@AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

@AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

Why is @AskNationwide STILL asking for EWS1 forms for mortgages for 4-storey buildings, despite guidance that they aren't needed, no cladding,remediation,or safety issues - but impossible to remortage or staircase. Owners of low buildings will not get these forms so we are stuck

@AskNationwide Hi Mel, yes we’ve been dealing with your team directly. Unfortunately you keep booking Evander Glazing to come out who don’t show but nothing gets sorted - Wasted time off work. Just looked at all the terrible reviews online for Evander so I’ll surprised you’re still using them

@AskNationwide @lewispickles0 I think you'll find you do have an issue because ive been getting the same message. Same yesterday too except yesterday it let me get as far as passing security. Seems 1 hand doesnt know what the other is doing. Shocking service lately .
