One of my bank cards declines for *ALL* online purchases, and has done for months. Natwest can’t/won’t fix the issue and has so far blamed: • GoDaddy • Argos • BT • Asda • Tesco • Me • Santander

@NatWest_Help @NatWest He has spent months going into your @NatWest_Help Horsham branch. They have not been helpful or empathetic at all. Face to face hasn’t worked. I will forward your replies to him and respond tomorrow. Character limit is no problem just the limitations your Horsham branch has!

@NatWest_Help I've been on hold with the natwest fraud team for 1:49:00, and the line went silent at 1:44:00 though the call is still active. Why is it taking so long to speak to someone about an urgent fraud issue? :(

@NatWest_Help I've since changed our utility bill account to only my name, in case that was the issue, but DigiDocs just rejected that bill too. So it looks like the only option is for me to set up a joint account with my bank rather than NatWest. How can such a basic process be so flawed?

@NatWestBusiness @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup NatWest. Your bank might have triggered a whole lot of problems for me. If someone will take a few hours to actually depart from a set of scripted responses, you might actually help for real, IRL, and not just social media whitewash

@glr_1990 Recently did a 5 year fix at 4.54 for 5 years with Natwest (re-mortgage). Maybe rates could go lower, but I doubt by much, plus long term base rates are around 5 percent I believe anyway.

Debbie Hall (@Debrock1313) reported
@The_JamesJordan I used NatWest for both of my daughters accounts. Took their paperwork into branch with no issues

@MartinSLewis I'm an existing customer. Can you advise me on how this works please as my credit card rate is quite high with natwest at the moment . It's something like 19% .

@RBS_Help I have grave doubts that you can help me given a: I have completed your fraud process (instigated erroneously and incorrectly followed by RBS/NatWest), b: have spoken to customer services about this issue, c: have been unable to register the issue via CORA as you are "busy".
