    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    @AskNationwide is there an issue with standing orders? I had a payment scheduled for the 1st of the month (as always) and yesterday it was showing as scheduled for today with the BH, but it didn’t go and now it says next scheduled for 1st June. What’s going on??

    @AskNationwide apparently there is a problem with direct debits going out have you told @HalifaxBank that's why my mortgage is late

    @AskNationwide Good evening 👋🏼 My Dad was due a new card about a month ago (old card expired) and he’s only just told me this evening that he’s still to receive it (we spoke to customer services about a month ago). Is there a way to order a card online instead of having to call?

    @LuciaKlencakova @AskNationwide It doesn't give you the option via the app. For some reason we have to log in on a computer to change our address... 🙄
