@Christi64582081 @AskNationwide Christine, me too me too. Errors and faults can be forgiven but this poor level of customer service is unacceptable. It seems that the operators have absolutely no empathy. I have another account elsewhere. Nationwide I'll be contacting you tomorrow to close my account.
