@AskNationwide The response to secure messages through the PC app can be slow. Asked for card to be unlocked, which they did not do, vbut asked questions. Reply has not been responded to for hours, even though they know they are blocking my card. Support is slow

@AskNationwide Why do you block a credit card and not reactivate it when you try to make another purchase confirming it through the app. Currently you go through the process of making the purchase, confirm in the app, only to have it refused. What a waste of time

@AskNationwide Recommend that you do not use Nationwide credit card for on-line transactions. Credit card frequently locked and Nationwide is slow to unlock the card
