    Why is the Nationwide app not on my phone? Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. That's a pity. 2/5 @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide I spoke with the credit card company, system error on their end sending out false alerts. Payment went through fine.

    @AskNationwide I logged a complaint Friday morning and was told I would receive a phonecall with 72 working hours. This hasn't happened.

    @AskNationwide I can't seem to get the chat function working on their app and the phone line doesn't open until 9am. So, no not at the moment.

    May I suggest you: 1. Check the algorithms behind your messages so they don't worry people. 2. Check your texts are correct in what they say. 3. Let customers like me who have app store accounts that originated outside the UK get access to your app. Thanks you. @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide The page will not open correctly after pressing continue. It opens options further down the screen but they are over to the right of the page and unable to swipe it across to get to it

    @AskNationwide I have already done this on the App & it doesn’t work, why bring out something like this, without an option to easily get rid of it, “choice”? Will try main site, if still can’t do it, will close the savings account 😢
