  @AskNationwide Gave up after 40mins Decided to look at opening a @NatWest_Help account instead of adding to the ones I have with you, which will probably close as I don't have any digital access (very old, long standing accounts).

  @AskNationwide I’ve just waited 20 minutes holding on the phone for help with your app and was told what to do and it didn’t work. I now have an option. Ring again and waste another 20 minutes or tell the world how useless you are. I’ll go for the latter 🤬

  @AskNationwide how long till I am able to unfreeze my card? Currently needing to use my card and it’s saying that I I’m unable to due to a technical issue. This is causing me a lot of issues
