I’m not a customer but have travelled specially to your Brentwood branch to advise of the death of my mother, only to find the door locked at 2pm not 4.30 as stated. Great!

I haven’t been able to log into the app. It’s just stuck on ‘talking to nationwide’. This is very frustrating. Please help.
