    And it's payday Wednesday and seems @AskNationwide are still having issues. Also waiting for another payment Into the account for selling a car...they must have thousands of pounds on hold!

    @AskNationwide So what was the reasoning for them to WFH when the order was lifted in July/Aug last year? Desks were always an issue & it's even worse now you've closed many offices off the back of an employee survey re: WFH. What was the response rate to the survey?

    @AskNationwide Yea it didn’t stop the problem but I’ve now added you as a contact and hopefully that works. A professional body such as NW shouldn’t have that problem in the first place though. Managed to get through on the phone in time. Buuuut will prob deal with complaints dept at some point

    @AskNationwide Nope because my old one stopped working. I had to order one and it says its being delivered but I hadn't put in any of my personal details so I don't know how it knows where to deliver it to...

    @AskNationwide Hello. I started to process of applying for. Flex one account for my two 13yr olds. I didn’t have their passports at the time and want to know if I can access the application and upload their passport if or can I take their passports into my local branch.

    On the phone to @AskNationwide for 45 mins. Got through to someone who transferred me to another team who will help me. Only to hear the message the lines are now closed. What a waste of time.

    @AskNationwide do we get compensation for when systems went down? i was left for 6 hours unable to eat or get home due to delayed payments.
