    @NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

    @carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

    @NatWest_Help @pohare551 This is getting ridiculous now natwest. I'm obviously not going to move my accounts because of it but it's very frustrating knowing you're the only bank with this issue! Have all your decent tech people gone to Lloyds?

    We’ve been made aware that Atom customers with linked NatWest accounts are not currently able fund their Instant or Fixed Saver accounts. We’ll continue to help NatWest to fix this problem which seems unique to them. We’re sorry if you’re impacted & missing out on our great rates

    @NatWest_Help Hi guys I'm having problems with Natwest Investments Online, and I can see from this site I'm far from the only one. Gave up after half an hour on the phone twice....your new portal's wasn't the best when I registered...no reply on the chat help function...1/2

    @NatWest_Help @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis Yes and I then had to wait a long time before being able to speak to the Fraud team and getting the payment released. I am mentioning it as I know a lot of other Natwest/RBS customers having this problem - of legitimate payments made to this specific savings account being blocked

    Waiting to pay large abouts of cash into my account, Have to wait in the 1st room rather than the cashier room because of privacy! WTF #natwest what privacy, I'm standing 20ft away, no privacy before covid so why now. Absolute nonsense, 2 cashiers on duty yet only 1 active !

    @SanchoPanzaMule @maitlis Agree, an on the ball, NatWest cashier realised my elderly mother was a dupe of scam. She thought she was in some Miss Marple adventure that required the use of her account to help out the authorities. Thank God it was picked up and police became involved. Forever grateful!!!

    @ZavviComplaints so, after four weeks of not receiving two t-shirts (that were never going to come) and speaking to countless live chat agents, customer svc messages and Twitter reps, I got a refund from Zavvi. But ONLY because my bank got involved. Thanks NatWest!
