    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide I had to get the company that sent a payment to do a manual payment, IE had to resend the payment. This after endless tweets from Nationwide that payments did not have to be resent. Awful customer service from Nationwide. No answer to any tweeted question either.

    @AskNationwide This issue meant I had to cancel dentist ap and got charged for it. I couldn’t pay bills so will get late charges. Couldn’t pick up my kids as no fuel. Will you be compensating us for the horrific day we had. There will be people who were stranded and without!
