    @AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....

    @AngelaJ24625888 @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide Well there are specific criteria I cba to try and repeat in here. It’s all on the website. You’ll have missed 1 element of it. With the current account you need certain numbers of transactions etc.

    @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠
