Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide We last spoke to your team over an hour ago after a 30-minute hold (taking time on hold to hours over the last 48 hours). Two days taken off work. Freezing young family. The service is so bad it is genuinely insulting to my family.

.@AskNationwide on hold for 1.5 hrs **every day** for the last week trying to get through. Branch the week before who couldn't help directed me to call. Says you're open 9-5. How do I get to speak to someone? Pls don't give me the covid 'we're really busy' brush off. Me too.

@AskNationwide Are you experiencing issues today? Our joint account and my partners current account have had all our debit card payments decline all day and when I log in on the app I can't see the current account, it only shows our mortgage.

@AskNationwide I want someone to call me today! You block my card every time I use it abroad, EVERY ******* TIME! Now to fix it I’ve had to call you, from America! Now that call has cost me over £60! Because you don’t call foreign numbers which I have, and you block everything

@AskNationwide Hi! Had my debit card blocked for an innocent online transaction. To unblock have had to ring your fraud line - 15 minutes on hold so far and no info on how long I will have to wait. Just banal muzac and a beep every 30 seconds. How to get help please? Will it be 1 hour, 2 hours?
