@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide I can rephrase. My card was blocked because you suspected a breach in security; I now have to wait 5 working days for a new one. I have no means of paying for anything. Do you always leave customers high and dry so readily?

@AskNationwide Hopefully Nationwide are aware that the iOS banking app is not working correctly. It keeps freezing after a successful login and hangs. Reading the recent reviews on the AppStore it appears it’s a widespread issue. Please can this be fixed!
