The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. Shocking service from the ‘peoples’ bank. Never been over my over draft. Don’t live in my overdraft have 3k a month go in and you’re doing this. How can you even be allowed to do it. Time to move banks.

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
