    @AskNationwide it was supposed to be completing day for my partner to buy her new house, but because your systems aren’t working she is now having to find other accommodation unless this is sorted by 5 pm, is there a line where you can sort this asap.

    @MattAshman17 @AskNationwide I believe they have code which makes the app only work on GA releases, any developer or public betas just don’t work, on purpose. The stock response is simply that they don’t support beta releases. 😔

    @AskNationwide I have had a horrible terrible experience with my home mortgage. The app was submitted 6 weeks ago and valuation accepted 5 weeks ago. I have escalated 5 times and my broker 10 times. The response last Thursday was “stop bothering us”. The deadline was 30th June.

    @AskNationwide No bookmarks, I only set up the online account yesterday. All other features are working except the one mentioned to let me confirm account closure

    @AskNationwide as a long standing customer, I am utterly appalled at the shoddy way a member of my family has been treated after having been a victim of fraud. Wasted 3hrs today being sent from pillar to post and still not resolved.

    @AskNationwide Yes.. I could access the online banking via SMS code but not via card reader code. But I could not set up a new payee because you need a card reader to do that. It was fixed the following day.

    @AskNationwide Appalling service today. I’ve been expecting my additional borrowing mortgage cash for the last 5 days, “definitely due on 4th July”, not in yet and your customer service has just ended the call because there is too high a volume of calls. When will I get my money?
