    @AskNationwide Stop lying! You're NOT there for loyal customers. You'll instantly increase mortgage rates, but be SLOW to raise saver rates - Unlike Skipton, who CARE about customers. Can't wait to clear mortgage & close ALL our accounts with you. Avoid NW!

    @AskNationwide seems online banking is down. App won't load, just sits circling and then phone says its not responding. I see a few others have tweeted too

    @AskNationwide Banked a £4k cheque, you rejected it saying it was rejected by the bank of Manchester City Council, and they say you cashed it. 3 calls no one has a clue no one calls back. Awful service once this is sorted I am moving bank
