Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Anyone with @AskNationwide talk to me about the Big Thank You fiasco today. Have they really taken 600 million pounds of money out of people's accounts today? Customer service said emails will be coming to you soon with how they will resolve it. Time for a new bank.

Some context: @Barclays made £8.1bn in 2024 and are currently harassing me over about twenty quid. They have reduced my overdraft limit for two contradictory reasons, when it was needless to. I used to be a happy customer. Now I advise people to go to @AskNationwide

It’s Friday evening and the @LloydsBank app is down. This is insane! Can’t even buy food or pay bills 😩 For sure need to open an account with another bank like @AskNationwide as they at least would reimburse for the inconvenience
