    @Godfrey_Bloom @AskNationwide I've been with Nationwide for 40yrs and no problems even when I sold my house and took alot of money out in one go no problem. Lloyds is the worst Ever bank. So Victor Meldrew I believe because the customers have a say in how they do things you want them gone. I'm not changing

    @john_actuary @AskNationwide @AvivaUK My Admiral policy renewal price is 35% *cheaper* this year! I can still find even cheaper via a comparison site, but am almost tempted to stay to reward them for not ripping off an existing customer - for once!

Now demanding she return or phones It took gargantuan effort 1st time the result of visit will make next time impossible
