@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

@AskNationwide This is not true - the payment made to me on Monday is not there yet. Nationwide wont accept it's due to their issue. 3 colleagues also with Nationwide having same problem. Being advised of a 5 day response time from IT. A colleague is on the phone to you while you call SWIFT!

@AskNationwide I don't have a card reader. I'm now blocked out. Tried the app and it's crashed, then when I've tried again it says I've already registered. None of my details are now working.

@AskNationwide Oh and my complaint and escalation take 3 days to respond. It has been sent and a trace on it! Your customer service response is shameful. Been with you years and have everything with you!!!!

@AskNationwide Problem logging on via the website. One time code takes too long to arrive, and the Continue button leads to a "problem" warning (as others have said). The App is OK, but my wife doesn't have it and needs to log on. Can you please fix it? Thanks.
