  @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

  @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

  @AskNationwide @Argos_Online Trying to buy something online and am stuck in a “We need to check it’s really you” loop. I verify … and then have to verify again … and again … Is there a problem in either of your systems?

  @AskNationwide Your phone and web chat teams haven’t been very good in the past and it’s taken Tracy M to get things sorted last time o had issues that the web and phone teams didn’t sort !
