Is that correct? In which case if you need a refund onto a card you don't have you have no way of getting the refund.

Tried multiple times, different devices and browsers. Now going to miss out on using my ISA allowance due to your ‘technical issues’.

Joy Brooks (@JoyBrooks99) reported@AskNationwide Will someone please answer post or the phone or call back. Every avenue to communicate with customers service is blocked. Call backs don't register as an incoming call so these are missed and you have to go through the whole rigmarole again.
