Why is it that @AskNationwide needs a card reader in 2025? Even on mobile when I have to use my fingerprint twice to login to my phone and then the app 🙃

@AskNationwide has decided to freeze our bank account whilst investigating a claim from a scammer. Locked out for 15 days. No access to funds apart from cash withdrawals. 2 kids - 9 & 11. Shameful. Distressing. Wrong.

@AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that
