@AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

@AskNationwide really disappointed that the chat facility isn’t that great. The question I want to ask is how come there are no options for instant transaction notification yet within nationwide? Please get with the times as most banks offer this service nowadays.

@AskNationwide I'm completing on my house 6th June. Solicitors advise the money arrive 1 working day before (1st June with the Jubilee), but I will be charged interest from that date. They could accept funds on the day, but no guarantee of when the funds will arrive. Any advice?
