    @JolyonMaugham @virginmedia @AskNationwide are truly awful - nearly wrecked our house purchase and did for others. Still waiting for complaint to be answered a month after their stated five day SLA response time expired. The very worst considering the impact of not getting mortgages sorted for people.

    @AskNationwide for the second day running with absolutely no warning or reason you have blocked our joint account whilst away on holiday. Account is full, used on average ten times a day and you block it for being dormant. Useless

    @AskNationwide It’s a photo attachment. It says “Safari cannot open the page because the server cannot be found”. I’ve done this transfer before and the app verification usually works fine.

    @AskNationwide Collection department is poor. We have been trying for months with no follow through. A formal complaint will be going in and if it’s not resolved then we are going to the financial ombudsman. I’ve been a loyal customer for years. So upset.
