The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
