    @AskNationwide utterly frustrated with poor customer service from @AskNationwide. Nobody taking ownership of my complaint after making an unauthorised transfer of funds from my account. Terrible service.

    @AskNationwide Logged into the account with no problems, trying to make an online payment to an existing payee for £29.70. The egg timer didnt stop .... then the page said tech problems.

    @AskNationwide U appoint the insurers, & if U're happy to inflict this level of service to save money it says loads about what U think of your customers. Hope your bonus was a good one for the record quarterly profits. I'm watching my family struggle. Enjoy spending it. Bet I'm blocked.

    @AskNationwide I’m about to lose out on my first time buyers mortgage because of a nationwide ‘technical issue’, which has impacted my credit score! This misinformation is against the data protection act! After 9 days I’ve also not had a single response from the complaints team.
