@AskNationwide hi trying to pay a payment via the app and it’s not working as it doesn’t recognise monetary amounts? Saying it’s invalid. Trying to pay a builder before Christmas!

@daviddry00 @AskNationwide I was not expecting to find a second example of David Dry telling a woman to calm down. Did he watch Harry Enfield in the 90's and stayed there?! That would be highly embarrassing

@AskNationwide We have already spent 15 minutes explaining that if you dont’t recognise government documents that we have you are asking for the impossible. And yet someone is going to continue repeating the tosh?

After 20 years of loyalty to @AskNationwide they show the worst customer service. Decline a payment - tell me I failed security and then after taking a day off to prove it’s me in branch, refuse to allow me to check the data held on me is correct (surely a breach of DPA)…

@AskNationwide What are you doing to your staff, there doesn’t seem to be anyone left and those that are in the branches seem broken. Do you have any support for them?

@AskNationwide ...this is like Groundhog Day to be honest! Bearing in mind it was apparently already escalated there seems to be a real breakdown in @AskNationwide communications, and really poor customer service, why have I to chase an 0800 number when you guys have not carried through?

@AskNationwide Getting through your mortgage teams is impossible. Why did you increase your rates from Aug without BOE changing their rates in Jul?

@AskNationwide Apple can repair a phone (properly) and return inside of 24 hours? Nationwide can't resolve within months for some reason. Worse though is the way you treat your customers. You should take ownership of your customers journey and deal with issues when caused by your suppliers.

@AskNationwide I raised with @AskNationwide as a specific @AskNationwide issue 2 weeks ago, your team forgot to pass it on🙄 I followed up on Friday and your Member Relations Consultant advised he was escalating, having heard nothing 5 days later I had to call him again as no response...
