Since the end of last year, the service quality provided by @AskNationwide has plummeted massively. Service issues or payment delays. Think I’m gonna change banks.

@AskNationwide I’ve had 3 letters telling me it’s not been resolved and it’s being delayed. I’ve specifically asked for phone calls and my request is ignored. My concerns are not a priority at all it seems. I’m truly shocked by the service I’ve received since joining. It’s appalling.

@AskNationwide No. The screen is just frozen. I can't alter or input my customer number or DOB, and clicking Continue does nothing

@AskNationwide Also, this is all a crisis partly because they have been slow, then gave us a 3 week extension that includes 2 days of public holidays…

@AskNationwide hi my sister had her phone stolen last night & she’s worried about her Apple Pay being used fraudulently (although hopefully whoever has stolen it can’t access her details) however she would like to put a freeze on her card, can she do this online or in store only?

@AskNationwide hi, are there problems with benefit payments being processed for your accounts? My sister was due a payment today and it's not in her bank, thanks

@AskNationwide This has not helped. I agree that it feels like a browser problem, but I have not previously had any problems, and it is odd it is the same on safari and chrome. I will try restarting the Mac and see if that helps.
