    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide ok will do - this is day 4 - still can't get in - the message I keep getting online is that there is a nationwide technical error. I tried lost and stolen, but the automated voice response hung up on me. I will be shutting down my accounts with you @WhichMoney @WhichUK

    @AskNationwide I've had no problems with money in and out of my account, luckily I don't use this acc for my salary which I got yesterday, but bills come out of my nationwide acc and I transferred the money for these, all OK, don't know why I haven't had any trouble though

    @topazisere @AskNationwide The joys of companies having staff WFH. Shite customers services, long stupid waiting time, shite productivity overall crap services. Gotta love the new working world, where the customers are inconvenient. Do it all on line the say its better they say BULL **** I say 😞

    @AskNationwide @cheeseban I’ve tried the app and web browsers on two devices. Suggest you escalate to the person responsible for the “Our services are working normally” on your website. There’s clearly an issue from the number of tweets.

    @AskNationwide problems using online banking since last night. Desktop: Login step 2 of 2: "Sorry we can't log you in at the moment. We have a technical problem". On mobile, I can login but tapping on my account takes me to a timeout screen. Please update your service status page
