    @Anon96011111 @AskNationwide I work for nationwide. Are your wages sent by BACS? BACS payments were not effected by the glitch only faster payments being sent and received which are in a queue

    @cornelius_mark @AskNationwide I have worked for them all and can agree. Plus, they have invested a lot of cash over the past 10 years on improvements. I would suggest that today was a fault rather than an issue with a change.

    @AskNationwide Stock system generated answers don't help, they only get people's backs up. You push enough messages for security and account updates so why can't you use same technology to keep customers updated on outages? Hiding stuff that's bad?? Maybe time to move🤔 Banks
