@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup @NatWestBusiness let someone open accounts&credit cards in my names but not my address or phone number.I never saw any correspondence for these yet NatWest now say there’s no suspect of fraud! #abysmal bank& crooks.They don’t care at all about customer

Just remembered seeing that NatWest at St Philips Place and Temple Row is now closed down. Halifax on Colmore Row might be going too.

I will talk about failings by institutions like @Natwest not issuing him any investigation. He’s a vulnerable adult there must be a duty of care or support

Oh fabulous idea, a series on how horribly unfriendly countries are...I could write a piece on my experiences as a Scot working in London. Assaults, discrimination by senior people at Coutts Bank, Natwest, at the Bar and latterly an Int. Aid organisation.

@GardenerMr Brother D, I had a similar problem with Natwest which went on for sometime. I had to make a complaint in the end, they apologised & paid me some compensation. If it's not sorted today, maybe putting in a complaint may do the trick 🤔 🙏 Shalom

@NarcAware @nw_nicholas Natwest/ RBS is, I hear, still being nasty abt paying PPI. When customer goes to Ombudsman, the clock starts again delaying payment further. Without any help in getting correct calculation or compensation? Looks like it. But Natwest must be paid.

@MartinSLewis can you help? My mum bought concert tickets on her natwest credit card which expired before the gig was cancelled (rescheduled date). @NatWest_Help have been spectacularly unhelpful is sorting the refund and have now told her she needs to contact @AXS_UK directly

@HTScotPol I cannot see how it possibly could. For starters, it issues its own banknotes under Scottish Law and this would not be recognised (nor would they be valid) under English Law. Secondly, a much more likely scenario is a split, with NatWest 'fronting' their business down south!

@R2DToots @NatWest They’re all crap, I spent 40 minutes on the phone to @Barclaycard this morning, getting routed to Barclays branches, entering my card details SEVEN times, and then told it needed to be referred to a team who aren’t able to speak to me. Customer service doesn’t seem important,
