    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems arenโ€™t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @AskNationwide I have tried every option but no one is available until Tuesday apart from lost/stolen and fraud. I tweeted Beckie last night and she told me to use My Messages but this service is closed. My wages have not been paid into my account and I am trying to establish why.

    @sue00015148 @AskNationwide Still waiting for. My money now they're telling me I've got to get the payment called back and resent can't be done until after the bank hol and will take 3 days after that, they've offerd no help whatsoever I'm off to the papers with it

    @AskNationwide Thanks Jake. 2 cases of fraud would have been avoided with this service. Even Halifax offer this so don't get left behind as you led the way 20 years ago

    @AskNationwide Sorry the issue was not about processing incoming payments but a dispute issue. I got treated appallingly and the consultant made some very patronising comments during the call. Sometimes listening to the customer does help resolve issues amicable. 3.5 hours on call = 0 help.

    @AskNationwide Theyโ€™re not DDs. Theyโ€™re SOs. The one to another Nationwide one has worked, none of the others have- but their SOs have worked, so now Iโ€™ve got declines as the funds havenโ€™t transferred from you. When is the next working day? Will they pay delayed payments then?

    @AskNationwide awful customer service as usual ive had fraudulent transactions on my account sat on hold to be told i need to contact the company apparently nobody wants to do there jobs anymore really poor thanks for nothing as usual

    @AskNationwide Yes i have complaining over stress caused on 31st over payments not showing and its come on a nationwide thread so i guess it is from you, just seemed odd complaints dept working on a sunday
