@AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

@AskNationwide I hope this is an AI bot responding because if it were a human, you should not be working here. When is @Debbiecrosbie1 going to resign?

@AskNationwide I use your card reader, no issues, I won’t use a phone app to do banking. I won’t use a watch, or phone to pay contactless. Overall happy

@AskNationwide brilliant customer service but why are their systems so antiquated. I want to send money to someone I need to use their card reader. I lock out my pin I need to go to an ATM, I feel like I have gone back to the early 2000’s.

@AskNationwide Hi I have a 1 yr triple access account maturing in June this year at 2.5percent. Can I transfer all funds to 1yr fixed term saving at 4 percent? What will happen to the existing interest or will I leave some funds in triple access?

@AskNationwide fed up of your ‘computer says no’ attitude to customers. Your complaints team is just carrying out a tick box exercise for the FSA - awful service from them. I’ve been a customer for years - you make me feel like you don’t care and I truly don’t think you do
