@AskNationwide On the app. Some questions: 1. Will the system make the transaction at some point tonight? 2. If not, is there a reason why my transaction failed to complete? 3. Why, when trying to transfer to a previously registered account did I needed the card reader…etc. Very poor service

@AskNationwide My account has all of a sudden gone off the app and when I try to log into internet banking it says: "sorry we are having technical issues right now" this is on december 11th at 8:40am in the uk

@AskNationwide so over a week ago now, I had an issue that is still happening I assume. I was told the matter was escalated and I will have someone call within 5 working days. That was last Saturday so those 5 days are up. Why can’t you muster the ability up to fix ****

@AskNationwide Doesn't work on my phone, Android 7. Been adviced by technical support some older version android phones not working. Strange it used to work before you did an update. I would be happy with an older version of the app that works on my phone.

@AskNationwide I have. I was told the company has been removed from my block list and yet I still can't make a payment. Just been on the phone and the lady said the visa team closed at 5, so can't sort it now
