@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide No it says it cannot connect to the Internet, but Internet is working fine. I've tried WiFi and 4G but still the same. I really don't want to have to reinstall but it's looking like the only option.
