Is there a way to order a card online instead of having to call?

Nationwide hasn't asked me for my email or phone number so don't know why either. What should I do?

Cameron McGhie (@Crdm01) reported@AskNationwide my card is being declined for no reason, tried calling the helpline which is apparently open 7 days a week, 8am-8pm (it's 10:20am) but it says the lines are closed, you'd think I'd be able to get help with the account that has all my money in it, but apparently not
