    @AskNationwide Your phone and web chat teams haven’t been very good in the past and it’s taken Tracy M to get things sorted last time o had issues that the web and phone teams didn’t sort !

    @AskNationwide I get an email from Nationwide ever day that I have not asked for with useless information and it’s impossible to have it stopped?

    @AskNationwide Here's a thing I learned today. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. All of which leads me to ask:

    @AskNationwide So far your online service has required me to log in five times in ten minutes, won't allow me to convert my account and has a broken link to the page where I'm supposed to be able to . Online chat has no-one available either. Best possible service? Really?

    @AskNationwide I can log in now on desktop. I assume the maintenance-type work started early, but only one other person said that they had the same issue. I don't know.

    @AskNationwide my debit card is due to expire next month, on your website it mentions you send new cards around 4 weeks before but I’m yet to receive one.

    @AskNationwide The "new look" on the customer web portal is atrocious. You must create an option to keep the previous format permanently! I would switch banks, but I've been a customer for 40 years. Hopefully you will get over whatever it is ur design team are going thru & go back to how it was

    @AskNationwide My state pension has not been paid in. I can’t take it up with the DWP until you confirm it’s not a nationwide problem. I can’t get to find out if it is. Sadiq blew me off with a ‘will be credited’ but no idea when - no one available to talk
