So natwest dont believe i dont have online banking and want PIN numbers from when i opened my account.....in 19 ******* 97! So i cant get my new card so no access to my account.

Just so as everyone is aware withdrawing cash from Natwest is fun. Staff question you to give details on how you spend it. This made me very uncomfortable being asked these questions in full view and earshot of every customer there but its their policy apparently.

@NatWest_Help @sophb66 @MetroBank_Help They said if I make a significant change to my Metrobank mortgage, like increasing my loan, my mortgage becomes a "Natwest mortgage" and I get online access. So I don't have a Metrobank mortgage but I don't have a Natwest morgage. What do I have then?! A downgraded experience.

NatWest then told me I needed to complete another form. They then rejected my ID which was my passport. They had had this for 9 months. I uploaded another copy. They then had a problem with my proof of address which they'd also had for 9 months. I uploaded this again also.

@DirectLine I’m impressed. Rang up for a quote for a daughter moving into a room in a multi-tenant house. After being told you didn’t cover this, pointed me towards @NatWest Renter Insurance. Just what we need. This is what I call putting the customer first. Respect 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

2 - and all manner of interdepartmental chaos, I am no closer to having the account set-up completed that we applied for. Worked in business 40+yrs, never have I witnessed the stove piped departmental chaos & lack of customer service that NatWest has demonstrated, defies belief!

How r v supposed 2 do biz wen simple transfer takes a month! Extremely frustrating. Who shud bear losses 4 late payment? Ur intermediary bank issues r UR issues not MINE!! Complete my transfer or Return the MONEY Immediately. Never using #Natwest for international transfer AGAIN!

Madness from the usually good online banking at NatWest. Can't access pdf statements at all. No clue why not, they just don't answer their link. Helpline can't help. This is awkward if one's been chivvied into a paperless account @NatWest_Help
