@AskNationwide you having issues with the mobile banking app? Cannot seem to be able to log on

  • zcobb Stephen Cobb, #FBPE 🇺🇦 (@zcobb) reported from Coventry, England

Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

  • zcobb Stephen Cobb, #FBPE 🇺🇦 (@zcobb) reported from Coventry, England

Dear Nationwide Building Society - I am very concerned about your recent text message beginning "As you use the Internet Bank/Banking app." I'm concerned because I don't use the app. It's not even on my phone. Is someone else using the app to access my account? @AskNationwide 1/5

  • Virgin_central Virgin Central (@Virgin_central) reported from Ryton-on-Dunsmore, England

@AskNationwide It's an issue your side, this needs sorting. Unacceptable I cannot access my money before Christmas

  • Virgin_central Virgin Central (@Virgin_central) reported from Ryton-on-Dunsmore, England

    @AskNationwide Nope same issue

  • Virgin_central Virgin Central (@Virgin_central) reported from Ryton-on-Dunsmore, England

@AskNationwide you having issues with the mobile banking app? Cannot seem to be able to log on

  • zcobb Stephen Cobb, #FBPE 🇺🇦 (@zcobb) reported from Coventry, England

May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide I set up a new Flex account on 19 July 22 via the current account switch service. I have not yet received my bank card or my card reader. I cannot make any online payments without my card reader. I will DM you my details. Thanks

  • McDona1d Iain McDonald (@McDona1d) reported

Can you @AskNationwide CEO Debbie Crosby why your customer care is so absolutely awful? No response, poor service, letters from bots - no point having account benefits if they’re poor quality with zero support from Nationwide when it goes wrong. NBS7658000 refers Many thanks.

@AskNationwide I am able to switch my mortgage deal, due to my term coming to an end. However your online mortgage manager is not working at all, the link fails on my PC and phone. Is this being resolved?!

  • VanessaWelham1 Vanessa Welham (@VanessaWelham1) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks. Will do. Your customer experience and service is v bad.

  • CreamyAngles CreamyAngles (@CreamyAngles) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks for trying but its too late. Your response is appreciated though. All my accounts were closed because I tried to help a lady politely from exposing herself at work. Her indecent exposure was intentional and her manager seemed to like it. Kilburn branch

@AskNationwide @bealzebum After that you will deal with rubbish service and poor systems .. but don't worry your money is safe .. because at least the government is protecting that

  • ItzMrPoseidon MonsieurPoseidon (@ItzMrPoseidon) reported

@AskNationwide hey guys GoCompare is showing home insurance for £116 without any discount and Nationwide site is showing £113 with 25% discount for members for same policy with Nationwide

  • spoke_n H (@spoke_n) reported

@AskNationwide so why did my insurance premium drop by 30% this year? Did the law change and force you to give me the same deal as a new customer? So you’ve been massively overcharging me for years, legal yes, ethical, no. Treating customers fairly, no!!
