    @AskNationwide I tried to make a bank transfer this morning to my monzo account, still waiting for it to go through now I'm overdrawn thanks to your 'system being down again ' when will my bank transfer go through?? This is happening more and more joke of a building society

    In these days where bank branches are as rare as rocking horse ****, it seems incredible you can't make payments or set up standing orders using @AskNationwide phone banking. There seems very little point having phone banking staff of they can't actually do ANYTHING!

    @AskNationwide Hey Nationwide, I've been trying to pay a bill all day and every time I get to the card reader validation, it says that there's a techincal fault and I can't be validated. There's no indication of an issue on your service dashboard, what's going on?

    @AskNationwide Stop lying! You're NOT there for loyal customers. You'll instantly increase mortgage rates, but be SLOW to raise saver rates - Unlike Skipton, who CARE about customers. Can't wait to clear mortgage & close ALL our accounts with you. Avoid NW!
