@MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@AskNationwide Yes I think that's my only solution but I'll have to try another day as this has taken most of my morning. Telma advised I would not incur charges so let's hope she's right. Thanks for your help although I still don't know how to navigate away from CHAT successfully!

@AskNationwide I have already logged a complaint today! Apparently I have to wait 5 days to hear back. I have tried to speak to someone in the mortgage department today who could not pass the issue on or let me speak to someone who could resolve it!

.@AskNationwide I went in to branch today. I was told that I could only discuss arranging an overdraft over the phone. I was given a phone number, that is no longer valid. I looked up another number on your website. I was told that to discuss an overdraft I have to go to a branch

@AskNationwide AAGGHH why does the CHAT dialogue box disappear when you have to click away to check something on your account? Cannot bear to start all over again have wasted nearly an hour already. To be fair not just an issue with #Nationwide but maddening

@AskNationwide I've been trying to purchase stuff on Google play with my nationwide card saved as a payment method. Have tripple checked my billing and bank details are correct which they are. Is it an issue from the bank end?
