@AskNationwide @SamsungUK Had my Visa card removed from Samsung Pay at 2am last night - now when I try to add it back, I get an error message saying "card information not valid". It was working fine up until now, not sure what the problem is? Nationwide still shows as supported.

@AskNationwide - hi. I can access my accounts etc, using my Face ID but my wife can’t get in using hers, the screen shows “We (you…) are having technical issues…”. Her Face ID works well with all her other apps so what could be wrong?

@AskNationwide I applied for a new flex direct account on Sunday and it says it was accepted. In the email in said I would hear within 5 working days with an update. I haven’t heard anything yet
