@org_scp @HHelenakhl @NatWest_Help In conversation with someone in NatWest HO early 2021 after the loss of my mother, re misinformation about a local branch & services I was told that all branches would close & everyone at HO was aware hence service reductions. Someone on twitter called me a liar.

Going around in circles, neither @NatWest_Help nor @pandocruises are helping! Natwest have said P&O can't take the money and it bounces back and P&O say they don't have an issue with the payments system. 🙈 Do you want the money or not???

If you are a disgruntled banking customer please RT, although I have paid for tracking letters, and evidence of them being received the bank is not acknowledging receipt. I will lose my house imminently if they don’t respond. RT #natwest @NatWest_Help

@NatWest_Help your software keeps blocking purchases at Apple Store. NatWest Customer support blame Apple’s automated sales processing system. Said tell Apple to update their software! Really?!! How am I supposed to make the purchase? Swap to another bank?

@TeddyCleps @Barclays @binance Natwest are still ok, as far as I know. Grips my **** when they say ‘to keep your money safe’. I have taken most of my cash out of Barclays over the last 12 months.

@NatWest_Help Thanks for checking. I think I’m going to have to find time to get to a post office as I don’t use the app. I’m just really disappointed in NatWest for cutting working people’s access so dramatically by not now opening weekends.
