    @AskNationwide My Dad just been into Derby branch as hundreds of ££ removed from his account & he doesn’t know how. Unfortunately they couldn’t help him or tell him about the transaction. Can you suggest anything? His card may have been cloned? It’s for a purchase he hasn’t made

    @AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

    @AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

    @AskNationwide It's just an image that says "We couldn't process your payment you need to contact your bank to find out why. Once you've spoken to them please come back." I have spoken to customer service numerous times and they just say it's blocked on O2's side and send me back to O2.

    @AskNationwide hello , can you help i have a flex account to expire in march , it will auto transfer to a saver 10 , will a d/d also transfer will i get a new card also . When it expires do i get an interest payment . Thanks

    @AskNationwide a fault in your app has removed my bank details from power of attorney. after 2 visits & many phone calls i still cant access my money.2 wks waiting for a form from bereavement team, they know who I am but wont give me my money. Why not Rectify the fault

    @AskNationwide big shout today for Nationwide Home Emergency cover, garage broken into , Evander repairs here within an hour of call, garage secured, surveyor booked in for Moday to replace door, Police not even contacted us back yet ! . Great service, thank you Nationwide,

    @AskNationwide What's going on with your online banking? Three times I entered the correct three numbers from my login code followed the exact pin number you texted me - first time one was 'incorrect', second time you had 'a technical issue', third time it was 'incorrect' again..

    @AskNationwide It did it once more again but now seems to be behaving normally again but yeah that was a little strange, I was starting to do it automatically there for a while, lol, so yeah, must've just been bizarrely coincidental, thanks for the help.
