@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

And todays User Experience fail goes to… @natwest. New card sent (not asked for). Enable ApplePay on phone, perfect, verify via app. Tap to add to Watch. “Call number”. Number says use App, or wait for help in chat. “We respond within an hour” is not even close to good.

@VirginHolsHelp good morning, can you please help with a pending payment I need to have cancelled? The transaction failed when I initially tried to book a trip to Las Vegas on Sunday and I completed the booking using a different credit card. NatWest have been unable to help.

Hi #wakeuptomoney. A few days ago I twtd RBS/Natwest group were closing my acct with no reason. I've since seen FB group "Natwest closed down my account" this is happening to many people. Some aren't able to access ££ for weeks. Pls investigate why we being treated like this.

The banks currently affected are Barclays, Bank of Scotland, Halifax, Lloyds, HSBC, Santander, Nationwide, NatWest, Monzo and Yorkshire Bank. The customers are reporting problems with transferring funds, online banking and mobile banking apps.
