    @AskNationwide It was deposited through the self service machine as we were told we couldn’t do it at the desk. The machine picked up the amount as £20 instead of £2000, we were told it will be rectified within 24 hours and not to worry! That was over 4 weeks ago today!

    @AskNationwide just seen the new website - it looks awesome. Does this mean that there’s some modernisation in line for online banking and the app too to make it more in line with new features from other banks?

    @AskNationwide No it doesnt. Work address - all green ticks, current address and previous address nothing next to it. Either green or red. And Microsoft Edge on my laptop. Even tried on android device. Same issue.

    @AskNationwide It’s been over 4 weeks and you still haven’t rectified my elderly mothers cheque issue!!I have been in the branch 4 times with her, she’s exhausted and every time it’s a false promise! Get your act together and FIX IT! #Annoyed #Nationwide #bankingregulation

    @scotttulloch73 @mikegalsworthy @AskNationwide As a customer of 30 years plus I am incandescent about this. How can I remain with an institution that thinks that this is okay? Nationwide you have let a lot of people down.
