The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. Please fix this before you do away with the old format. Unhappy customer.

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.

Nightmare.. ended up with the call handler saying if he requested a new book the book she is using will be cancelled.28 minutes .no result!
