Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide But disappointed. Been with you for many years now, including a mortgage for the last five. I get interest rates have gone up, but you've charged me £999 to renew. You then email me saying thank you for being loyal. No, thank you for £999 in these hard times. Awful

@AskNationwide Today but I am actually furious about 2 things Jo, first misinformed me to get my car back on road so I paid everything and now I still can’t get service for my car as I have to wait for the complain to get looked at and until that time I can’t drive

@AskNationwide tks for stating the obvious as its detailed on the letter recd with new card. however whilst i hv sympathy for those w/visual impairment what about those who r not & require to sign rear of the card only to find the dots now make signing impossible or did u fail to read my post

@AskNationwide @junew26 Just to add the service I received (although wait times on the phone c.45mins) has been exemplary. My claims (I've had to make two large ones) were easy and stress-free, unlike others I know who have had zero contact for many months with other firms.
