@AskNationwide You’re the exact opposite of helpful - you spin out the mortgage application process in the hope that people won’t proceed, finding every excuse not to lend including ignoring confirmation of earnings letters. Terrible building society. People should complain to @TheFCA

@AskNationwide #nationwide #nationwidereading #customerfeedback although the lady at the entrance at central Reading branch was most pleasant today. I did request for counter service rather than wait for a machine but was refused. I found customer service disappointing today 😕

@Sue43047349 @AskNationwide The underwriters won’t help you - they’re doing everything they can to actively stop lending as I think Nationwide have extended themselves too far in the current housing market boom. Full of excuses and nothing useful.
