    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide when a spouse dies is it normal procedure to block a joint current account or savings account to the surviving spouse? Trying to decide whether we need an LPA for the future

    @AskNationwide I wasn't using the app, it was your website refusing to let me login, I called the phone number and your staff told me they were aware of the problem and were working on it - your online banking was completely down for about 30 minutes, but thanks for the useless suggestion
