  Oh dear @AskNationwide seem to have problems again....how many times has the computer been on a go slow in the last 3 weeks....thought Santa would have brought you a new one!!

  And it's payday Wednesday and seems @AskNationwide are still having issues. Also waiting for another payment Into the account for selling a car...they must have thousands of pounds on hold!

  @AskNationwide Tryint to transfer money on app and being asked to use card reader. I have never had a card reader on my account. Is this the same IT update error which happened a few months ago. When is this being fixed?

  @AskNationwide The banking app is down. All I’m getting is a white screen with the blue spinning circle. Any idea how long it will be down for? Thanks

  @AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

  @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? What’s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible

  @AskNationwide are there issues with being able to make payments right now. I've tried twice and it says "There has been a problem"

  @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
