@AskNationwide Into a betting account. I’ve tried different bookmakers but I’m getting an error message each time. It’s a relatively new card so wondered if that was the issue.

@AskNationwide are you having issues with your online banking app. I’m trying to amend a standing order but keep getting told I’ve entered incorrect details when that isn’t the case.

@MartinSLewis Really wanted to switch to @AskNationwide as a more ethical way of banking but have seen people sharing awful experiences, with lots saying it's really difficult to get the switching bonus and often takes ages to get a reply to queries

@AskNationwide I have three questions 1. As I can’t now access the account how I am going to know when the money has hit. 2. How do I contact you as online chat said they could not do this and 3. How long will the restriction take to be lifted as I have read it can be days

@AskNationwide @ColeMoores Has there been proof that not using a card reader (a la HSBC, Santander etc) have had fraudsters log in and transferring money? They all use OTP and Fingerprint security because, you know, its 2022. When are you phasing this old-tech out?
