@AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Whenever a building under construction collapses, we hear a lot of warnings, how the building owner DID NOT obtain permit from authorities... Eventually NOBODY gets punished and the issue dies off until another building collapses. @AskNationwide
