And so day 29 comes to a close (that is 43 days since request for settlement figure submitted). And guess what? NOTHING. No positive reaction from @AskNationwide or #themortgageworks. What #crapcustomerservice. In all my working days i have never come across such #incompetence

What is the point of @AskNationwide having verify by banking app if when you go to order groceries for your mum on the week you lose your dad to cancer they decide to block it anyway giving a we have unblocked it when you verify again though @Morrisons cancels the delivery anyway

@AskNationwide 20mins yesterday and 16 mins (so far) waiting on someone to pick up a call is UNACCEPTABLE. This is not a service that is fit for purpose. This needs to be sorted @financialombuds #mortageworks

@AskNationwide I’m flying out to the US tomorrow and I’ve forgotten to inform Nationwide of this. I don’t have any of my banking details with me me (I’m not at home) & I can’t see how I can do this on your mobile banking app. Are you able to help a very stressed out customer?
