  @NatWest_Help Appreciate that Sarah. Slight issue. App won't allow cheque pay-in of +£750. The PO shouldn't be picking up NW slack on weekends. Best to get pay in booths on the exterior of NatWest banks so customers can pay in all cheques & cash 24/7, to make up for shocking branch opening hrs

  Why is it when you call NatWest first time round the Agent is always refusing to help (fraud related btw) and then when you call back the second agent is a bloody LEGEND! I just want to understand, why?

  @JuliaHB1 I wonder how long it would be if I pop down to NatWest in York with my hammer and start tapping away on their glass before North Yorkshire police, arrest me and no doubt not in a pleasant way, given I’m brandishing a hammer! And rightly so!

  @NatWest_Help appalling service as usual from NatWest. Two large payments ( 2 payees) sent yesterday via online banking have failed to arrive. £3k missing from my account. No explanation, no apology. These online payments should be secure and instant. Anyone else affected?

  @NatWest_Help No Mark. I needed to take more than £250 out but apparently with natwest that isn't possible at the weekend. What is the point in a self service bank when I can deposit cheques on your app, literally the only thing I can't do is access my literal money which is what I need.

  @NatWest_Help oh NatWest. What have you done!!? I’ve just updated the mobile banking app & it’s awful! The massive font and plain/bland views are terrible. Bring back the old app version!

  @tastecard trying to register via my Natwest platinum account and it is asking me for a membership number. When I sign in online, I cannot find the number on my tastecard account. Cannot login via your app as it keeps crashing.
