  @AskNationwide None of these help my client with motor issues. The card reader helps a bit but when someone needs to read a very small number on a screen and they have a tremor, and nobody is allowed to help (I understand why, don’t get into that please) you make things very difficult

  Absolutely terrible service on 3 separate phone calls from @AskNationwide very disappointing staff don’t even know their own procedures
