    @PhilipSimons18 @AskNationwide Given the fact they don’t know what the problem is 8 hours later I’d hazard a guess tHat payments tomorrow might be affected unless they miraculously find the fault and rectify it. But it will be done as quickly as possible.

    @AskNationwide Your banking app tells me that I have a payment issue. No incoming or outgoing payment are being processed. What can i do to remedy this?

    @AskNationwide continue to keep people in the dark about the outage. I’m ok, but people access their salary, four days before Xmas. I have privately messaged them but no response. I for one will be moving my accounts and saving from them. Shocking service. They don’t care guys.

    @AskNationwide @LinziReid2 Have you considered offering customers an explanation as to what caused the issue and why? It might reassure people you actually know how to solve it. Rather than just "we cannot accept payments" "there are delays"... like... yeah... no ****....
