@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.

@AskNationwide That’s good to hear but this isn’t consistent throughout your organisation. Not only that but when the issue is raised there isn’t a fair process to address the discrepancies that exist. Could someone from your HR team explain how women in Nationwide can raise their concerns?

@AskNationwide please, please stop with the 'ordinary people' poem/speaking advertisements. They are truly awful and incredibly irritating. We've had enough, they were ok for the first two adverts.

@AskNationwide Yes, but it won't help me pay my mortgage, will it? The money is gone from my account and no one seems to know what to do. People representing the same bank telling me different strategies. I would strongly advise friends to avoid your bank.

@AskNationwide I've been a customer of yours for almost 50 years. Time you paid your female staff the same as your male staff, don't you think?
