    @AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

    @AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

    @AskNationwide I want to login with the questions and answers but to have the answers reset so that I can choose them again (they've done it before, so I know it can be done). I won't re-register as that means waiting for post.

    @AskNationwide Hi Nikita, yes followed support directions, cleared cache cleared data uninstalled and reinstalled, just the same. Just reinstalled the latest version but still the same. Is there any way I can reinstall an older version of the app. Everything worked OK about 4 months ago.

    @AskNationwide Did that about a 6 weeks ago. Went through everything clearing cache and data, uninstalling and reinstalling app. Still not working.

    @AskNationwide I have, they say they delay is down to Enact failing to respond to their request for information and they will send again as a matter of urgency. I would strongly recommend you stop using Enact, they are beyond useless. 3 months plus for a simple remortgage is ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide Is there an issue with the iOS app at the moment? I have to “hard close” the app before I can use it every time. Otherwise it just sits on the background app image.
