    @AskNationwide Any reason why it takes you 15 working days to return monies incorrectly taken once a redemption statement has been paid in full by alternative lender? Pretty poor customer service.

    @MindsWinner @AskNationwide I’ve had problems too with this, but Nationwide say it’s not them and Amazon say it is?! No issues with Mastercard

    @AskNationwide I'm sure when I opened my account you had a service where you notified your account holders if one of your accounts offered a better interest rate? But I will check alternatives, and not just Nationwide.

    @DebbsilouH @AskNationwide Same. I gave up and used my mastercard which went through no problem. Apparently visa debit cards from high street banks are blocked by the banks if the CVV isn't asked for, which they're not on Amazon anymore.

    @AskNationwide I’ve phoned and spoken to advisors twice, no issues on your side apparently, Amazon say it’s not them. Mastercard with Monzo no issue, sorry I don’t have time to contact again, I’ve given up and will use Monzo instead. Maybe Nationwide and Amazon need to speak to each other
