    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide I cannot get into the Nationwide app or get online both using WiFi and 5g. This has gone on for over a week. I have deleted app and reloaded app, turned WiFi router on and off but still no joy on IPhone or IPad. Please help. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide I can log in now on desktop. I assume the maintenance-type work started early, but only one other person said that they had the same issue. I don't know.
