    @AskNationwide sent chaps payment before 3pm cut off time yesterday. Money is still sitting in my bank! Really dont want to use the chaps service anymore can I cancel it? Also speaking to someone on the phone seems impossible when I complete on my house I am switching from you!

    @AskNationwide is the forfar branch in Scotland open today? I passed this morning and it had a poster saying it was closed today, but could that have just been because it is closed om Wednesday Wednesday nobody has took the poster down?

    @AskNationwide Hi Jamie, That’s the point!! Why can’t the new rate just be applied automatically? “We” are not “customers” but “members”. It would be good to get a response from a senior manager on this who should be working for our benefit! James

    You gotta love @AskNationwide Banked with them for 30+ years, turned me down for a 98% deposit mortgage because I'm disabled, froze my bank card three times while I'm trying to buy things for my house and then take 20mins to answer a phone each time you try and sort it out
