@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@Joedev1956 @UlsterBank I’m switching my Northern Ireland UB account as well as closing my ROI UB accounts - apart from ripping me off for fifteen quid for making a transfer from ROI to NI, being messed around after being a NatWest and UB customer since 1989 leaves a very sour taste in my mouth.

Logged out of my NatWest app- can't login without changing my phone number on online banking because it's on my old New Zealand number- but to approve the number change it needs to be done on my NatWest app Make it make sense
