  @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  @Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Natwest are terrible. There is a fb group full of people that have had their accounts shut, can't get their money. I have a savings account with them, and they made me jump through hoops to do a transfer in to my current bank account. They were happy all the while taking my money

  @NatWest_Help can I get some help with opening a new select account. I am a natwest account holder. Would like to open a select account. I do not have the residency card, can't apply for one because its not used anymore and has been superseded by the settled status.
