    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide when will you fix this issue with the banking app? For over 2 weeks I’ve been trying to move money and am asked for either card reader or Nationwide Banking app authorization, but nothing happens whichever option I choose.

    @AskNationwide Why is it not possible for me to pay a cheque in using online banking? This is a feature that many other banks offer and I’m seriously considering switching to a provider that offers this service.
