@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@topazisere @AskNationwide This is what they do to their customers. I've only been with them a few months, and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Last time they told me outright that the problem was sorted/or there was no problem, when there clearly was, and it took 2 days for my money to appear

@ELSL96 @AskNationwide Yeah I know! Happened to me the last 3 months. I’m leaving them after today. Why lie to customers? Just say there is a problem so people can sort things out! It’s disgraceful! But not at all surprising from a bank that doesn’t put stock in customer service!

@AskNationwide @purplenicki1 Why do you lie to people? I literally just saw you tell a customer there are "no problems", then 2 minutes later, you tell a different customer there are problems. This now happens on a monthly basis. It's not good enough, and your customer service is appalling.

@AskNationwide @topazisere I feel for @AskNationwide social media team, having to yet again field questions about an issue that keeps happening. Completely inept bank that has failed to address IT issues time and time again. The bank needs to be held to account (pun intended) and fined.
