Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the ยฃ100 limit

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.

Gary Fox (@garygfox) reported@AskNationwide There is a problem with the new look internet banking - unable to download statements using Firefox. When switch back to original view then can download statements. It works ok in Chrome

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Not sure what thats about but thankfully had a small amount of cash or would be washing dishes. Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement.
