    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

    @AskNationwide i put a charge request in, you said you wouldn’t refund till investigated, denied it now sent a letter saying you’ll re debit the credit you gave me, when I didn’t receive one?wtf?

    @AskNationwide We need more branches to replace the banks we've lost. Please do not shut down the branches, many customers will switch to you if you have branches, good customer service, people are crying out for it!

    @AskNationwide hi, I made an order on a website a few days ago and the payment hasn't left my account / isn't even showing as pending. Is this something only the shop can figure out or are you able to help. I paid via Google pay online as I'm waiting for my new card to turn up

    I have never known such frustrating and restrictive service than that of @AskNationwide bank. However, for the retro lovers amongst you, if you want to remember what it was like banking in 1997, fully recommend them! 👎
