    @AskNationwide he does not have a card reader here and needs to access his full page statements for visa.

    @AskNationwide Your Nationwide Home Emergency cover does not mean Emergency at all. As long as 1st visit is within 24 hrs they say they have fulfilled their obligations...despite leaving 78 yr old with no heating over weekend. Engineer told the problem but did not fix it.

    @AskNationwide I’m abroad in Australia, and you have put a block on my card without any warning! I’ve rang the 441793 65 67 89 number and your automated system keeps rejecting it! Im so frustrated and stressed.

    @AskNationwide Hi - why is your iOS app deteriorating? It randomly tells me I am logged out but the login button and whole app is frozen until I close and reopen it. Then it takes (relatively) ages to establish a connection even before face ID (security). Irksome.

    @AskNationwide Hi Kyle- thanks for your reply. If this is the case, it’s very concerning that no context is offered. Support for individuals is one thing; capturing a snippet of conversation in a way that appears to frame choosing between fuel & food as ‘normal’ is unfortunately quite another.

    @AskNationwide I am expecting a payment, but I have an email claiming its ready but I have to put in a postal tracking number. Are you able to check this? It's from transfer wise, or now known as wise I think. Please help or point me in the right direction. Thanks.
