@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@NatWest_Help It happens with every retailer i try. And why would it just be happening to me? It's not that the payment fails or it tells me there's a problem with my account or purchase, it's that the entire NatWest plug in just crashes

Good to know that #Natwest are changing their roadside rescue service to members from #GreenFlag to #TheAA. Had to wait 2hrs on the M40 hard shoulder for recovery earlier this year and it was scary!

Struggling to understand NatWest's logic. I logged in to my online banking account to make a payment to a new payee, it tells me my debit card and card reader are blocked for online banking use. The issue is, I don't have a debit card or a card reader.

Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.
