    @StandWCrypto_UK All UK crypto holders should debank their banks & building societies. @AskNationwide are terrible. Apart from their crypto hate, they also have ridiculous restrictions on moving your money to & from your account.

    @AskNationwide Despite all your TV advertising re customer service, it appears to be non-existent. Impossible to get past the AI bot to reach your โ€˜dedicated teamsโ€™. They are dedicated to being uncontactable, it seems. Iโ€™ll be looking for recommendations about banks which do actually careโ€ฆ

    @somersetlevel @HalifaxBank They have useless customer service. Dumped them years back and shifted to @AskNationwide and never regretted it.

    @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. Itโ€™s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!
