Like when an insurance company helps itself to £100s from my bank account because they took a renewal payment a week before the renewal date whilst I was in the process of trying to cancel my renewal.

I have had regular ongoing messages same as above, or 'technical issue, please restart'. You deny any issues yet it is no coincidence that you have an app problem but are in denial.
