    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide fraud query for a transaction 3 months ago i cant remember or check as my account has been removed from online banking. im expected to prove its genuine but no help offered despite phoning to ask. everything im told makes no sense and rather than help im told to email 😡

    @AskNationwide card just been declined 3 times. Logged on to check for unusual activity and all four of my accounts are missing. Phoned the number your website requested and got "unable to take your call" absolutely ridiculous what's going on here?!?!

    @AskNationwide I receive a letter so try calling 3 numbers with no luck to resolve the issue. I speak to a help desk agent but I can’t solve my issue through them. I have to call. I’ve now been on hold for 15 mins and no resolution. After the other no.s cutting me off.
