    @AskNationwide I will raise it.. but is your IT sec dept not concerned that a customers acc drops off the app and your explanation is that there are 2 addresses. Something that has never been an issue. You have my name, can’t you get someone to track down my details & see my wife rang & help?

    Definitely switching banks after this ordeal. Every year for the last 6years @AskNationwide can see I come to Uganda for a length of time, I even tell their staff. But each and every bleeding time they block my card. I think they enjoy making me suffer.

    @AskNationwide is there a problem with direct debits because as well as not being able to see anything pending from today. I had a direct debit due on 15th which has not gone out today
