@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@AskNationwide the woman at your Garstang branch who had to deal with the **** shouting at her whilst she tried to calmly explain 'that due to covid restrictions...' deserves a to be mentioned in despatches at the very least. The only mistake she made was not offering to help

@AskNationwide Think we may have closed it. We went into "other a/c services". Says it may take up to 7 days. Thank you all for your help. Please thank Jodie @Ipswich for helping us. Still not happy with overall customer service though!!

@AskNationwide Shows (mat) in brackets after a/c name but can't access it to transfer funds out and to then obviously close it. Funds are staying with you in an online a/c when sorted. We want a/c to be activated but also aware that ID has to be shown by son. Left in limbo as to what to do now?

@AskNationwide been a customer 25 years. phoned for advise on new mortgage & told no ERC payable when purchasing house. Told to apply online, as we had just gone back into lockdown. 3 months on charged ERC despite ringing when received redemption statement! Useless!!

@AskNationwide are your ridiculously short opening hours going to continue for much longer? No body who works can do any banking in your branches when they are open from 9-2 it is appalling customer service.

@AskNationwide hello, is there a reason when you download a statement online it doesn’t show your name? 3-5 working days to have one posted out when a pdf would be easier is a bit annoying.
