    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide Yes she has, and we already paid for the funeral from the funds in the account, so nationwide branch are very aware. I'm assuming that this is a clerical error, it can't be NW policy surely?

    Huge praise to @AskNationwide. Asked online how to return to my maiden name & given instructions. Visited Eastbourne branch as per instructions & friendly, helpful assistant completed the request in a manner of minutes. Great service makes such a difference!

    @AskNationwide 1/2 Scott in your bereavement team has just put through our call to bereavement mortgage team, we spoke to a man who didn't work for Nationwide. There is obviously an issue with your transfers or he has an incorrect telephone number..

    @AskNationwide I raised complaints on 6th & 7th jan 22 with rory maton feline & emma greenwood both showed there ignorance of EA2010 DPA & GDPR 2018 both lied in the call which i have a recording of! Need a call from head of legal today in accordance with S29 P7 EA2010 your website says 3 days

    @AskNationwide I need to confirm my travel insurance cover - it’s not clear in the booklet and impossible to get hold on the phone- this worries me if I’m stuck abroad how do I get in touch
