    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide @datliz I have done this twice now and the only reply you get is to change the reference in the online banking module. That is not a solution to the problem. We need the option to be available in the app. This is going to be a dealbreaker if not sorted soon. @AskNationwide #slowservice

    @AskNationwide Hi, wife now very upset with you. She opened a Flex Account last week on my advice (I've been with you for years with no problems until now) but you have just told her you've blocked her account and she has to contact the Fraud team??? What on earth is going on?

    @AskNationwide 2/2 Utility providers only allow access to their bills via user names + passwords. Paper copies are just ad easily stolen through the post 🤦

    Good morning @AskNationwide @Nationwide Please enlighten me why you won't accept PDF copies of bills issued by a utility company as proof of address? They are original documents and most billing is going paper free. Update your working processes to reflect reality please.
