@AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money

@AskNationwide The issue is the contactless phone payments not the card. I rarely carry cards now. Doesn't look like there is an answer to this at present other than always carrying card and phone. Makes Samsung and Google pay pointless as a result

@AskNationwide I'm having frequent problems with Google pay and my registered flex account card which is declined every 6th transaction. Is this normal given we have to use this multiple times a day. For small amounts nowhere near the £100 limit

@AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

@AskNationwide also, nationwide on call credit card support team is such a poor team firstly they are connecting after half an hour waiting time and once it is connected they disconnected in between . This is happened to me four five times. Need your attention to fix this issue .

@AskNationwide so my account has been comprised and frozen. Told to go to branch with ID. Been here over an hr and adviser just been cut off by your fraud team - I have 50 mins before the branch closes and have no access to my money or internet banking. Sort out your systems.

@AskNationwide I’ve just had a replacement debit card sent as contactless wasn’t working on my previous card, but I’m now having the same issues with my new card - not working for contactless or on the underground despite having activated by using pin?

I'm a Nationwide Building Society customer (@AskNationwide), with two accounts with them, but I'm not - thankfully - in debt to them. Bad loans are bad news for all of us, though, as is the #CostOfLivingCrisis.

@AskNationwide new ad with the 2 men talking about cost of living is helpful. Todays prices are not yesterday's prices?? We not talking 5 yrs ago we talking 5months ago. its too casual the way he talks about not wanting to choose ..eat or heat...no one should. Its a serious issue
