@AskNationwide Your CEO Debbie Crosbie isn't "here to help". She wont even reply to my e mails! And those that have replied eventually, have been as far from "Helpful" as you can get!

hi @AskNationwide I'm having a severe problem. I lost my card and am trying to report it as such, but it requires my card to report that I don't have it?

@AskNationwide Yes a very apologetic message 'we're currently experiencing a technical problem. Please check service availability or try again.' Been trying for over an hour

@AskNationwide This 'housekeeping' practice needs to stop. Twice in the past few months it has caused me problems in delayed payment when a bona fide payee has just disappeared from my account. This is *MY* data and you do not have my permission to delete it as and when you feel fit. Disgusting

@AskNationwide how is the 1 year triple fix limited saving a worse rate this year than last? 2.5% is poor when I can get a flexi saver at 2.8%
