On Friday 14/05 I received a call from a NatWest community banker (KP). She told me she had contacted me as she had been given a complaint stating that my mother’s online banking access needs reinstated but she hadn’t managed to get hold of my mother on the numbers NatWest had.

@NatWest_Help Hi, hope you are well. What the heck happened ti #fasterpayments from @NatWestGroup ? Just making transfers between natwest accounts is taking forever, why? Even 2 form authentication isn't this slow. Is causing a lot of payment problems. Can you please fix it ASAP

@natwest so far I’ve been to one branch which has been closed down (closing date 15th June but no signs of life) and second branch I find has literally no staff in here except for a security guard!!!

@NatWest_Help Don't worry fixed it. My account is now less secure as your dumb app wouldn't let me use the passcode to access it I used before so now it is a much easier to guess one. Thanks Natwest for the security downgrade and wasting my evening

I emailed Alison Rose (24/04) & tweeted Jen Tippin (27/04) about my first NatWest complaint & the subsequent FO complaint because it appeared that NatWest wasn’t interested in resolving the issues I have had with them. I received an email response from NatWest on 27/04 (from RM)

@RaffKarva @ScotNational RBS Plc is a £92 billion bank that does essentially zero business outside Scotland. It is 11% of Natwest Group. It can't go anywhere as that would be to close down.

Response from Natwest who promised to write off my debt commitment for my support "a view was taken in support of Ms P's comments. Please note, this would not have dissolved her liability for repayment of the facility" how does this support the DA Act. @CEOAlisonRose @safelives_
