I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Paul V (@vellapc) reported@AskNationwide This is just unacceptable, you have these issues every couple of months, as soon as the money I have with you locked up in fixed terms savings opens back up, be switching my current account and savings accounts elsewhere.
