    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    Currently trying to remortgage my buy to let flat. To say @AskNationwide have put me through hell is an understatement. I’ve submitted- and paid for- tax returns including the latest; selective license info; an EPC; the tenancy agreement; a newly extended lease to satisfy their valuation; land registry docs And I’ll pay 3% of the balance for the mortgage itself. So about £10k added to what’s owed plus their monthly payments. For nearly 3 months @AskNationwide and I have gone back and forth as they take weeks to answer the most basic questions or ask for more info each time. All whilst I pay a higher rate waiting for an answer. Today they turned me down. Why anyone would bother trying to be a decent landlord I’ve no idea. Now looking at options to sell meaning two decent tenants will be out looking again.

    @AskNationwide I have complained already. This is not acceptable. No excuse and all users should have been notified about this problem. What's the point in having an online bank that you can't access?

    @AskNationwide is there any known issues with card payments today? I am trying to pay on line, have money in the linked account but it keeps telling me to contact the card issuer

    absolutely raging with @AskNationwide their scumbag customer lies about not receiving a product from us, we provide signature, tracker location, signature location and they still believe the ******. #chargeback #corrupt @financialombuds

    @asknationwide How do you go paperless for an easy access savings account? It does not give me the option online, the name & account number changed within the last month and I received a statement via post. I do not want to receive paper statements.

    @AvivaUK @AskNationwide Impossible to do via your online form. None of the questions applicable. No space for OTHER. Electrics gone in our camper. Affects fridge, lights, water pump etc etc. How do we find out if we are covered? tried talking to your bot ARTI this am but no use
