The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
