    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    One of your ATMs swallowed a large cash deposit then said transaction failed and machine went out of service. Called customer service but they said there wasn't anything they could do and we'd have to wait until Monday to go into branch. Surely more can be done?! @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

    @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.

    @yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?

    @NevadaBHillon @AskNationwide I had same issue last month. Awful service ended uo changing banks. Go to chase bank. Excellent service
