    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Any reason why when there are serious errors with your banking systems there’s never a single word on your website or social media?? So, what’s going on and why can’t we access any transfers/movements?

    @AskNationwide Great Nationwide had to cancel disabled sons respite and Christmas trip because you can't transfer from a savers account to a flex account. " it's not on the form". Not a penny to our name, well we do, you just can't let us access it.
