Jess Goyder (@JessGoyder) reported@AskNationwide can’t log in to your app - which happens so frequently. I often have to delete it and go through the whole installing process again. Anything you can do to help this time? Many thanks.

Barsha 💙 (@TarshaBarsha) reported@AskNationwide It’s not my account - it’s a friend who is mobility impaired. You can do it with coop (where I bank), and they have no probs with security. It’s just a really poor service I’m afraid unless you’re able to internet bank and/or get to a branch it’s not good

Sporting Nest 🇸🇴 (@SportingNest) reported@AskNationwide Yes, because when I phoned the disability help team at Nationwide once before, when you were verifying my address, you read out my previous address, something I have never given to Nationwide. Hence, I don't trust Nationwide with my data, including my phone number.

Ryan kemp (@ryankemp1978) reported@AskNationwide @AskNationwide that worked out well two complaints logged since the first of the month! No customer service again and yet more incompetence from the nationwide! Time for ombudsman to look into this one!

GOD BLESS England, Britain, UK (@Hammer57COYI) reported@AskNationwide Thanks but where is the 24/7 assistance that is mentioned. It is a joke! The situation is I want to transfer a decent amount of money in from an ISA elsewhere and I have to battle to get assistance from someone! I would like to speak to someone. Is that not part of 24/7 help?

Alex (@thewinelake) reported@AskNationwide I've sent the message. Do you know if Nationwide will be offering human phone access once "freedom day" has come?
