@SweetHoneyGem @AskNationwide I left Halifax for similar reasons and charges. The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. And the time it has taken to reply suggest that higher powers told it's people to ignore us

@AskNationwide @mradamozzy Any update ? I’m still waiting for my money that I’ve transferred to my other bank (that has no problems) to clear! I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 do you provide compensation for this ?

@AskNationwide I have direct debit due today, have transferred funds across to cover it but seeing as transfers are down the money doesnt look like it will be in by half 2 which is the cut off. With i still be charged for an unarranged overdraft if its now out of my control?

@AskNationwide Real helpful 4 days before Xmas. Barclays had a similar issue yesterday, they had it fixed within 30 mins.....makes you wonder if we are all with the right company
