    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide Why are you the only bank in the country not to allow scan cheques into your app? If you can't find programmers I can help. If your management can't see why it's important, get jobs in another bank before you go under. See Monzo etc.

    @AskNationwide @Assurant My daughter has phone insurance with nationwide through your flex plus account. She claimed for a screen repair, sent her phone to your recommended repairer and it has been returned with a broken microphone. She cannot use her phone for phone calls now.

    @AskNationwide it’s been over a week now and still I can’t use my app I have no idea what money I have or don’t have I can’t pay bills. This is disgusting no support or help from nationwide at all.

    @AskNationwide Thank you although I’m not sure what you can actually look into - if I’ve understood your correctly it’s a contactless or non-contactless card no choice. Sorry nationwide but it’s not good enough as a customer of 20+ years I expect the same functionality as Halifax and Lloyds!

    @Visa @AskNationwide @RoughRunners who’s responsible for my refund? I paid £289 to Roughrunner for 10 tickets in 2020! Event was cancelled then Rough Runner went into liquidation. My bank have said as each item is under £100 I’m not covered by section 75. Any help?

    @AskNationwide I have had a reply from your complaints team but the reply was far from satisfactory. Shame you think it is acceptable to set a system that just cuts people off after waiting to be answered for 1 hour. Should have spent the time looking for a more customer focused organisation.

    @AskNationwide As a customer of Nationwide, are you allowing us to set our own contactless limit now that it has gone up to £100? I would prefer a lower limit than that.
