@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Not having the best of luck with NatWest this week. Just sat down to write a cheque, only to realise they’ve spelled my name with three As in my new chequebook. I’ve always thought the legitimate two was excessive!

@Wouldbescouse @uk_sf_writer @NatWest_Help I agree! There were two NatWest banks that shut down near me. The closest is now 4 miles away and I have to pay a car park. Car park is expensive. Within 10 minutes of arrival it goes over £1.
