Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AndrewG37241723 @AskNationwide Nationwide Building Society has finally responded with no action, no sympathy, no solutions and asking me to waste Ombudsman time. Normally customer are right but on this occasion they have not taken any of my concerns seriously! She must thinks I had a bad dream! Waste of time!!

Dear @TheAA_UK, You wrote to me on 31/10 to say my Complaint would be investigated and you would contact me within 28 days. That was more than 28 days ago. Apparently your Complaints Procedure is as reliable as your breakdown service? Why do @AskNationwide use you again?

@AskNationwide You will see from my account and the information you have on your system that we have never missed a mortgage payment. We’ve always been in employment and earn a good wage between us. I am absolutely disgusted with nationwide and the service and I would rather go elsewhere.
