@AskNationwide Hi I’ve done all this already. Nobody in the team that is dealing with it are there as they’ve all gone home. Nothing can be done till tomorrow. Which doesn’t exactly help me now as you have taken everything in my account for some unknown reason

@AskNationwide Yes it was Pauline. Started it on the 12/06/22 and it has sat there since. We have sent the requested documents but wondering if there is a problem them with them as nothing has changed for over a week now.

@AskNationwide Here’s one. Switch to a bank or building society that rewards customer loyalty rather than one like Nationwide that constantly gives money to ‘New customers only’ then removes all benefits after a year
