    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @Keynesianism @AskNationwide @dudsey Admittedly, there’s probably more fraudulent claims than legitimate ones, but subsequent governments have run down the departments responsible for assessing and processing the claims correctly. But there are still millions upon millions which go unclaimed, how?

    @StevenJonMiller It's started already they want your yearly income who you give money to and why! Had to fill it in today @AskNationwide their claim it is government mandated to keep "my money safe".. but no one will see the details.. 40 years no problem now they want my financial details !

    Grumpy old man: episode 82 I really resent this annual performance over home insurance. I moved 2 years ago to @AskNationwide . The renewal this year was 74% more than 2023. A comparison site gives me 16 companies that will do it cheaper. 1/2

    @AskNationwide Hi! Does your FlexDirect current account complete a hard or soft search? The website seems to contradict itself saying it's only for credit applications - but suggesting this account needs the full hard search. Thanks for your help.

    @AskNationwide I've been trying to transfer money unable to do so. Been like this for weeks between access to the app with passcode issues to this. Terrible application and maybe time to change bank as this is a hassle
