@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide Just tried to make a claim on my contents insurance for a broken laptop and because I haven't got accidental cover, I can't claim. All damages occur accidentally, so what's the point of having it, another small print rip off. Changing immediately.

@AskNationwide Yes. I've logged on with my reader. And i got only a option to change passnumber. And no idea if that is a IT issue that I have to inform them about as I have no option to change memorable data ..

@AskNationwide hi, my friend tried to make a payment to a charity acct that i administer + got a warning about 'no refund' if he went thru with it .is this just a standard precautionary check? as it is, he made the payment last year (annual subs) with no problem. can u advise?
