@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

@AskNationwide @purplenicki1 Why do you lie to people? I literally just saw you tell a customer there are "no problems", then 2 minutes later, you tell a different customer there are problems. This now happens on a monthly basis. It's not good enough, and your customer service is appalling.

@ELSL96 @AskNationwide Yeah I know! Happened to me the last 3 months. I’m leaving them after today. Why lie to customers? Just say there is a problem so people can sort things out! It’s disgraceful! But not at all surprising from a bank that doesn’t put stock in customer service!

Good morning @AskNationwide. I see your system has gone down again. How many more times are we going to have to suffer a delay in payments? I've transfered my "going out for the day as it's my birthday" money to another bank, & of course, today of all days, it hasn't transfered.
