    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Hi @Debbiecrosbie1 and @AskNationwide I have heard nothing back and rang again to see if there was an update, unfortunately nothing. The Agile team have sent multiple emails to the property risk team and are no further along. Please Debbie can anyone help with this application?

    I insure my home contents with Nationwide Bank and have just received my new quote and it has gone up 80% . . . . . I have never made any claims. Can’t help by think they are taking liberties. @AskNationwide
