  @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

  @AskNationwide Hi Nathan I logged my concerns and asked for a response by email, which was an option on the form. I received a reply that did not even attempt to address my concerns. Just a list of contact numbers. Very poor customer service.

  @AskNationwide trying to make payment to my catalogue and the funds are there but keeps declining. Do you know why this would be? (Any fake account offering help will be reported)
