I can still login using my passnumber, but it’s been like that for a week or two now so I’m just bringing it to your attention

Caroline Shawley (@carolineshawley) reported@AskNationwide HSBC have recieved the refund from BA (ages ago). The issue is getting it from HSBC to Nationwide. HSBC say it’s been sent, you say you haven’t recieved it. I think the issue lays with HSBC as they are now saying there are some delays and to give it another week! Grrrrrrr
