    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @Godfrey_Bloom @AskNationwide I’ve never had a problem buying crypto with nationwide. Both people I know that use lloyds have both had their accounts frozen for buying crypto.

    @AskNationwide New payments don’t work at all. What is the problem? The status says it’s working normally. No point in having an account you can’t get the money out of.

    @AskNationwide Why am I unable to login into my online banking via the card reader? It keeps telling me that my numbers and details dont match when they do?

    @AnnieBruton @AskNationwide I have a customer number and use a card reader for internet banking and occasionally get asked for further verification ie. text message a code, but that is it for Nationwide? Gave up on the app once I’d restored internet connection after moving; kept cancelling so needed then.

    @AskNationwide I am not waiting for 30 minutes or more on hold for a problem the branch created. You should be ringing me. I won’t raise a complaint. I will simply take my 3 accounts elsewhere. I don’t need the £100 customer share, I need efficiency when dealing with something straight forward.
