    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @john3ners @AskNationwide Same thing happened to me few weeks back I contacted support and there was no improvement. Someone on here recommend @rexxytech and they help me recover my hacked account back. His an expert

    @AskNationwide Hi, I changed my direct debit details for my mortgage payments from my HSBC account to my NBS account via a form on your website. The DD has disappeared from my HSBC app but hasn’t yet appeared on my NBS app and the payment is meant to go out on 4th 😬😬

    @AskNationwide I’m afraid you’ve lost a young customer today. She will be closing her FlexOne account and opening a debit account with another bank. You make it so difficult and she spent half an hour on the phone and got exactly nowhere. In branch is useless too.

    @AskNationwide Please explain the choice of the words "our very own" in relation to PM Johnson in the giant flag tweet. I will think nothing of ending a 25 year customer association if Nationwide intends to lend Johnson legitimacy.
