The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

With nationwide I had to go in but Monzo was instant in app. And every time I’ve contacted Monzo their help has been great. With Nationwide I’ve had to either go in or sit on a phone queue for ages to get through. Some Nationwide stuff is great too tho so it’s a mix.

That particular Intel x86 type server might not have the bios date set correctly
