Suddenly starts working again & then stops again after couple of transactions. Same thing happened 2 years ago. The fault is at your end, please fix.

They call me Shrugs (@Cooksley) reported@AskNationwide Your rude staff humiliated her in front of a bank full of customers why the hell would she want an account? If Home Office letters are not proof because they now use email to send them (welcome to 2022) then you have a procedural problem. Just say no brown people at the door.
