    @AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

    @AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

    @AskNationwide So, absolutely disgusted with NW, loyal customer for years, and guess what? You just told me that you will be reducing my interest rate on an e-account! Because I've done too many transfers from it! I WOULDN'T MIND BUT THE INTEREST RATE IS 💩, SO GUESS WHAT, NO MORE NW!

    @AskNationwide we've made some transfers between our nationwide accounts but they aren't showing as transactions. The balances are correct but the transactions are missing. Is there a known issue and when will this be resolved please? Thank you

    @AskNationwide I've just applied so I'm registering on the app. But it says it doesn't have my phone number and provides a number to call but that line says it's reserved for stolen card issues.

    @AskNationwide not having the best time. Nationwide have now let me down twice in a fortnight. Loan paid off 9th. Payment taken today. You guys are better than that. Truly not happy. #Katie has resolved but feel let down. 💔
