@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@Kimlou2195 @CooperativeBank i know it took me about an hour of attempting to reset everything and i finally managed to login online its a nightmare, i’ve joined NatWest and got £200 for switching glad to see the back of them.

@CooperativeBank Hi ive been with you for 20 yrs but today I opened an acct with @NatWestGroup as the service is awful! cant access my own money! ap is always broken! not sorry to leave. now get the ap working so I can transfer my cash to Natwest and close my acct with you

@TommaxMw I have been a customer of @natwest all my working life but it’s no longer a bank for working people . I find myself using the post office more and more . Nat West is not fit for purpose , there are other cheaper alternatives which give better service now .

@NatWest_Help @NatWestGroup I find it really unprofessional that you wait on hold for ages for your mortgage team and then as your call gets answered the agent cuts the call off. This has happened twice today. I actually expected better customer service than this from NatWest!

@NatWest_Help If money worries cause me stress, I’ll open an account with a bank who’ll be there to speak with me face to face. NatWest on the Isle of Wight are a let down with low customer service levels.

@CooperativeBank absolutely terrible no access to move money around etc for 3 days now. Worst bank I have ever had to deal with.. You should b giving ppl compensation for this. Every ova week app is down. Advice dnt go with coop..never had any these issues with natwest etc....

@NatWest_Help shocking customer service from NatWest. False information Friday, time wasted filling wrongs forms, 3 plus hours on the phone, online chat don’t have information of what I have spent 3 hours trying to resolve. Promised call back within 30 mins AN HOUR ago
