    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    @AskNationwide Can’t check my account because nationwide refuse to update their systems for Apple devises leaving customers screwed. Complain and get nowhere. You have to change your phone we aren’t doing anything to help was the response.

    @AskNationwide But that process isn't quick enough. While you are taking up to 5 working days my financial stability is unravelling due to failed DDs. It my mortgage, home insurance, council tax, credit cards and mobile phone bill. Terrible service
