clare smith (@clarebear1976) reported from Aylesbury Vale, England@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

Jon B (@ozzybn1989) reported@AskNationwide We’ve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience we’ve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems N’wide can’t offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

B (@scriptwren) reported@yawizzy @ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Sometimes these days it’s the best way to get proper customer service, that’s why. Why are you trying to police social media like this? Clearly they have exhausted face to face possibilities. What happened to decent customer service and a bit of empathy?

Corin Messer (@CorinMesser) reported@AskNationwide Maybe it would help if I noted that none of our details have changed and our cover level hasn't changed and the Bank of England inflation calculator suggests our August 2025 premium of £626.30 should have increased to £638.75 not £987.00. Perhaps £987.00 was just a typo?
-
Clare24/7 (@BirdieBums) reported@ChelleChipato @AskNationwide Very poor. He should have closed down his existing account, withdrawn funds and opened an account with a completely different bank followed by a letter to the complaints department.
