    Having to use an @AskNationwide card reader to transfer money between accounts is ridiculous, it adds an unnecessary step into the customer journey which causes additional effort and frustration. Other banks don’t require this, so why should I jump through hoops with you?!

    @AskNationwide Hi, how do I report a problem with one-time codes for online payment verification? I tried buying sth online the other night abt 22:15 and despite clicking "resend code" a number of times, nothing happened ... until next morning. Call after call btw 8:30 & midday🙄

    @AskNationwide hi, I’ve tried to log into the app but it’s asking me to re-enrol for security purposes. I’m trying to do that, but it’s just buffering. What should I do please? I’m at work and don’t have access to my customer number etc but need to access my accounts.
