@AskNationwide Thank you .. I will carry on my crusade until @Debbiecrosbie1 does something about the very poor customer service at Nationwide ...I have been banking with Anglia/Nationwide for 40 years and every year the service had dropped ... I even had a business account with them..

@seahaze55 Yes I've had to waste an hour on the phone to @AskNationwide to sort out an ongoing issue that they have twice told me has been resolved. I spoke to three people this AM, I couldn't make out if they were following a script or just plain THICK!

@AskNationwide Before you think about moving hard earned dosh to Nationwaste .. Think, so many other financial institutions with better customer service and the same or better safe guards.. Nationwaste has never evolved! @Debbiecrosbie1

@AskNationwide I am a current mortgage holder. I am moving and arranging a new mortgage with you. The chain is about to collapse because you can't amend my mortgage offer. Everytime I call I am told it will be another 5 working days. It has been more than two weeks. Help please. the stress!
