@NatWest_Help I can't as I'm in work till half 4. It's almost Natwest have made it almost impossible to go into branch as most open after people have started work and close before people finish.

The site has been inaccessible since the day it moved to the U.K., after locking us out for well over a week to make the move. Quite poor for a huge bank. IT is clearly not your strong point.
