.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

What a nightmare with @AskNationwide You have to use mobile or online banking, which I do not want, so I cannot pay any bills, their telephone banking will not help. I'm switching to @BarclaysUK their customer service is so much better - and I got to pay my bill!

@AskNationwide Hi - are there delays with ISA applications? My confirmation said up to 15 working days but you will contact me by email and text during the process. I applied on 18/4 (16 working days) but have heard nothing. I have an application reference screenshot. Thanks.

@AskNationwide I lost my passcode 4 years ago, I've been on the app to change it, I change it using the card reader, then it asks me to verify it the 2nd 4th number etc, it says doesn't match when I know it's right, what I just set up had this issue for years

@yiuie @AskNationwide My credit card was declined this morning. When I eventually got through to Nationwide I was told that I was one of a number of people who had been blocked by an IT error. I was then unblocked and transaction went through later. Surprised they didn't tell you that in the tweet.
