@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help I must say the customer experience at NatWest has been the worst I have ever experienced! The staff have a no care attitude. I’m a new customer and I wouldn’t recommend anyone join this bank as they are not inclusive of disabilities!

@NatWest_Help @TheFCA Yesterday it was a glorious winter day- sunshine, fresh air and an insatiable appetite to conquer the world. Everything was falling into place. Life was good after a rather brutal period of personal pain. Finally I was me, I was free. Nothing was going to ruin my day! Then Like a fart in church, an email from NatWest: could you kindly send evidence for the £124 we've already coughed up after I rang you until my thumb blistered and promised to tweet your incompetence weekly till I drop dead. I am still alive, unlucky for you. What is wrong with you? Have have still ignored the coinbase complaint? Disgraceful how you think you can just flaunt regulations. Or maybe the FCA is a joke too as they don't seem to engage either. I wondered what evidence but as you had already refunded me I really couldn't be arsed doing your job for you. Lazy *******. Maybe the CCTV of me screaming down the phone while your advisor pretended to care? You're not the FBI, you're not even the special branch you're special needs branch. A refund took longer than the Epstein investigation. Absolutely useless You move so slowly even Christopher Reeve on the travelator and considerably less graceful. Weirdly my my phone speaker actually died mid call like your call centre bullshit was so dense it physically clogged my hardware. Took it to the shop, they said, what happened?, I said, NatWest happened. They understood. How can you be so useless? Seriously I have never known a bank to operate like this. Complete farce. I will leave and stop the posts when you publicly apologise. Do not ******* test me, I am telling you now. Your Sincerely Stephen P.S Christ is King

@Vernia Had the same issues with a Natwest at one point told me i could not have my money in cash i threatened to move my business and personal accounts elsewhere they released my money. They are trying to act like the they are the inland revenue-police- fraud squad. It is none of their business what you do with your money. They are being controlled by outside influences. They do not want a cash society they want to have everything controlled electronically so they can watch everything you spend. We must fight it cash is king.

💸 In 2008, the UK taxpayer rescued the banking system from collapse. We didn’t just “support” them — we owned them. Here’s what that looked like: 🏦 RBS (now NatWest): £45.5bn bailout 🏦 Lloyds (incl. HBOS): £20.3bn bailout 🏦 Bradford & Bingley: nationalised 🏦 Northern Rock: nationalised That was real public money. Now these banks are making billions: 📈 NatWest profit (2023): £6.2bn 📈 Lloyds profit (2023): £7.5bn We bailed them out to save the system. In the 2025 Budget, it’s time for them to help fix it. ✅ A one-off Bailout Tax on their record profits ✅ Not permanent, not punitive — just fair We stepped in when they needed us. They should step up now that we need them.

@LeaderComment I have been able to check our NatWest debit cards and the number is on the back at the top just above your signature box. It is +44 345 788 8444 We ask our customers to DM so it isn't limited to character count, so we can give as much info as needed to help. ~Debbie
