I know it’s not ideal what’s happening at @AskNationwide - I’m affected as well, but, please don’t be abusing the staff, either on here, on the phone or in person in Branches. This is OUR Building Society, they are OUR staff. We are better than this. They are working to fix it

@AskNationwide @cjw_84 So that can go in a queue as well? Your customer service is almost as bad as the service itself! You're coming up with nothing but generic responses and links to nothing
