    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

    @AskNationwide Why is online banking down again and delayed?! This is terrible, happens every week now and some payments are getting marked late! I will be switching.

    @oftenpure @AskNationwide Don’t switch. The bank has been down for incoming and outgoing payments 3 times in 2 weeks and nationwide don’t give a damn.

    @AskNationwide What excuse do you have for taking nearly 3 whole hours. We need access to our money! This is a constant problem. There is always something wrong! How are you still in business with these continuous Online Bank breaking issues?!? SORT IT OUT

    @AskNationwide Right, time to move banks, absolutely useless! Our mortgage is due out today and I’ve transferred funds to cover it but no idea if they will get there on time! Unacceptable service!!!
