@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

  • WillyMcSnatch 'Wee' ***** McSnatch (@WillyMcSnatch) reported from Stonebroom, England

@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@AskNationwide @gavhock The rates are poor. Atom Bank is offering 75 times (that’s not a typo) the interest on an instant access savings account compared to Nationwide. Nationwide is on a similar level to the high street banks. It never used to be like this.

@AskNationwide thank you for creating a banking desert. Those with no transport unable to access face to face banking because of closure of their local branch as not enough people use it as their regular branch. It's OK, I will drive 5 miles, what about those who can't?
