@AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

@AskNationwide why a pensioner recovering from heart failure is forced to withdraw her entire pension due to a unnecessary and definitely unrequested block on her only means to access her pension. 5 phone calls and several unhelpful advisors later, only a temporary solution got

@AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

@AskNationwide Hi managed to fix it myself, it was related to the expired verification messages, I hit the biometric login and had to super quickly hit the messages button before the error popped up. I then cleared my expired verification messages and I was able to continue in the app.

@AskNationwide I press the log in button after putting in my details and it 'loads' for a few minutes then says "whoops something went wrong please try later" at the top. Repeated last night and this morning on several different browsers and devices. My Internet is fine. My details are correct.
