  @AskNationwide Young lad with a disability, having difficulty opening an account and doesn't know why. Goes into your Goole branch - they can't help him and give him a number (seemingly a Head Office). Requires account details. Nice. How does he do that? Refer to the above.

  @AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

  @AshDavidsonUK @AskNationwide eww thats not the best is it for a customer of 30yrs! I don't bank with them tbh, only savings and a credit card, still have a bank acct with them to take advantage of the £100 payment though
