@AskNationwide good morning. I closed my current account today and it has gone. But I can still login to the app and I am still a member. I want everything closed including my membership so that it appears closed on my credit report. How do I do this? Thanks.

If you want #movehome dont choose @AskNationwide for your #mortgage. I stayed loyal to them and just had error after error. 4 months from applying still waiting for correct offer letter. No one cares, no urgency. @itvMLshow @BBCWatchdog

@AskNationwide Response from team leader to say she's messaged the team handling the error and should hear back in 8 days. How crazy and inefficient can @AskNationwide get? I need an answer in 8 hours. @TheFCA will be hearing from me if Nationwide can't get their error sorted in next 48 hours.
