@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

@AskNationwide what a great service your providing not !!!! Putting the phone down on me due to the fact for asking to speak to a manager , joke of a service, causing undue stress for no reason other than not having a back bone and listening to the truth stay clear.

@AskNationwide I have had a reply from your complaints team but the reply was far from satisfactory. Shame you think it is acceptable to set a system that just cuts people off after waiting to be answered for 1 hour. Should have spent the time looking for a more customer focused organisation.
