  • tonybrett Tony Brett (he/him) (@tonybrett) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@william98024502 @AskNationwide No they don't have a problem. My error was entirely my fault for forgetting I'd frozen the card.

  • tonybrett Tony Brett (he/him) (@tonybrett) reported from Oxfordshire, England

@AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

  • keenani17 KeenyT (@keenani17) reported

@AskNationwide my rent is due today through direct debit, if the payment issue is not sorted by 2:30 will there be anything I can send to my landlord to prove it is a issue on nationwides behalf for the rent not being payed and not myself?

  • SarahC57231874 SarahC (@SarahC57231874) reported

@AskNationwide #Nationwide have to be the worst bank on the planet. None of their payments are working so they have decided not to take any calls from their customers. 5* service. Thanks for screwing up my entire week.

  • GregaMb Gregor (@GregaMb) reported

@AskNationwide Is it time to change bank account? Your "Payment" issues are now becoming a feature at the end of every month since December. Clearly, you changed something in your backend systems and you have no idea what's causing the downtime when the load increases.

  • JohnTho42150663 John Thompson (@JohnTho42150663) reported

@annaliese_k86 @AskNationwide I know it’s not a fix but I contacted my supplier (Scottish power) and they credited £10 to each to cover me

  • SportingNest Sporting Nest 🇸🇴 🇺🇦 (@SportingNest) reported

@AskNationwide Have done. And I've emailed your CEO and asked the FO to investigate the repeated problems. Sorry for any inconvenience those actions may cause.
