Heather Finlay 🕊️KPSS💚🤍💜 (@LuxuryMoon) reported@AskNationwide Your new style layout for online banking is very poor and much worse than the current one. I sent a message a couple of days ago saying that I don’t want to switch but received no reply. The old style holds the information on one page . With a grid format that makes it easier to see and find a transaction . The new one is all over the place , disorganised and forces me to scroll up and down constantly . It seems that you have gone for a system that suits your tech staff but not your actual customers How do I retain the old style? I feel so strongly about this that I will move to another bank if forced to use the new style

johnny (@johnny_0789) reported@AskNationwide your service is ridiculous. Called twice and agent called Chelsea dropped the call on me and was rude
-
Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Jonny Curran (@Joni_marling) reported@AskNationwide They definitely aren’t, wife’s account and daughters both having same issue, balances not updating or reflecting money paid in. It updated a few minutes ago and then has reverted to yesterday’s balance. Just tagged you for awareness as may wish to feed in.

REALLY SCARY GUY📎 (@fucking_scary) reported@AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

Suzanne Appleby (@suze_appleby) reported@AskNationwide called your credit card fraud line at your request, when it tries to put me through to someone it tells me it’s closed and tells me to call the number I’ve just called. Which according to your website is 24/7. Not very reassuring, what do I do now?
