    @AskNationwide @independencekat @AskNationwide what is this queue you keep talking about?! Its 2021. There are people here 'queuing' up to access their own cash. Totally unacceptable. Thank you for not allowing me to purchase groceries today.

    @AskNationwide @rob_j1987 That is UNTRUE! I transferred from another bank at 8am I was NOT TOLD ANYTHING and recipient still has NOT received! I am NOT a customer of yours so where is MY money #theives #nationwide

    @AskNationwide All by design yeah? Cruel doing this to people at Xmas. An you’ll be well aware of the issue yet zero transparency with your customers who ENTRUST u to take care of their cash. So not acceptable nor are ur generic replies. Get it sorted ASAP befor ruining Xmas :-(

    @AskNationwide My daughter has a payment held up for her (7 hrs) now to exchange on a house and currently your customer service is worse than poor. New year, new banks for us!
