    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    I'm getting really annoyed with @AskNationwide! I just want to change my address but can't over the phone, I can't visit a branch and trying online just says there are technical issues! Please sort this out before I go elsewhere!
