Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide ... however the app has actually now set up the payee and I had a text confirmation, but now requires the card reader to make first payment, and I get the same problem at the end again

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Just commit to nationalising! Yours is a very short term fix - and not even a good one - to a much longer-term problem. Instead of £29 billion to energy companies why not give that money directly to households? Or, again, nationalise ffs!

  • AndyMbbsc Andrew Maunder (@AndyMbbsc) reported

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour I could save £1000 in 7 weeks by working at home and not paying £550 in train fares to London.
