This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

Via the app on my mobile when hitting next there is no new page the next page you have to scroll down the screen and across to the right. However you then cannot complete anything further. Via any browser once the 1st page is complete no new page appears

She's going to give it a while and then try again.
