    @AskNationwide Come on now. So all these merchants are the problem but they accept my bank of Scotland debit card and santander one no problem. The problem is most definitely with yourselves

    @AskNationwide So the team that only works till 5pm who put the phone down on me as they couldn't be bothered dealing with my request ??? How can I call them when I've been told I need to call with my partner with me to approve it when we won't be together during them times? It's awful this.

    @AskNationwide I'm sorry but I believe you did. Your letter says you are open till 6pm Monday to friday. We call back after we was hanged up on and your phone line says you are shut. The call was hung up at 5.00 on the dot so basically you colleagues did just hang up on a customer.

    @AskNationwide I've tried before. They just say no block on card..I appreciate security is important but often I end up using another providers card and just transfer the money
