@Brightstar have just tried to call you through Natwest to get help to register my phone but instead someone picked up my call and apparently a private call as well, and I was left hanging with no answer tor several minutes until I gave up. Not a great experience

@carolecadwalla I found a NatWest debit card for Natalie West (thought it was a test card) but took it anyway to a NatWest branch and it turned out she was a real customer!

Who else has been a victim of card fraud at the NatWest Ealing Broadway branch? On Wednesday morning, the NatWest ATM swallowed my debit card, then it stopped working, subsequently my card was used in frauduleus transactions. @NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @metpoliceuk

@NatWest_Help I have been trying to get a bank statement with my address on it! Is so difficult! I need a proof of address to get some help as I have Covid #natwestbank services in that respect is appalling! You should be able to get that on the NatWest app #appalling

@NatWest_Help @sabz_sabz0078 This relates to a post some time ago. Can you tell me if it's a debit card & if we can still use a pin number (not contactless)? Currently use chip & pin, not contactless. NatWest seems to be making banking impossible for many. We want branches, cheque books, not contactless, etc

@BarclaysUKHelp will not be able to access online banking or mobile app until a run an anti wirus scan, I mean had this account since the 90s and now a dead phone you want me check it. Barclays has lost the plot and so I have switched to Natwest. Sort it out will you @Barclays

@NatWest_Help I have now transfered almost all of my money from my account. I am so disappointed with the fact that Natwest have done nothing to improve the terrible external state of the East Ham branch. I have been your customer for nearly 30 years but it is a worry that basics are ignored.

@NatWest_Help Would close my account with NatWest , duplicate payments , no support, You ask refund for your money once day they tell yiu , will get refund tomow and next day they say it will be auto fixed. Theifs . Managers like Jamie don't even want to spk about this

@NatWest_Help Will close my account and would not recommend NatWest , worst customer service ever . Called 5 times in 5 days , promised refund for payment then call hanged up since each advisor tells a different story . Managers hiding behind dont want to talk. I rather move to HSBC or Barclay
