currently concerned about how much is in there, I just want to know IF it’s possible to know how much was initially put in, I still have a year until I can access it/take money out
