    @SkyNewsBreak I have been a @AskNationwide customer for 27 years, but in March this year they froze my current account and savings account and won't tell me why. I now have no access to my current account or savings. How is that supposed to help me with the cost of living crisis?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide, I asked you. It's a simple question. Everyone is pushing people to use electronic methods of communication, yet when you contact a bank or building society with a question, one gets the chocolate teapot response. I ask you, what use is this 'service'?

    @mellowmark @SkyNewsBreak @AskNationwide Were you born in the US? Or anything similar? Even on a flight? MASSIVE issue with all banks with IRS coming after some ppl who didn't realise they were us citizens. Banks naturally don't want to argue with IRS so knee jerk reactions

    @AskNationwide i need assistance Asap and your emergency number is bull!! . Doesnt work then when I ring again its on hold for 5 mins minimum. I better be reimbursed after I pay a fee every month and have been loyal customer for 20+ years, and you give me **** service. Fuming.

    @AskNationwide Hi Phil, thanks for the reply. I'm all for supporting the blind and partially sighted,but did you think to test the card for standard use? The position of the dots makes it pretty much impossible to have any kind of legible/accurate signature on the signature strip.
