    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide @xN_i_Cx I’m the same. Transferred a small sum from my @StarlingBank account but it’s not showing. Normally takes seconds. Is there an issue with incoming payments?

    @AskNationwide @rarelyheardty just admit your site is yet again ******. Why does this bank NEVER accept responsibility. Put of my 4 bank accounts this is the ONLY one that never apologises or admits to mistakes. All others including my credit cards have reimbursed me yet Nationwide not even an apology

    @AskNationwide @xN_i_Cx There is an issue.. I’m having the same problem. Faster payments never take 2 hours usually. Stop blaming people with these blunt/generic tweet replies.
