Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@AskNationwide It's a Samsung. It just doesn't load, the app opens and then there is a spinning circle that goes round and it says "talking to nationwide" underneath but it never gets to the login page. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but it hasn't helped.

@AskNationwide as a nationwide debit card owner myself, my biometric sign in button being too small for the app to recognise my print, and me not knowing my pass number, is it possible for you guys to update the app to allow facial recognition?

@AskNationwide Thank you Jo, I am presume you would allow a coin deposit if a customer was to go overdrawn, rather than refusing the coins if the exact denomination on the money bag is not achieved.

Company is GeekSwag. I bought certified refurbed airpod pros that broke a week after receiving. They have non-existent customer service phone line (disconnected) and @AskNationwide have rejected my visa dispute as merchant claims I haven’t contacted them. (2/3)
