    @AskNationwide Thanks for fobbing me off. Do Nationwide really feel that over 4 weeks to respond to a complaint is acceptable? This is in addition to the basic issue you are failing to resolve for me. Your customer service is appalling. I’ll be raising this with the ombudsman and your CEO.

    @AskNationwide Just tried calling about a declined payment, was told lines are closed, but website says they are open until 6pm GMT - it's currently only 5.22 pm GMT.

    @AskNationwide Hi, Please help. I have sent £10.00 to an old account (thinking it was still open) sent from Starling Bank to a FlexBasic Account I used to have. The transaction actually went ahead. Have I lost the £10.00? I sent the £10 by Instant bank transfer. Please advise.

    @AskNationwide Just transferred my account to nationwide and must have wrote down PIN number wrong so locked out. I have a bill I need to pay to a new payee can I do it without a card reader?

    @AskNationwide That’s what I’ve now listened to 30 mins of in total, only to be cut off! Will the fraud team be able to close this account for me or will I have to go through this again with the main number to try for a 4th time? I know it’s not your fault but this is such bad service :(
