Darren Payne (@Dazp79) reported from Mickleton, England@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
