    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide Another example of poor comms is your app notice: "You are currently unable to make outgoing payments". No. YOU are unable to make outgoing payments from my account. This is on you. "Everything else is working normally" means nothing if funds are not entering or leaving my a/c!

    @Tcm1805 @jonnyfinn7783 @AskNationwide My money goes in via bacs so praying 🙏🏻 I mean they haven’t mentioned this on their site, it would save a lot of people stress if they just confirmed bacs is ok. Not good for the people who aren’t bacs like!
