Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

I was given a phone number for property risk to chase my valuation report but yesterday and today it won’t allow customer calls through. @AskNationwide my mortgage valuation is due back by COB today but the estate agent has been told it was sent last week. Can you help pls?
