@AskNationwide I've tried both on online banking and the app, at least twice each. I go through the whole card reader rigmarole and then get told that you 'can't verify me - there is a problem and Nationwide is working to fix it, please try later'.

@AskNationwide I am a current mortgage holder. I am moving and arranging a new mortgage with you. The chain is about to collapse because you can't amend my mortgage offer. Everytime I call I am told it will be another 5 working days. It has been more than two weeks. Help please. the stress!

@AskNationwide Hi. Yes I’ve actually managed to find it and I’ve been able to login with that. But the issues with the login are definitely a concern for me as it should send me an SMS normally. Perhaps Nationwide could look into that please But thanks for your help.

@AskNationwide Then I am stuffed. I call them daily. Most recently before tweeting. They can’t do anything. Your customer service is just awful. I’ve paid a grand in fees for the setting up of the mortgage and no one is incapable of assisting. Shameful.

@AskNationwide thumbs up for Nationwide mobile insurance. My wife broke her phone whilst on holiday. Claim was authorised within 24 hours. Sent phone off on friday and got it back fully repaired on wednesday. Great service 👍
