    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

It seems that the operators have absolutely no empathy. I have another account elsewhere. Nationwide I'll be contacting you tomorrow to close my account.
