    @AskNationwide I have a new phone and have downloaded the Nationwide app but I can’t log in. It only offers me ‘Register for the app’ or ‘Open an account with us’. There’s no other options, how can I enter my passcode and log in?

    @AskNationwide I was wondering if you could get back to me about a problem I’m having. I got a refund a while ago and it still hasn’t came through… I’ve emailed the original client and they have stated that it’s all done on their end, so I’d like to know what’s happened

    @AskNationwide No reply. This is more than a personal matter. The whole point of the govt help was to get the country back on its feet. I’m earning more than before Covid and haven’t defaulted, but computer doesn’t even verify reason for drop in income 20-21

    @AskNationwide But disappointed. Been with you for many years now, including a mortgage for the last five. I get interest rates have gone up, but you've charged me £999 to renew. You then email me saying thank you for being loyal. No, thank you for £999 in these hard times. Awful

    @AskNationwide @junew26 Just to add the service I received (although wait times on the phone c.45mins) has been exemplary. My claims (I've had to make two large ones) were easy and stress-free, unlike others I know who have had zero contact for many months with other firms.

    Found someones purse today and it contains a debit card with @AskNationwide so been on the chat to them & asked if they can contact the said person. They said no. Either I take to the bank within my working hours Ring them (at a cost) Or destory it when it could be returned
