    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    On hold for ages @AskNationwide trying to get a redemption statement. Looking at your website, there seems no other way to do this other than to call a clearly understaffed call centre. Not the Nationwide I know and (used to) love …..

    @AskNationwide @TheAA_UK currently stuck in France with a broken down car. Covered under flex plus AA, but hours and hours on helpline hold yesterday. Got through today to Lyon office but recieving little help. Is there a number for someone that will help us get sorted?

    @AskNationwide utterly disappointed at the awful service again in Dundee today! You can only put 5 bags of change a day into an account! Attitude of staff shocking to say the least - already looking to move all my money away from you.

    @AskNationwide There is no option on the banking app to make international payment on iPad or iPhone. Internet says”due to tech problem unable to continue with request. Try later. There is a problem to be fixed.
