@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide If it’s any help they have a not on their door saying different closing times to the ones on the website which isn’t great really when you’ve looked on the website then turned up . They also have the normal sign that does have the correct times

Absolutely disgraceful service from @AskNationwide this morning. Their system took two payments for rent, one of them was completely absent on the online banking system and the earliest they can fix their mess is a week. Absolutely laughable, I will be swapping to another bank.

@AskNationwide As in, if a tenant has paid £875 per month on time every time for 5 years why can this not be used as reassurance that the mortgage repayments will be met at £450 per month as an example? Campaigning for rent payments to be reported to CRA’s would help thousands get on the ladder

@AskNationwide Thank you I believe it would and also it would create a new generation of members. If people paid rent via Nationwide accounts and this tailored the deposit reduction, it would help everyone involved.
