Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
