Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

@Nicolef1Penney @AskNationwide I dont buy this queuing crap. When it's working we all arent in a que . There are thousands of instant transactions. If we're in a que it'll take forever . Its unacceptable. What kind of error happened. Ffs . I just cant even begin 2 deal with this crap
