Nolan Johnson (@NolanJo68454247) reported from Leighton Buzzard, England@AskNationwide hi there. I have tried numerous times to get through to your customer service team to change a direct debit. After being on hold today again for 20 minutes, I have yet again been cut off. Can I change the date on the mobile app?

clare smith (@clarebear1976) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

Chris (@ryansmi89) reported@AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

Jordan (@JordanPostingX) reported@AskNationwide Good morning. When the email is sent saying "we've popped you a new card in the post", is that sent as soon as it goes to the postal service or when the post is due for delivery and do you send First Class or Second Class please? Thanks.

Barry O'Neill (@BCJONeill) reported@AskNationwide Maybe you could just pass it on for me in true customer focused tradition Nathan?
-
the pompey pope (@thePompeyPope) reported@AskNationwide What's the point? It won't change anything. It would have been quicker to drive to my local branch where I could speak to someone face to face. Nationwide customer service was good years ago. Do I want to open an account with a bank that is so difficult to contact? You guess.....
-
Gary (@garytweeter) reported@AskNationwide @terryzimbo Customer for 23 years with mortgage and 2 X savings accounts, won't get a thing. Fairer share my arse.
-
Soft Touch (@baghcat) reportedHey @AskNationwide it's MY MONEY! Restricting access to online banking unless I answer a load of invasive questions, some of which I cannot answer due to not being psychic is a huge stresser and a great way to have me terminate my 40 year old account. WELL DONE YOU. (NOT)
-
Chris Mollett (@CPFCmollett) reported@AskNationwide I have recently started getting statements for an ISA account however I was under the impression that I closed down all accounts with yourselves a long time ago. Your AI assistant is asking me to log in to online banking to receive help but I don’t have it to do so
-
john tarrant (@johntarrant16) reported@AskNationwide Why will no one speak to me. You online banking is not working and no one in Nationwide cares.
-
Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
-
Jenny Reader (@Mioewing) reported@AskNationwide You are impossible to contact. I get knocked out of chat and don't get a call back. You have my instructions but haven't acted.
