@AskNationwide I moved my bank account to you guys a month ago. One of my direct debits has been missed despite being assured it had been moved across. What do I need to do to fix this and make sure I'm covered for any penalties I will face?

@AskNationwide Research Strawman & #Basel3 #Nesera #gesera this is coming Nationwide... hope you have Gold and Silver to back up the loans you are offering, perhaps that's why you refused me to extend our mortgage after being a customer for 20 years... criminals at play

Previously told by @AskNationwide that we could move to an interest-only mortgage for a year while on mat leave. Now being told you have to apply for 3 months at a time and repeat affordability tests. How does this help people in financial difficulties? No wonder we’re stressed
