    @AskNationwide @AskNationwide I regret that I joined nationwide, I feel annoyed that I have rated nationwide with 1star rate. Why freezing your customers accounts and why your taking so long to resolve customer's issues? Why you do have very poor customer services

    @AskNationwide hi a credit card company have deposited 1 penny in my account because they need me to reply with a code that you give however the penny has been deposited but I can’t find the code can you help please

    @AskNationwide Why is it that I need to show photo ID when in a branch to re-issue a card... but I could ring cusromer services whilst in the same branch and not need it? surly the security questions being good enough on call are good enough for in branch too?

    The fraud team at @AskNationwide really do not care. Thanks to them ILLEGALLY freezing my whole account over one transaction that is less than total balance I will be made homeless at midday on Monday. There response "Not our problem"... 1/2

    @AskNationwide Hi, what about you supporting your members? I have had an ongoing issue in the complaints procedure since May & no one can help. All I get is it can take 56 working days! Rubbish customer service.

    @AskNationwide Nationwide is not here to help. When you have elderly relatives whom English is not there nature language try to arrange to change a sole account to a join account, so that they can recieve the time limited rebate for fuel as the council tax is in both names.

    @AskNationwide I'me considering moving our accounts as I'me so dissallusioned with Nationwide customer service in the branches they seem uninterested and just that they can't be bothered to give you the service you expect,or is that just the one I was served by in the Sutton Low Street branch?

    @AskNationwide I opened a triple access ISA with you at the start of this year. The interest rate is 0.8%, given you’ve now increased the rate for new customers please can I have the increase also? My other banks are passing on rate rises to me so hoping you can too….

    @AskNationwide I have already logged a complaint through the Wellingborough branch who go above and beyond to help but get no help from your useless fraud team. The FCA told me your fraud team is "the worst in the industry at communications." Put it this way a BIG fine is heading their
