The replies I've had are from people that can't do anything about it unfortunately but Nationwide service to customers stink to be honest. We'll be moving banks as soon as this issue is resolved

Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....
