    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide why am I now being prompted to use my card to transfer from my nationwide account to another of my accounts ive sent money to for years, with no issue? It doesn't make sense, and is incredibly frustrating.

    @AskNationwide New Customer opened account last week, can't set up a Payee because "you can't verify me" despite me having a card reader Now logged in today amd all my pending transactions are showing as pending and completed leaving me with over Β£300 missing. Whats going on? Terrible start

    @Powell_Property @TheAA_UK @AskNationwide Always book an MOT one calender month before it's due to expire then any issues can be sorted. Your MOT certificates will then overlap and keep the existing date. Exp 03/26 MOT 02/26 New Exp same as old 03/27

    @AskNationwide Your mobile app is great, your in branch customer service is spectacular. Your internet banking site however is awful, looking like it's from the early 2000's. Logging on to internet banking feels like I'm dealing with a different company🫀

    @AskNationwide your customer services are a joke. I cannot get to speak to an actual human being and your app doesn't help either. Is talking to an actual human something you do or not? 2 unauthorised payments have gone out of my account and you are IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of
