@AskNationwide 24 hours later and still no help. We have been without heating and hot water for 48 hours. Our child is freezing (as are we all). We pay for emergency repair home insurance with your company. What is going on?

@AskNationwide We haven't heard anything back. You may also note that people with Irish surnames cannot currently open FlexPlus accounts. We actually want to pay for an account, but your useless online system will not allow it. This is not the excellent service we are used to from Nationwide.

@AskNationwide We have been on hold for HOURS. Today and yesterday. Please help us. We need to speak to a manager or supervisor. We are a family with young children. We cannot go the whole weekend without heating. This is urgent.
