    @AskNationwide Your credit card customer services team do not service the client but more are in favour of the merchant, yet I'm the one paying the bill. Their systems and procedures benefit the merchant. Without clients, they would not have a job!

    @AskNationwide Thank you. It definitely won't be called as the payment has already cleared and this is a duplicate error. Good job I spotted as took my available balance into a minus figure (no overdraft on account) so have had to pay in temporaily until it drops off

    Shocking service and negligent security from @AskNationwide! 13 days and still no response! You would think they would take a customers security seriously. Obviously not. Awful!

    @AskNationwide Well you could help by answering client's questions and giving them the correct information. Your customer services team are sorely lacking in skills. Yet again another epic fail by Nationwide. Abysmal company.
