@AskNationwide If I start at the beginning of the issue.We live a distance apart and my husband (her Son) is trying to take the place on the account of her deceased husband. We filled out the forms given by her branch and took them to our branch and now we have received this letter.

@AskNationwide I currently have a joint mortgage, my ex husband left the home almost 5 years ago, has not continued a penny towards the mortgage, I have never missed a payment, forged my signature against a loan which put a default on my credit file, trying to get the mortgage in my name.Awful

@AskNationwide My mortgage is with nationwide, the loan was taken out with Tesco bank. That has been deemed fraud. Yes off course I have been in touch, on the back you your advise, the girl Emily I spoke to did not want to help. Such a stressful situation. It’s all down to systems
