  @Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

  @premnsikka @Natwest are closing their branch in my town. I am moving my account to Nationwide. Banks don't care. We are not customers, we are numbers. They don't care about the elderly or people that don't have access or choose not to use internet banking. It's a disgrace!

  @Darren_med32 @yorkshirekenny @BernieSpofforth If you have a natwest Bank account it's there. You might have to ask a younger member of your family to help. I asked my daughter to help as had seen this on here. We turned it off. Sorry if this is not very helpful.

  @NatWest_Help No, I’m not having a fun time and if I could leave Natwest with everything trust me I would. My personal bank manager can’t speak to me because of privacy, you have to wait ages when you login on the Natwest site for an answer and the feedback online chat can’t help.

  NatWest tracking customers co2 emissions and telling them how to cut down is something straight out of a Black Mirror episode. It will go from recommended use to an allowance very quickly, this is a road we don’t want to go down

  @OyekunleAyobam1 @Bonabee_c @instablog9ja Have you actually used a UK bank ? Cos I don't understand how anyone can compare GTB bank app and service to a Lloyds Bank or Natwest bank app and service. When you order a debit card and it comes to your address. Try getting a gtb debit card without going there in person.

  @NatWest @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup Problems trying to approve amount when online purchasing even though I have sufficient funds. The helplines totally frustrating because on each numerous occasion to talk to someone, calls kept dropping at their end! Too busy to go to branch!

  @NatWest_Help brother has been a victim of identity fraud, call centre won’t help as ‘He’s not a NatWest customer’ and hung up…you’re happy to keep a fraudulent account open and ruin an innocent persons credit score at the same time? SHOCKING. @FSCS

  @MartinSLewis Got small amounts spread around. get 4.7% on 2 year fix. instant ones natwest digital is 5% but only up to £1,000 & max £150 month in. So me&husband have an acc each. Only 1.5% on natwest savings builder. Hardly enough savings to worry about interest but I try
