Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

@facetheravendw @AskNationwide Same. I'm desperate to switch but nationwide keep blocking it as they want an overdraft paying off when they know I have PTSD and can't work as much as I used to and refuse to help me because that isn't "good enough"

@AskNationwide - A coupe of suggestions from a new customer 1) Don't put "Visa Purchase" in front of all the statements items, it makes it hard to use categorisation apps like moneydashboard 2) Why oh why do I need a card read to setup new payments - We should be passed this now.
