    When I was struggling a bit for cash @monzo put a freeze on all things interest for a few months to help out I just realised @AskNationwide never responded to me at all Just a data point if you're in need of a UK bank account

    @AskNationwide I've been asked to supply ID for a flexi account. I have to do so before 14/07 but no information on how to and the branch was zero help. No appointment available until after 14/07
