@Trish_NI I was in NatWest last week and the women in front of me asked the cashier for some foreign currency. The cashier replied that they no longer supply foreign currency. Women says it states that you do on your website. Cashier apologies. Women calls cashier a “useless ****”!!

@NatWest_Help hi I’ve recently switched to NatWest and I’ve just had a call from an 07 mobile number of a man claiming to be from NatWest asking if there was anything else I needed help with. Doesn’t sound right. Is it’s attempted fraud? how did they get my details??

So, thanks to @NatWest_Help and their archaic banking processes, we have no money for the Easter weekend. #Natwest reverted back to no credits at weekends so with 4 non banking days I can’t access my due in funds until Tuesday. Does your bank do this? Time to change?

@jessphillips We had the same with my kids when they were in university. I sent the same amount each week, and every week the Coop bank stopped it. We swaped to Natwest and they stopped me using a card in a motorway service station, but let me spend 1.2K though my phone in one hit.

@NatWest_Help Ref the Mobile iPad App the transaction page has become cluttered and less useful. Can we have the option to revert to what it was before. I have been a NatWest customer for 50 years and appreciate Mobile/Online Banking. I would be happy to talk to your app team.
