Hayley Jayne (@hayleyjayneread) reported@AskNationwide hi. Don’t know if you can help, my aunt took some money out at a cash machine in Morrisons, Loughton. Took £30 out, got a slip of paper receipt. Apparently the machine is known to be playing out. She waited ages and the £30 never came out.
