  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

  • 44dbarc David Barclay (@44dbarc) reported from Kirkcaldy, Scotland

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

  • steph_ashford Stephanie Ashford (@steph_ashford) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AskNationwide Hello. I think there's a problem with the deposit slot on the external machine at your South St Andrew Street, Edinburgh branch. I've had a cheque and notes returned, bunched up, twice over the last 2 weeks.

  • Beleza_Rach Rachael Santangelo (@Beleza_Rach) reported from Edinburgh, Scotland

@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide Hi guys, looks like a nightmare for you at the moment, sorry. Just to clarify things, does this mean when someone who is not a Nationwide customer tried to pay into our accounts these will bounce back or just be delayed? T.I.A

  • chumbawumba_uk Paul Smyth #BLM #TransRightsAreHumanRights (@chumbawumba_uk) reported

@AskNationwide Trying to send a secure message but your website isn't working. Nothing comes up. I've got pop-ups allowed. It's just not working

  • PhilipSimons18 Phil up my stocking Simons 🎄 (@PhilipSimons18) reported

@coffeesteve3 @DaisyDom19 @AskNationwide Well. Now I am not so sure. Because they said a problem like this is usually solved after a couple of hours. But that was about five hours ago. And their replies seem to have gotten more vague since then.

  • longdickjohnsin Keran (@longdickjohnsin) reported

@freakyf1shguy @AskNationwide Its never done this before with me. Its been going on for hours and it's a total mess. @AskNationwide any answers?? Can I have access to my own money I worked all month for please????

  • WillMcgookin Will Mcgookin (@WillMcgookin) reported

@AskNationwide Banking transactions not working 😳

  • stevetmq Steve TMQ (@stevetmq) reported

@AskNationwide I would love to give a gift but delays in getting my pension due to your banking problems means I can not.

  • emmadevoil Emma Claire Devoil (@emmadevoil) reported from Borehamwood, England

@AskNationwide why has my online transfer disappeared into the ether?! Christmas week is not a week I can afford to lose money! And no one answering your messaging service either 😑

  • SuePowe69250476 Sue Evans (@SuePowe69250476) reported

@AskNationwide @BeeBeeston All very well, but the fact that our accounts can't RECEIVE payments is a huge problem so we do need to either have it sorted or for you to honour payments going out even if no funds

  • scottbcomedyuk Scott Bennett - Great Scott! - Tour 2022 (@scottbcomedyuk) reported

@AskNationwide when are you going to resolve this issue with payments? Senders won’t be around soon to resend payments, this isn’t great service. Money will be delayed when people need it.

  • Lauraedwards01 Laura Edwards (@Lauraedwards01) reported

@AskNationwide my account says payment issues and I am unable to make outgoing and incoming payments. How can this be rectified?
