    @AskNationwide Well you scammed me by putting a marker with CRAs after missing one £25 cc payment in December due to being ill ,despite 10yrs as a customer with no issues. It’s legal but shows how little you value customers. I’m looking for another bank now.

    @AskNationwide Thank you .. I will carry on my crusade until @Debbiecrosbie1 does something about the very poor customer service at Nationwide ...I have been banking with Anglia/Nationwide for 40 years and every year the service had dropped ... I even had a business account with them..

    Sad state of affairs when I believe I have had to block calls from my own building society. Or people who claim to be from @AskNationwide who persistently call but oddly won’t give out their personal details yet insist I provide mine.

    @AskNationwide on the banking app, if I have a business payee I pay a number of times, I have to set them up over and over again to be able to change the payment reference for each payment. This takes time and increases the risk of error. It really needs to be fixed?
