Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

NatWest launches Climate Platform for small businesses New digital tool aims to help SMEs measure and reduce carbon footprint NatWest has launched a new digital platform designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises track and reduce their carbon emissions, partnering with Australia's NAB and SC Ventures. The platform, named "FourTwoThree," will provide SMEs with tools to measure Scope 3 emissions and develop transition plans, addressing a key gap in the market for smaller businesses lacking dedicated sustainability resources. The initiative reflects growing recognition among banks that supporting customer climate transitions represents both a commercial opportunity and regulatory necessity. Under emerging regulations, larger companies will be required to report on their supply chain emissions, creating demand for smaller suppliers to demonstrate their environmental credentials. NatWest's move positions the bank as a leader in sustainable finance for the SME market, where competition for climate-focused services is intensifying. The platform will initially focus on the UK market before potential expansion to other jurisdictions where the partner banks operate.

@fesshole In the early 90's I got into a little debt. My mum went into natwest and paid it off. They then said to my kuk they would charge me for paying it off. My mum closed my account down there and then and made me go to another bank and open a new account.

@GreenBadge4 I have a business account with Mettle (part of natwest) and they offer free access to FreeAgent which is authorised software for MTD. Mettle has no minimum balance limit, unlimited transactions per month and can pay in upto £500 cash per day via post office with no charge.
