No way to specify a specific date range for transactions and then print ALL of them in a single document, which means no saving them as a PDF either. I was with them 30 years (Nana opened it) and when I went for a mortgage (already had one for 7 years). My DIP was rejected 'due to a technical error' I got a in person appointment for it to be rejected again due to the same error. 2X hard searches on my credit score. Got a better mortgage elsewhere in the end.

Basically saying you're only worthy of a thank you if you're well off. Rest of us mean nothing to them.
