  @AskNationwide Hey your 2FA system assumes all your customers are using your app AND have faceID or touchID support, and makes it really hard to get a SMS OTP instead. But many of your customers are old and DON'T have faceID and touchID. Sort it out.

  @AskNationwide been a customer 25 years. phoned for advise on new mortgage & told no ERC payable when purchasing house. Told to apply online, as we had just gone back into lockdown. 3 months on charged ERC despite ringing when received redemption statement! Useless!!

  @AskNationwide having issues with the app. Unable to transfer funds to either an internal or external account my android mobile. Menu disappears from bottom of screen after login.

  @AskNationwide hello, is there a reason when you download a statement online it doesn’t show your name? 3-5 working days to have one posted out when a pdf would be easier is a bit annoying.
