    @SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

    @AskNationwide Hello don't know if i'm being stupid or ? but i'm trying up online access and have a been sent a passnumber by post but there is nowhere to put it? there is no mobile or email attached to my account so can't proceed? what use is the point of passnumber by post?

    My Mum passed away at the end of last month and trying to sort her financial affairs. I thought I'd closed her Bank account with @AskNationwide on the 9th July and was told I should hear from them in ten working days but heard nothing. 1/2

    @liamoa @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide The point being that the lad already held an account with Nationwide so he wasn’t a new customer, he was just trying to open an additional account.

    @AskNationwide Can’t log into my mobile account since I got a new phone, called one of your guys like a month ago & he said I’d get a new passnumber in the post which never arrived. Now when I try to call, the ai doesn’t understand the problem & eventually puts me on hold just to be hung up on

    Hi @AskNationwide is your system all down again? Been trying for the last hour to register for online banking for my Aunt and it will not accept the code you keep sending her! Tbh she has had nothing but grief ever since she applied for the switch from Halifax…

    It makes no sense why your service at @AskNationwide Bilston branch was to stop him from opening an account even with the right credentials. I am glad that he didn’t just walk away and in fact when this was raised at the main branch they were shocked with the treatment he got!

    @AskNationwide I’ve been trying to move my money from my current account to my savings account for several days but the app keeps refusing to allow me to do it. Please help
