  @AskNationwide New Customer opened account last week, can't set up a Payee because "you can't verify me" despite me having a card reader Now logged in today amd all my pending transactions are showing as pending and completed leaving me with over £300 missing. Whats going on? Terrible start

  Told to now wait again for @AskNationwide to sort themselves out. Beyond wild that it took a trip to branch to resolve. Let’s see if they fix it, else I’m emailing their CEO again 🙃
