This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

The guy on the number could not answer my query and put me on hold for 40mins. Then hung up. Dreadful service.
