@AskNationwide @in_mules The issue clearly has not been resolved, my husband just transferred his wages from his business account (different bank) and they haven't appeared in our nationwide account. This is usually instantaneous. The money has left his business account so where is it?

Every single month, there are issues with @AskNationwide. My money’s gone from my bank, but more than 2 hours later, it’s still not showing up in my Nationwide savings account! This is happening every month now! 🤬

@AskNationwide Last working day of the month and my outgoing payments are being delayed AGAIN. You clearly have a system problem but don't seem to able to address it. Been with you for 30+ years and never had such repeatedly poor service. Why should I stay with you?
