Pretty piss poor customer service really. I've been a customer since they took over the Anglia BS and were the Nationwide Anglia. Well your choice. Bye bye.

I'm dubious about the explanation I've had. Is there a policy document anywhere that explains what email domains can and can't be used for customer comms, please?

I did this last Saturday (over 7 days ago) and it's not left my account. I'm returning their own money transferred to me...if there was a problem with the transaction I would like to know 😔
