@AskNationwide What hasn't gone wrong. The latest is being able to get hold of the team dealing with our issue that they should have responded to 2 weeks ago. They will only contact solicitors via letter that has to be resent out!! Ive been a 'member' over 20 years and won't be for much longer.

@AskNationwide My son's disability living allowance and tax credits seem to have disappeared into the ether after my partner transferred them into my account this morning. People rely on this service to live from day to day so this really is not good enough!!

@AskNationwide @DeepinLakebirds If you are an existing Nationwide customer (and do not hold accounts with any other bank or building society to be able to transfer them in to Nationwide and benefit from the offer) is there any incentive to stay with Nationwide rather than move to get a switch offer?

@AskNationwide Yesterday, and I got an email this morning at 0703 from nationwide saying that it is not your issue and they have passed to RSA, RSA called again this morning repeating what they told me yesterday - basically all they do is follow your rules…and ask me to take up with you, again.
-
Andy Boorman
(@ajboorman) reported
@AskNationwide Yes Jon, but all that happened was you passed it to RSA, who still said no, Sherrie says above they should say yes. I’m your customer not RSA. It cannot be right that a £13pm premium can be cancelled by you for me doing the right thing. It is scandalous.

@AskNationwide Jon,i've called the mortgage works repeatedly over the last 2 months to resolve this and have spoken to a plethora of people. I'm always assured that it is sorted and there are no problems, but still get payment demands for a mortgage I do not have. Total incompetence!!

@AvivaUK @AskNationwide @rsagroup Stuart, you are missing the point. They have refused and cancelled my buildings insurance of £13pm as I took in a person who was temporarily homeless. I am asking whether Aviva can help me get insurance - I’m being punished for doing the right thing and housing someone in need.

@AskNationwide Hi Pauline, yes that is the case exactly, and despite trying my very best to resolve the issue I have been deceived and lied to continuously and it has cost me money to pay the workmen even though they can't work due to the delay in goods
