    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide 13/10/21. A water leak is reported in our home. 30/03/23. The cowboys Nationwide Building Society use tell us we need to pay over £700 to fix the problems they've caused. This is the reality of being a Nationwide customer.

    @AskNationwide I can get into my banking app and see all my accounts listed, but when I click on them it’s blank and I get a Service Availability message. It links me the Service Availability screen, where that says that everything is running! Please help! Why can’t I see stuff?

    @AskNationwide Yes. When I scroll down the list of my bank transactions it says "load more transactions" then I click on that it takes me right back. If I'm scrolling to let's say 12 months ago it takes absolutely ages

    @AskNationwide hi I'm trying to set up an account for my 14yo son and the only I'd he has is a birth certificate. No passport and no other I'd on the silly list that's provided. He has an account with Yorkshire for his trust fund any help appreciated

    @AskNationwide I’ve logged into my app to check credit card statement. And it told me i need to log into the website to view this? Is this a new feature or a one off?
