@AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

@AskNationwide I just need some help and advice - half of my house is soaking wet, i'm worried about electrics. Yet nothing from CET at all. Yes I have called the number (currently 102 minute wait), yes I have logged the incident. Absolute radio silence. What do I do? 1/n

@AskNationwide With this in mind any chance that NATIONWIDE may not pass further rate rises on to mmbrs with mortgages as you’ve increased my mortgage with 9 rate rises this yr, are unable to help me with an alternate product & you’re not obliged to pass these increases on, it’s not mandatory!

@AskNationwide customer for 20years and this year your home insurance price jumps 82%. Each year you act more like a bank than a society.

@AskNationwide Funnily enough I can't wait 102 minutes to talk to somebody - i'm trying to repair my house the best I can without any help from the people I pay to provide help.

@AskNationwide I've had to cobble together dehumidifiers from friends, and rent carpet cleaners to even try and solve the problem. What's the point of emergency cover - I literally just want to talk to somebody to tell me I'm doing the right thing.

@AskNationwide It's not about a claim, it's about EMERGENCY COVER. You know, electrics, 100s of litres of water everywhere. We've already spent HOURS trying to sort it without any help from Nationwide, the company I pay to help. 1/2

@AskNationwide Your phone line is not working. Been trying to contact customer services for 90 mi Ute's but it cuts out instead of ringing. Same with your international line. My mobile works perfectly with other banks. What's the matter?
