@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

@reallornaleeson I went to Starling after NatWest and Lloyds were awful. (so don't go to these, NatWest was the first company that consistently brought me to tears almost in every interaction). Starling and Tide were the ones I got recommended so I went with Starling at the time.

@Barclays is there any issue with your faster payment services ? I have done a transfer which hasn’t yet reached my NatWest UK account - it’s usually immediate or as good as. I did this payment earlier this morning. TIA

Ok so I was with @StarlingBank - who were horrendous customer service wise (kept losing cheques + no compensation for it). Moved to @joinmettle who are part of @NatWest_Help. Expected to be able to pay cheques in at NatWest branches. NOPE. They don't accept cheques. That's right.

@NatWest_Help interesting and not surprising that Natwest have not responded to my severe criticism of their customer service. Either they don't care or believe they are not wrong and if it's the latter I will continue to heap more criticism of them#

@_Switch_Witch_ @monzo It’s fine until they clock on and then it’s a **** show I bank with natwest, they know what I do, I pay taxes and have mortgages with them for properties Better to just go the right way instead of risking it (personally)

@Chris_Maslin @monzo @StarlingBank Yeah I know, Unity was the only one I found. I'm a corporate and business banking customer NatWest and others, but they couldn't cope with it. Even thw EOT's company's existing bankers (Santander) of many years, and great credit etc couldn't help.

@Paul_STL I don't understand it either... I NEVER get paper statements anymore, and to get them printed off from Halifax/Natwest who i bank with, you have to go down to the store as the address isn't on the online version i print! Pain in the arse when i bought my house...

NatWest is transferring some of its unused apprenticeship levy monies to support training for OVER 200 London Ambulance Service staff - a great way of using money which would otherwise be returned to the government.
