    @AskNationwide we have a Flexplus account, just broke down and your breakdown service wouldn't help as we managed to get the car back to the sales dealership. We had our 5 and 7 year old grandchildren with us and had to walk home!

    @AskNationwide I can't even get to the screen where you put your security number in. It just keeps saying 'We are sorry but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem' It then tells me to restart the app or check service availability.

    I can’t lie, I’ve never had any issues with @AskNationwide prior to Tuesday. Tuesday they messed me up and within 24hours of hearing my concern they have contacted me 4 times. Today they have resolved the issue and apologised twice 👏🏾#WhatGoodCustomerServiceLooksLike

    @AskNationwide I have just transferred some money to another account and still waiting for it to arrive, this is 24 hours after you have said everything is working normally, how long will i have to wait?

    @AskNationwide If the pension was sent during the time of the issue it may have been lost in the system and instead of being in my account before the holidays it may not now arive. This can not be sorted until the Government go back to work in the new year. much hardship.
