@AskNationwide Hi Mel, sorry for the delay in my response. I used a different browser and logged in to the main N'wide website, and successfully engaged in an online webchat. I suspect that my normal browser (Google Chrome) requires that the cache needs clearing. Comments?

@AskNationwide Have a savings account with you. Due to no longer having a Nationwide current account I can no longer access these funds via the app. How can I get access to my money considering my local branch has no counter service? Thanks

@vandachico @AskVirginMoney @AskNationwide At the moment I can still service my current account, it's just this daft idea that everyone is able to and wants to use an app for everything. Do Nationwide do a credit card? I might have to try them. I was with YB for 34 years and they were brilliant.

@AskNationwide Sherrie ive complained about this manytine and all it causes is more stress and hassle yet nothing ever changes. Just the same old rubbish service. Not going through it all gain. As a bank im done with you guys.
