@grantfeller Yet a customer in natwest locally in 2019 was asked what she wanted £5000 for she had to fill in a form, it was for a new kitchen, I was in the queue waiting to be served, it was her money .

@WhichUK I have rung their telephone numbers which state "if ringing from abroad" get answered immediately as they know people abroad won't hang on for long I got told off by Natwest and feigned whoops, my mistake, got dealt with! Another said ring correct number and put phone down😡

@darrengrimes_ It's a working lunch...standard practice to order sandwiches and juice. Some Senior Managers at NatWest used to have mini fridges in their office with beer + believe someone was leaving in this pic so a few bottles of wine to toast with are not unusual

@NatWest_Help My 84 year old Mother, after a telephone scam. 60 years as a customer. Never been overdrawn or missed a payment - In her day the Bank Manager knew her name. Now she is just a number -Natwest declined her claim. Nothing for loyalty! #Natwest_help #helptheelderly
