@AskNationwide That’s very concerning as I’ve never had delay issues with transferring payment from my Canadian account until now. Can I expect payment to reach my Nationwide account tomorrow? What customer service number can I call to resolve this properly?

@AskNationwide I have had a call with them this morning. Told me they can't do anything. So I have to go into customer service hell with both of you again. This is not right.

@AskNationwide The sending bank have confirmed that the money has reached Nationwide. So where is it if not in my account? Why are you passing it to them to sort? The SO goes across like clock work each month. The 1 time it hits when you have a payment issue, it’s conveniently not ur fault? 🤥

@AskNationwide I’ve spoken to NatWest, the money is not with them and the transaction has not been reversed. They suggested you check your suspense account? The issue is clearly not resolved …

@AskNationwide I won't hold my breath, NW always say that they will help all their customers but end up doing nothing and forgetting. I just need to view the transactions on my credit card account. It's not that difficult!!

@_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I am with Direct Line and they use CET. There is no hot water at my property since 18/12/2021. Horrible service with time wasted when engineers did not turn up. Really disappointed with the non-response and ignorance from the teams.

@jimmyb03 @AskNationwide @financialombuds Twitter suggests that nationwide may have rejected the payment during the outage. Utter **** tbh. I dont have the funds to cover the gap whilst bills come out before wages go in. I dont see why I should have to either. Thankfully we had enough plus overdraft to pay mortgage.
