    @AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

    @AskNationwide local branch open Mon to Fri 9am to 2pm.... Tell me how this helps people who work Mon to Fri 9am to 230pm?? No weekend opening... Utter disgrace. Not even open late 1 day a week. I hope this is changing soon. zero consideration for working people.

    @AskNationwide get your act together having called your loan help line put on hold for just short of an hour you terminate the call suggesting I call back... come you really should do better than this

    @AskNationwide There seems to be a problem with the iOS Mobile Banking App. For some reason the Face ID doesn’t work, saying there’s a technical problem. I can still login using my passnumber, but it’s been like that for a week or two now so I’m just bringing it to your attention

    @AskNationwide Hi. Any chance you can update the app to allow customers to pay in cheques? Lots of other banks offer this service.. Nationwide in danger of being left behind. I know there is a postal service but very old school now.

    @AskNationwide HSBC have recieved the refund from BA (ages ago). The issue is getting it from HSBC to Nationwide. HSBC say it’s been sent, you say you haven’t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr
