  @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

  @AskNationwide if we call your frais helpline after a dodgy transaction is picked up, as you request, there is a long wait. Fair enough. Why do you cut us off after 13 minutes on hold? How do i get through to sort out the problem without you cutting me off?

  @AskNationwide NO MONEY FOR A WEEK NOW You closed my account with ZERO notice>REFUSED to give any reason>WONT tell how to resolve things>BLOCKED the Account Switch Service>sent emails saying NOTHING>MIGHT re-send letter >POSSIBLY send a cheque>WONT confirm what to do next😠😠

  @AskNationwide @lourowlands99 You can’t remove the card reader if you’ve never had one ! This was a problem several Months ago. Seems you’ve updated the system with the same error. I too can’t transfer money.

  @LloydsBank with increased profits at the expense of customers. Their corp direction belittles customer issues to "complaint or stfu". Just money grabbing and not sharing profits We're off to town shortly to open a new account with @AskNationwide and in a month move two more.
