@AskNationwide Thanks - appreciate that. However it is not that straightforward as it will involve listing existing medical conditions. I have an appointment now and will have to try again tomorrow. May put in a complaint with your CEO as the service is non existent.

@AskNationwide Diabolical service today. Trying to get advice on my Flex Plus Account Travel Insurance. Firstly put through to a dead number, had to call back again and was put through to a continuous loop. Eventually found a direct number for NationwideUKI and the same thing happened Ffs!

@AskNationwide I’m just going to feed back that that is terrible accessibility. Loads of people can’t use phones or are put at a disadvantage by being forced to use them.

@AskNationwide People do not have time to do this every day. Half an hour on hold yesterday. Don’t have that time today. Clearly a problem with using it on apps. Trainline yesterday. Shell today. Embarrassing and inconvenient.

@danny___green @AskNationwide Hi Danny, after going in to Nationwide branch and speaking to them by phone the most i could get was that when the application is in the advanced stages you can no longer access the portal.Every correspondence i had until acceptance was by email but no issues. hope this helps! 👍🏼

@AskNationwide I appreciate that call centres are busy but to be on hold for over an hour then transferred to a dept that was closed is pretty poor customer service. Any chance someone wants to get in touch so I can discuss my initial reason to call?
