  @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

  @AskNationwide Thanks, but there's no problem. I just run things a bit differently from some (most?) people. Everything goes on the credit cards, so that's the spending that I track against a personal benchmark. They're automatically paid off in full by DD every month.

  @Shelter @AskNationwide If they don’t give me access back to my money they’ll be putting another customer in financial difficulty all because I sent my disabled brother money!!!!!!!!!!!!
