    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Sailsbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide Your IT failure of 21Dec2. Issues have not been resolved. You still hold funds I tried to deposit. Worthing branch has tried to fix it, but is being misled by your IT team. I now consider this theft by the society. How many other customers are still affected?

    @AskNationwide For GDPR I’m not going to publicly discuss what I need to talk about, as a bank I’m sure you understand that. In the DM conversations I am being told to call the mortgage department, which is what I’ve been trying to do, and why I am complaining. So…. Not much help really…

    @AskNationwide im awaiting a test & trace payment (sent last Thursday) Ive been told to wait upto 5 days. Tomorrow is the 4th working day and still no sign - how long do these usually take to enter someone’s account?
