    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @AskNationwide Ok. My bad. Full marks to the very patient person on the phone however we didn't fix it. After the call I remembered I'd frozen that card a few weeks back. Unfreezing it fixed the problem. If it's possible to break things I will. Sorry!

    Fabulous @AskNationwide. Online current account application broken. Call instead to sort it. Cut off every time after 13 mins on hold. 👏👏

    @AskNationwide Trying to apply for a flexplus account but i keep getting redirected to the login page. Tried on Firefox & Edge but doing same thing, also happening when i try to apply through the Nationwide app.

    @AskNationwide We are on the phone again, second super lengthy call today. Why when I already have an account and I recommended that we switch everything to you is this service so terrible? You have today said you are rejecting the switch for a weird reason.

    Well don’t try to use the Nationwide switch service. Emails that their own guidance says are spam, no accountability, hours on the phone and after 13 days still no switch. IT terrible, communication abysmal. Worse than useless. @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide The only way we can arrange the service we need is via phone, but we can’t get through on phone. Is this @AskNationwide way of not giving us our money?? Really not impressed
