    @AskNationwide Thank you for your help - uninstalling and reinstalling the app has fixed the problem. I hope that I don't have to do that and go through the registration process every time the app is updated from now on.

    @AskNationwide Okay worryingly though they’re switching everything over from another bank today, I would have liked to see it was all set correctly, would have chosen a different date had I known. Thanks for your help.

    Had issues with @chase_uk and @RevolutApp online banks today, luckily neither is my main bank or I would have been in some embarrassing trouble. Glad @AskNationwide is my main account, phew!

    @AskNationwide why do I have to carry round a stupid card reader and why do I have to have 47 different passnumberd for each banking service like what when I can be bothered and can afford to I'm switching banks

    @AskNationwide Mobile app version 25.5.0 keeps crashing since it was updated 1 day ago. Version 24 worked ok. My device is Samsung Galaxy A50 running Android 12. Is this a known issue?
