    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide on your news & stories web page it says you're still working out what the 3 Nov 0.75% base rate rise means for savers. Can you say when this work is expected to conclude yet please?

    @AskNationwide is there any known issues with the mobile app when verifying payments the app notifies you to approve payment, it's supposed to take you back to the page but just keeps telling you to log in with pass number all the time having to use card reader to approve
