    @AskNationwide problems using online banking since last night. Desktop: Login step 2 of 2: "Sorry we can't log you in at the moment. We have a technical problem". On mobile, I can login but tapping on my account takes me to a timeout screen. Please update your service status page

    @AskNationwide @cheeseban I’ve tried the app and web browsers on two devices. Suggest you escalate to the person responsible for the “Our services are working normally” on your website. There’s clearly an issue from the number of tweets.

    @AskNationwide Flex, Cashbuilder and mortgage. The app has an error every time and I'm now blocked for 30mins on the site... Though my details are all correct.

    @AskNationwide I see you've been having issues with logging into accounts online. Mine has now come up but has said my pin or code is wrong and I have one more attempt. Each time has been correct. Is there still an issue before you block me?

    @AskNationwide Problems again? My Dd for my Nationwide cc not taken yesterday. Can’t access my cc account online, can access my other account listed on accounts page. Asked husband to see if he can log in but he can’t ! Hope there’s no fees for your error.

    @AskNationwide This is not true - the payment made to me on Monday is not there yet. Nationwide wont accept it's due to their issue. 3 colleagues also with Nationwide having same problem. Being advised of a 5 day response time from IT. A colleague is on the phone to you while you call SWIFT!
