@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm abroad and used my debit card. Now neither that nor my credit card work, and your telephone hold time is more than 10 mind for an expensive overseas call. I logged in to say I was traveling and your system didn't allow me to do so. Can someone please help?

@katywarburton @AskNationwide It also happen my account for 2month and I tried contacting support service but they always gave me a robot reply so i got in contact with @Recoverycenter6 on Twitter they were the one who got me back into my account they will help you with your account
