Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@AskNationwide Most can use online banking BUT the needing card reader thing is so damn archaic. Follow others and do Face ID or number login.

Looks like .@AskNationwide have pulled the plug on the #PayM service today, the first of the major UK banks to do so before the PayM service shuts completely on 7th March. Pity. This was a handy feature.

@AskNationwide I have logged into Internet Banking and some of my personal info has been pre-filled (helpfully) I’ve never had a problem with Nationwide applications in my 11 years of membership. I’ve seen Tweets saying people have been given ISA account numbers then told it can’t be processed

@AskNationwide and @TheAA_UK thanks for help to recovery the car in France. However be agreed on what I can spend to pick up my car? I find the garage where the car will be repair asap then find the best way to go back to home as I took my parent’s to 🇬🇧 as alternative.

@AskNationwide How can it be suspicious when I have told you 11 times, over 11 months, that it is a valid transaction. It maybe automated service but the service is clearly broken! If your system is broken, you should fix it!

@AskNationwide I'm confident at using your online banking, it just massively aggravates me l, that I have to use my card reader to add new payees each time. Is there a way around this? Surely my log in code or being sent a OTP code each time would be easier and less time consuming.

@AskNationwide I use your card reader, no issues, I won’t use a phone app to do banking. I won’t use a watch, or phone to pay contactless. Overall happy
