@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

@bbcburnsy re banks, Natwest in Hull city centre are reducing services regulary, I was in yesterday only 2 counters of 4 where in use & on Saturdays they do not have a cash counter service. The staff are lovely but banks are providing a poorer service now & long queues !!

@NatWest_Help Totally understand why accounts get blocked,but banks do get back to customers ASAP & do not keep them deprived in the name of safety for 4 days. YOU have blocked access to the APP too! Tel team will repeat the mantra that they CAN NOT DO ANYTHING. #Banks #Natwest

@NatWest_Help On 1 August I phoned NatWest as I needed to change my address and as a a credit card only customer couldn't do this online or in the app. Over a month later my old address is still showing. Not impressed

@MorganBroadcast I'm happy to hear that Santander agreed to reimburse for the fraud. Since 2 bank cards (Halifax & NatWest) were stolen, I had very different experiences with them. @HalifaxBank Customer service were very helpful and fraud team took action very quicky and reimbursed next day!!!

@BarclaysUKHelp It’s okay, a few other customers were having issues with Barclays so the put our trolleys aside whilst I nipped home for my NatWest account card.
