@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

@mrjay1506 @AskNationwide U need any advice mate happy to give to you. They can't keep lying and getting away with it. They must not lie and say there isn't an error when there is. They must immediately inform of delayed payment's and not lie to us and say there's no error

@AskNationwide If there is one thing I do not appreciate, it is being lied to. In the 16yrs I have banked with you, something like this has only happened once. And it was a error on your side!! I will not be paying the overdraft charges… THATS ON YOU!

@Ohholycow @AskNationwide Theyve finally admitted an error unfortunately that's to late report this to the ombudsman as nationwide have breached the contract we have between them. They must tell us immediately if there's an error with payment but they kept lying saying there wasn't I suggest ring tomorrow
