    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I canโ€™t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide I have in fact just ordered a new credit card as the old card was somehow cancelled. This maybe the problem. Do I need to set up the new credit card details up on the app?

    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    I've been a loyal @AskNationwide customer for 10+ years because their service was always great. Last week I tried to upgrade my account to a paid, plus account. I now have 3 accounts, multiple credit searches, multiple 1hr phone calls getting nowhere and numerous fob offs. Bye.

    @AskNationwide UK National Cyber Security Centre recommends passkeys. Nationwide does not appear to have issued a statement about why it does not use them for banking. As your customer I would like a statement please about when you will adopt passkeys

    A big SO to the customer service @AskNationwide Orpington in setting up my Member Exclusive Bond.Other banks will just tell you to go home and do it online.But in branch itโ€™s quick and more importantly safer, as it gives customers peace of mind from making mistakes #nationwide ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป

    @AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.

    @AskNationwide No problem I'm sorted speaking to your agent now โ€“ but you should have a look at that in your app UX, as it's completely bonkers to ask a user to insert the lost card to replace their lost card

    @AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

    @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

    @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? Whatโ€™s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible
