    @AskNationwide It's valid, Tina; the refund went through, yesterday. but the problem is the transaction fee. I was informed by a person named 'Jack' (at Nationwide) that this is immutable. I have, effectively, been charged £25.30 in pound to euro fees, for a product I didn't receive. It's wrong

    @AskNationwide Manage to close my 1Y TRIPLE ACCESS ONLINE SAVER 12 account and transferred all my money to my 1Y Triple Access Online Saver 13 account, thank you for your help but when I enquired at another branch nothing was said to me about how to close and how much money I could move.

    @AskNationwide I’m about to lose out on my first time buyers mortgage because of a nationwide ‘technical issue’, which has impacted my credit score! This misinformation is against the data protection act! After 9 days I’ve also not had a single response from the complaints team.
