10/10 from @AskNationwide Had to phone them about a ✨thing✨. One of the first things they asked was if I had any access/support needs I'd like to disclose Meant the first few mins of the call were spent discussing how to support me and make sure they were communicating well

@AskNationwide attempted to complete switch application 6 times over the last week and it keeps freezing or saying problem try again later. At this rate I'll stay with my current provider! Can you advise if there is an issue with Thai service atm pls? Anyone else had this issue?
