@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Why is it every time I call @NatWest every single adviser always says sorry you’ve been transferred to the wrong department and then they transfer me to the wrong department. Worst service and bank ever.

@NatWest_Help Well a manager said there’s nothing that can be done. I didn’t even speak to this person either. Service is so bad at Natwest. I went into a branch the other day and they told me there was nobody there to help. Complete shambles.

Last year I called @NatWest_Help at 2am and when the adviser heard my query he hanged up. Wtf?? I got scammed and the bank shutting. Today the same thing ******* happen again I reported a scam mistake done by me. I got “Alright” then she hanged up the phone. I’m sick of NatWest!!

@NatWest_Help Someone was supposed to have unblocked the card this morning (in the early hours when natwest decided to block it for no reason)… but it is still blocked.

@peterproperty If house prices come down, what would Nationwide, Lloyds, NatWest, and Santander think about that as the top 4 mortgage lenders to middle England. Probably have lobbyists working v hard to keep the prices (and their loan book) up

Natwest won't give me my money. Pre ordered in person, passport produced, the floor staff get to decide if I can have any?! No managers working either, you couldn't make it up. I'd advise everyone to take their money out or you could be in this horrendous position like me. #cash
