@NatWestBusiness Do you intend to get rid of the card reader for approving payments on line? Everywhere else seems to manage with verifications by text message (as does the login to NatWest banking). Trying to pay my Corp tax but can't as I don't have a card reader with me.

Please be aware of @NatWest_Help employees at Natwest Ealing branch. There is a female employee who took a customer's cash deposit of about a grand and put a witdrawal transaction through the system instead.

Natwest are dealing me some fuckery. Tried to buy crypto via Binance, Coinbase & Moonpay. They’ve blocked my card. Logged into the banking app and online banking via browser. My ******* account has gone with all my money! Only showing an old ISA account! WHAT THE ACTUAL ****!
