Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide This is really really poor Nationwide. All of my bills need to paid and at the same time you are texting me telling me that I am going to be overdrawn imminently. Pretty embarrassing from a customer care point of view is it not?

@Catheri21133125 @AskNationwide You need to tell us how long it'll be to sort and why this has happened. You have customers counting on you to give them access to their money to not only pay bills but to live as well! Is totally unacceptable this is allowed to happen on a regular basis!
