    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide It's a flexible rate ISA and what you are saying is that you are not flexing the rates of existing customers and giving preferable rates on this to brand new customers. It's appalling will you fix the rate of interest on your variable rate mortgage customers? Don't think so!

    @AskNationwide TBH you're not actually here to help at all, does your CEO Debbie Crosbie approve that your customer service team advise and confirm you don't provide decent customer service or resolve issues caused by your supply partners? No yet response again for 5 days - NBS 7658000 refers!

    @AskNationwide Being a customer is hard work. Issue no 1 you refused to do what you said you would, deal with complaint and months later after refusing to communicate with ombudsman, now resolved in our favour. Now you are at it again. Because you failed to deal with us in 30 days we suffer.

    @AskNationwide recently upgraded my account to a flex plus. New card has not arrived but my current one is no longer working. Just had to leave shop without my shopping 😭

    @AskNationwide No money in it. Some, but not all of this is down to the incompetencies or down right criminal activities of some of your employees on the fraud department. How am I supposed to get paid, make payments, buy materials for work, all while I have a blocked unusable bank account?
