I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

Unable to take calls. advised you wrote to our solicitor on 5th May, but they have not received any correspondence. We need to market our house urgently. You are causing untold stress!
