    @AskNationwide Wouldn’t it be a good idea to update your website with the actual opening hours of branches? I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

    Go **** yourselves @AskNationwide, seize all my accounts whilst I’m at work with no notice or access to my own money and no way of getting to a bank all week due to the job I do, resulting in me having no funds for food and supplies for work ! … Close all my accounts now !!

    @AskNationwide I hate my Nationwide account and will change soon. Say you are making two bill payments to a supplier and they have different references, you can't do it. Can't change the reference until the other one goes through. Terrible system.

    @classicsidecars @AskNationwide I would be wary of signing up with them recently I’ve had a very disappointing episode with them loyalty means nothing call centre staff just read the script on the screen no human interaction at all I ended up getting £50 compensation for the dreadful service 👎👎👎👎👎👎

    @AskNationwide Thank you. Main reason for having flex plus is the breakdown service but totally let down today
