    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Have been trying to book a telephone appointment for my 11 year old to open a bank account with you. Had to hold for a long time only to be told I need to go into a branch first. Your website states that it cannot be set up this way.

    @AskNationwide New card not arrived. Nationwide said card sent 17 May. They stopped this card and said a new one would be sent out in 7-10 working days (10th June) and should be with me by 21st. Original card arrived on 11th June but has now been cancelled. No card has arrived
