    6 working days without a peep from the complaints team @AskNationwide. Having been told to expect some contact within 5 working days by 2 call handlers and a manager, I am once again experiencing a complete failure in process. Why have SLAs if you can't meet them?

    @AskNationwide feeling disappointed with Nationwide, how can a revised statement following a change of address take 3 working days? And they promote online banking as being faster....

    @AskNationwide No links. Just says there is a problem with your ISA transfer request, please call within the next 5 working days on 0800 4643032 between 9am-7pm mon/fri 9am-12pm Sat. Seems legit?
