Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide I spoke to Nationwide on Thursday and I was informed that after I’d ended my mortgage, it would be 15 working days until my mortgage refund was issued. But I’ve had nothing..? Any ideas? I paid on 1st June a full mortgage payment, ended my mortgage on 10th Thanks

@AskNationwide I just rang your fraud line. They won’t help as it’s an unauthorised payment from an organisation I’ve used once in the past over a year ago. This payment was not authorised and I received no notification that it would be taken from my account - it was a total shock.

@AskNationwide I’m a Nationwide customer. Today I received a cheque which I need to pay into my account. Unlike other banks it can’t be paid in via the app and can’t even be paid in via the Post Office. So my options are: journey into town to pay in or send it by post. Really? Must do better!

@sarahfallon1971 @AskNationwide Yeah even when everyone's saying theres a problem they still dont see it. Normally you just cant use your card or waiting an extra few days waiting for your pay. Really feeling like its time to change banks

@AskNationwide please direct me how to escalate a complaint with regard to your Home Emergency Cover provided by CET? We have water ingress to the kitchen, ruining worktops and electrics each time it rains. Their “fix” has not worked and they refuse to attend again. 1/2

@AskNationwide There is no secure chat option i can find. Spent 25 mins on hold. Put the phone down and tried again on hold a further 10 mins now. There seems to have been a new card issued that I don't own and didn't request!! Meanwhile my card has been stopped. Very concerned. Still on hold
