    @AskNationwide hello, is there IT and mobile banking problems again??? I have not had payment processed for 3 days now and it is unacceptable. Get it fixed asap. This is for my travel insurance.

    @AskNationwide Hi, I tried that but still have the same issue. I double click on the app and it says talking to nationwide with the circle going round like it is trying to load. It does not get as far as the sign in screen.

    @AskNationwide I asked for a balance transfer for my MBNA card from my Nationwide credit card via a cheque which was prepared by Nationwide customer service. The money has left my Nationwide credit card but yet to reflect on my MBNA credit card.

    @AskNationwide Hello - I’ve tried everything, the phone just gets cut off - I’m really worried because I’ve sorted everything and just waiting for Nationwide and they are impossible to get hold of. Is there no direct email I can contact? I may lose this apartment if I can’t get hold of you

    @AskNationwide hello. Are your card services down again. I am in Spain and cannot use my contactless card. It's been declined 3 times. I cannot call as it's 40 a minute and it takes 30 minutes for you to answer. You then say there are no problems.

    @AskNationwide I don't want to sign up because I am signed up for it in a different bank. I just want to pay using nationwide app but as always you make it difficult or impossible.
