    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

    @AskNationwide why oh why oh why can we still not pay in cheques on the Nationwide Banking App. It’s literally a basic feature of banking. @MartinSLewis you really need to help the consumer with this one - it effects 24 million people!

    @AskNationwide Your automated service is hopeless. Took eight minutes of being given the runaround & having to answer the same questions over & over before I got through. Also, your app (for Android) is not working when verifying a payment I've made to a third party.

    @MichaelFra89678 @AskNationwide A mortgage holder is a more profitable customer for them. They are rewarding “good” customers. It’s quite simple really.
