    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide What worries me about yesterday was the massive failure of contingency planning that should be in place to support your customers in these situations, especially those who are vulnerable. For such a large organisation, it's unacceptable.

    @AskNationwide So it appears nationwide have lost over 600 pounds due in my account yesterday. Customer services cannot find any trace of my money yet I have been sent proof from my employer it was sent,received,and forwarded to my account by nationwide. Where is my money @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Faster payments might be fixed, but I can't even get into the app today, just keeps closing on me. All these problems just before Xmas is a joke!

    @AskNationwide “Working normally”. Not particularly helpful to the thousands of people that are now having to chase up payments, that your system backed yesterday, and get the sender to re-send payment.

    @AskNationwide Sorry doesn’t really cut it. Atrocious and nothing being offered as an apology or for inconvenience or anything. Been with this bank for 12 years. I bet I’m not the only customer you will be losing over this.

    @AskNationwide My payment says it went though and was just denied on apple pay and not able to board the bus to work. please could you confirm why apple pay payments are not working. I checked my balance throughout begging the driver - this is hurting your customers badly has anyone else had?
