    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide Appalling service causing extreme stress! Can you explain why a mortgage application made at the beginning of June still has not been processed and no consistent or accurate information given? Purchase was meant to complete on Monday. FCA complaint imminent.

    @AskNationwide Funnily enough, via DM you have advised that I try your webchat service which now tells me that it can’t help and I should call the mortgage team. Don’t you think we’ve tried that?! They’re the ones we’re complaining about! Absolutely appalling customer service with no care

    3. @AskNationwide complete this weeks list, they’re now offering £100 for new customer who switch to one of their flex accounts. (Excl. Basic) Open new or switch into existing account, switch just include 2 direct debits and switch date must be within 10 working days.

    @AskNationwide as usual excellent customer service today at Commercial Road Portsmouth branch. Unlike appalling @BarclaysUK. Reporting a death needs a sensitive response not a sulky public‘oh yeah right you’ll have to wait over there’. I left.

    @AskNationwide 40 years with Lloyds Bank no issues. Less than 6 months with Nationwide and my account is blocked for no reason. Now wasting time at Nationwide to unblock.

    @AskNationwide No, this is me exposing them for the hostel they are as they treat residents like garbage. They dont deserve awards or donations, maggs day centre in worcester is who deserves all the credit as they clean up the mess @StPaulsHostel cause in worcester
