@AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

@MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

@AskNationwide Yes... those are the humans I was referring to. Been weeks trying to pull equity online and successful and there's constantly glitches in your system. Advisors then ringing to say the figures aren't correct, issues after issue. Someone higher up needs to deal with it.

@AskNationwide hi, I have the 1 year triple access online saver @ 0.45% with 6 months to run. I see you have just realised a 0.70% one. Will my existing interest rate be increased or will I need to close my existing & open a new one? Thanks

@AskNationwide With reference to your new triple access online saver paying 0.7%. I opened this account 5 months ago at a rate of 0.45%. Will I be receiving this increased interest rate or have you found a way to avoid paying the increase to members that already have the account?
