    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide 2/2 U sent a bank card for my savings account to my ex (not been together for 9 years). he got in touch to tell me of your horrendous **** up. You need to contact me NOW to sort this out + you gave him addresses that I lived in after we split up. Protecting my security much?
