  @iamtomskinner With Natwest you can block all gambling transactions from the account. Hopefully other banks allow same thing, do that let him get back on track without being able to gamble and as time passes the urges will subside

  @NatWest_Help @NatWest So I have raised a complaint via the link and had a follow on call. The customer service representative (George) essentially said because they have sent letters, they won't remove it. They didn't call or email me to let me know, but sent letters. So they won't remove. Shocking

  Just a quick “be aware” notice. RBS and NatWest have a major issue with fraud - the fraudulent transactions are with Nando’s and Fiveguys. We’ve be hit with fraudulent transactions today. Check and be aware guys!! On phone with RBS now and they’ve already said it’s a known issue

  @LettleyPelly @KevinMe05615807 As said, you don't know how companies work. If you had an issue with your RBS mortgage or Natwest closed your local branch is that Boris' fault? The government were the majority shareholder in the group until last month and still own 48%. BUT ARE NOT INVOLVED IN OPERATIONS.
