@AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

@annaliese_k86 @AskNationwide I know it’s not a fix but I contacted my supplier (Scottish power) and they credited £10 to each to cover me

@AskNationwide Is it time to change bank account? Your "Payment" issues are now becoming a feature at the end of every month since December. Clearly, you changed something in your backend systems and you have no idea what's causing the downtime when the load increases.

@AskNationwide are the updates on the website being sent by smoke signals because it’s been nearly 5 hours and there’s been nothing?

@AskNationwide @VeronicaHolgate It's no good direct debits working fine if I don't have money in my account because you've not paid in my salary yet!

Payments not working at @AskNationwide for the third time in the past three months. I can only assume their software was written by a work experience student. #nationwide

@AskNationwide No as I need my salary to transfer money to their parent pay account, haven’t enough food in the house to make pack up as I had obviously planned on doing the food shop today. I’m a single parent so don’t have access to other funds. Rubbish being unable to access your own money
