    Why @AskNationwide can’t people do transfers over the phone? Awful for ppl who are mobility impaired and those who don’t use internet banking.

    @minusplnp @AskNationwide I had no problem changing my name with them either; in that respect they were great. However their subsequent refusal to stop advertising in the transphobic Daily Mail meant I had no choice but to close my account. Shame.

    This is such a shame @AskNationwide as the thought behind the campaign is fantastic and we support it, but we don't want thousands of children left out of it thanks. @girlfromafrica

    @AskNationwide Thanks for trying to help Mel. In the end I deleted the app and reinstalled it. Quite a palaver but seems the most straightforward answer. I change the device name though.

    @AskNationwide why do you keep delaying your Mortgage property surveys @NationwidePress ? 6 weeks and still no survey keeps getting moved and we're close to losing the property! SORT IT OUT! terrible service!
