@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@packwoodtoday I can completely understand your frustrations, through social media we are not able to arrange callbacks which is why we haven't offered this for you. Through Webchat on the Natwest website we have mortgage advisors who can speak with who may be able to arrange a call back 1/2

@Morrisons I have ordered some items in nutmeg, and none of our credit cards work (HSBC, NatWest...). All of them work with in other sites. My bank says the problem is yours. Is there a problem with your website? Is there anything else we can do (like pay at the shop?)
