    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    @AskNationwide If my wife opened a 1 year Triple Access Online Saver 12 account in early February this year at 0.45%pa, why on earth does she have to apply for another new identical account to take advantage of the new 0.7% now on offer ? They're not Fixed Rate Bonds ???

    Just had the worst customer service from @AskNationwide regarding an on going mortgage query. The agent was rude then cut me off. Nice little complaint going to be raised.

    @AskNationwide Yes, sort out @BritishGasHelp and get them to fix the My Energy section of their website and app, it hasn't worked since 14th Feb!

    @AskNationwide Hi! My bank card has been acting up, sometimes not working when trying to use contactless & today was showing as invalid/unable to read when trying to use it. How can I get a replacement card? I can only see the option to report lost/stolen, not damaged. Thanks!
