@AskNationwide Ok thanks, so if i don't get a debit card, how i can make a payment from it ? Can I get the info from the branch & if nothing arrives do I class it as lost as I cant even access online banking yet as no information for that

@AskNationwide my online banking app hasn’t been working for a week now. It just says there’s an error on your side and says to restart. I have updated my phone, deleted and reinstalled and updated the app. At this point I’m considering moving banks.
