    @MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @AskNationwide Hi Mel - Any possibility of calling the department directly? there isn’t any possibility of composing a message without using your drop down boxes and those don’t cover reference requests.

    @AskNationwide Thanks for responding quickly. Post to this Caribbean island is very slow so would prefer not to use. I tried to send a message via internet banking however I cannot find a way to send a message. Only telephone nos are quoted . I’m using the app. Is it only on the full site
