The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
