    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide She has, but was told she would have a two day wait to hear from you. She’s very worried she will liable for money. 18 transactions on a site she rarely uses to that sums should have been spotted. If she hadn’t checked her email she wouldn’t know.

    @AskNationwide And Thirdfort is on the list. This doesn’t answer my initial question as to how to complete “onboarding” my Nationwide account as the error suggested was needed.

    @AskNationwide @exesoundtech I am having the same problem on IOS 15.0.2 for the past couple of weeks. I delete it and reinstall, it works once then next time I try to open it, it stays on the fuzzy background picture.

    @AskNationwide Is there an issue with the iOS app at the moment? I have to “hard close” the app before I can use it every time. Otherwise it just sits on the background app image.

    @AskNationwide I am currently aboard & have been using my card successfully for the past several days. However, I have tried to make two payment transactions online now but when I go to pay it comes up “we’ve got a problem with our services and we can’t identify you” HELP PLEASE
