@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Provide me with the email for complaints. I want to complain about this outage. I joined nationwide as my sole current account and yesterday I needed to transfer money urgently. The recipient was left stranded and I was left feeling embarrassed. This is pathetic.

@AskNationwide I’ve just transferred a lot of money into my starling account and it hasn’t been received so the problem still needs to be fixed l am now going to take all my money out of my nationwide account lm lucky l have more money in the account this needs to be sorted out asap!!!!!
