    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    Just went into @AskNationwide in Watford to open a savings acc for my daughter and to switch my current acc. Told by a staff member in ripped jeans and a hoodie that I can't have an appointment everything must be done online. What is the point of a bank that offers no service?!

    @AskNationwide Hi - I’m trying to urgently report current account fraud via 0800 0556622 however the call is cut off after receiving the message, “due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to take your call” - this isn’t helpful, I’m on hold to 03457 302011. Can you pls help?
