@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide Can you explain why a customer service representative has just dismissed me as thinking negatively and said I “shouldn’t think negatively” when I’ve expressed concern about a new card sent out that hasn’t reached me?
